In February of 2023, I ended up in a local ** due to a cyst that had grown on my groin. At this point in time, I had been unemployed for a month, having been let go from a customer support position that I had for a full year before the parting. The ** treated the cyst and discharged me, and I was given a ***** by the operator of the **, Advent Health and they discharged me of most of the bill via charity care, the attached statement shows the discharge and the small meager payment that I paid the hospital proper. A few months passed and I started receiving emails from a company called US ********** Solutions asking for an amount claiming they are owed $1,970 dollars. I had asked Advent about this company and they told me this bill was not from them and being aware of medical scams going around the country at the time, I ignored these emails and deleted them, and within a few months they stopped, at least coming from the company that was attempting to collect.US ********** Solutions never explained the details of the bill such as who has billed me and for what unlike the Advent Health statement, just that they are owed that nearly 2k amount of money.Now, this apparent debt has landed in the hands of an apparently notoriously fraudulent legal office that isn't even in my state and now they have gone and filed a unpaid and hit my credit which I see as a fear-based predatory tactic to try and get me to pay them on behalf of the already opaque US Acute Medical Solutions.They have sent a few letters and somehow bypassing number blocking on my smartphone and have tried calling me numerous times, and the few times I've answered, no one was on the other end and the call would hang up. I wish for this law firm to stop contacting me about a bill that was never transparently explained to me that they got from US Acute Medical solutions and to retract their filing against my credit report.
