Products are okay. I was given several years worth of product with the purchase of a water softener/ refiner system. I wish the company offered laundry powder as oppose to liquid and bar soaps for body instead of liquid since I have a sensitive skin plus a mild case of eczema. Dermatologist recommends end I use powdered laundry soap bc Liquid tends to leave residual suds in clothes after washing & rinsing twice.. Im disappointed with the companys timing in processing ***************** time. It took at least 5 weeks just to receive my initial order. And when shipment finally arrived one of the products was incorrect. Its been two and a half months since I reported the error and CS told me they would get the correct item shipped. So far it has been nearly a month and still NO replacement product. Although CS is friendly & courteous the service is less to be desired. I have decided to purchase my choice of powdered *************** body bar soaps, Well so much for Saving Money over the next few years on receiving FREE ******************* care products with the purchase of a Water Softener system, according to the sales pitch. Not at all impressed with the supposedly organic products offered by Pure and Gentle Soap products nor the service provided.
