I have never received a bill for this debt. I combined all of my debt in my credit karma account 3 months ago and this debt did not exist. Nor have I done anything to cause it. They say they are a 3rd party collector but then refuses to tell you where the debt is from or give any further information. If this is a legit company, why won't they answer questions regarding my debt or give me any further information? Without any type of verification from them or an itemized list of services I am being billed for, how is someone supposed to trust this company? It leaves a lot of room for concerned. I have been scammed more times than I'd like to admit. If you say I owe you a debt then I deserve to know where the debt came from and all other information. If you cannot provide me with this information, it should be illegal for you to report it to the credit bureau. This SCREAMS SCAM!!

I was going through my credit report and saw this company for a $2700 bill that I have no clue or idea what it is for. Can never get a straight answer what it is for. Do not know what to do about it!

Never billed or called me about this sudden debt. As a 3rd party collector, it is illegal for them to collect without my consent or signature. Aside that, if they are "legal" why don't they have all my information? Without my verified signature and a notification from them, and an itemized list of services given to me within 7 days of them "collecting", then their claim is invalid and they should stop harassing me.

I received a call that I wasn't able to answer. So they very professionally decided to call my teenager minor daughter when she is at school asking for me! Who do you think you guys are? Calling a minor to ask for their mother! Shame on you. Never expect for me to answer any of your calls!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! GIVING OUT INFO FOR OTHER PEOPLE IS ILLEGAL. Called my phone looking for another person, was rude when i said wrong number they argued that they needed to talk to them, and i told them wrong number. Rude lady just hung up then called back and i said wrong number, she argued again right before hanging up. your info is not safe if it gets in their hands

I have been notified by Capio Partners about a debt that I owe going back to 2018. Four years have gone by and knew NOTHING about it till I received there letter. Yes, I had a procedure in 2018 and paid all bills associated with that procedure. I feel I am not responsible and that it was an error in processing. All my medical bills get paid. They did however send me a letter with a 30% discount hoping I would probably cave in and pay it.. I don't think it's right to go after someone for a debt after 4 years especially when you know nothing about it. I have done research on my part through my health providers and insurance companies and know one can find anything for me regarding this issue.. If I have to my next step will be a Lawyer for guidance.....

This company called me out of the blue a few months ago. I had no idea who they were, nor would they disclose why they were calling me, other than to say they were, "wanting to discuss a business transaction." I asked what kind of "business transaction" they would be referring to, & they refused again to identify who they were or why I was getting this phone call. They then asked me to confirm my personal information. Anyone who knows anything about fraud prevention knows that you never provide an ounce of verification to someone calling you if you don't know who they are. I had repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list until they provided some sort of documentation about whatever this was. The calls were relentless. I finally got something in the mail which was a $200 medical bill I had already confirmed with the hospital that I was current, but with a change in their system, I fell through the cracks & showed a zero balance. I had thought this was all taken care of until I received ANOTHER call. Again, I refused to provide my personal information since I was the recipient of the phone call. I had just received a letter from them the previous day, so I immediately called them. I understand that being a debt collector isn't a fun job, but that doesn't give you license to be unkind to people. *******, I believe was his name, was incredibly unprofessional & even went as far to accuse me of lying about receiving a phone call a few minutes prior. What would I have to gain by lying about something like that? He then went on to treat me so disrespectfully, as if I were nothing but a nuisance since I was clearly someone who wasn't capable of paying their bills in his eyes. I got news for this jerk, you never know who is on the other end of the phone. They could be dirt poor trying to make ends meet & are scared to give out their personal info to a stranger, or they could be a millionaire, protecting themselves. All over $200...shameful
