    DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!! I owe no debits and even called the the hospital to confirm. They have never even heard of the company and also told me it was a scam. Read the reviews below. Every time you call the office its a new person and you get to enjoy cussing them out on the phone. If you are having a bad day, give them a ring and let em have it :)

    Please do NOT pay this scam. These people have stolen your medical information and history and then wait years later and try to claim that you owe money. DO NOT PAY. Do not answer the phone when they call and do NOT open their emails (could contain malware).1. Do your research, ****** the address that they provide. There is no law firm there. 2. Look up the firm on the ***** bar if they are registered in *****. They are not registered. 3. Call the hospital DIRECTLY where you had services and ask for a complete bill. You will see 100% of the time that MBA Law is not legitimate. The hospital will have no idea who MBA Law is!This is a common scam going around now. Be careful!

    This SCAM of a business doesnt even deserve one star. There was a breech in my local hospital system and this "law office" somehow obtained private patient information and were claiming a certain procedure done during surgery was out of network. Upon calling the office that the Law Offices of MBA claimed performed this procedure (that was outsourced from the hospital), they told me they were never even affiliated with that hospital and this was about the 200th call they'd received about this exact thing. All starting in December 2023 when there was a breech in the hospital system. I'm sure people thought this was legit and paid thousands of dollars to this "law office." THEY ARE CROOKS and need to be shut down immediately.

    I got a phone call from them a couple weeks ago and I asked them for proof and itemized bill from Saint ******** hospital. They said they would get it out to me which I never received when I called them and asked them they said they sent it call the post office, they placed A negative report on my credit bureau reports I had perfect credit until this happened. I explained to them that *** paid all the money that I was supposed to pay out for the physical year and will send me proof of ****. I want them to take this off my credit report or take me to court I dont like being bullied into paying money that I dont feel like I should have to pay. They were very rude to me on the phone when I tried to ask him questions and I feel like its a fly-by-night company. Just trying to take money from somebody that doesnt owe and hold me hostage with my credit bureau report. Thats not right Im on fixed income and I cant afford to pay Bills that I dont know.

    I contacted the *** about this company and there tactics and abuse of people who do not owe any money. We sent them enough information to open a file. Maybe they will get the message. Sick and dying patients who do not owe any money are willing to have depositions and get these people shut down

    They sent me a letter demanding that I pay them even though I have clearly submitted bills from the hospital and my credit cards showing that I paid my deductible in full before my hospital procedure began even though they should have zero access to my personal medical records or financial information because I have a zero balance. The hospital is *********************************** shows I owe a zero balance! The debt collection group does not have an email address to even submit proof of my bills and records! They Just demand payment and they hang up on you repeatedly when you call to clear up their misinformation & to stop contacting you or threatening to extort you. It is December 22, I should be able to focus on my ************* cooking but instead they have takes ************ of my life away consuming my time to defend myself, this harassment has been ongoing for months. It is now nearly 4 years since my medical procedure was & I had to pre paid the morning before they would take me back to begin even signing wavers, I had to pre pay in full my deductible of $6,800. Covid should have stopped these low life non contributing people. It is truly a shame that they serve no good to anyone on the planet. I hope when they look at the reflection while brushing their teeth they know that they are the most worthless of people that exist & they need to hear that conversation constantly till they no longer take in air or have a heartbeat pulse.

    I have received 3 letters from the MBA Law Offices claiming I own CF Medical LLC for ********** services that I indeed had but paid in full 2 years ago with the debt collector IC Systems. I have the payment confirmation from the original debt collector that I paid in full AND I also called the ********** provider to confirm I don't have any pending balance. It's been 4 months since I have been trying to resolve this issue. I found later that the original debt collector (IC Systems) had a server migration and lost a lot of data so they sold the debts to another agency for debt collection, but the data was not right. Now a lot of us are being judged for paid bills. The MBA Law office is useless when trying to listen and doesn't provide help to fix these issues.

    I paid the original creditor off on 02/25/2020. Out of nowhere on 11/22/2023 I receive a collection letter from mba law saying they received accounts from CF Medical LLC. I do not know any of these agencies and never received a letter or phone call from mba until November 2023. and, I never received any communication of any kind from CF Medical. Definitely zero stars

    IDK who MBA LAW is. They sent me a text claiming I ignored a debt collection letter (never received) att that I will be sued if I don't contact them to settle. The account number provided requires personal information (ssn) to even see what they are referring to. I have nothing in my credit report indicating I owe anyone anything. This feels like phishing, both threatening and harassing. I have not received a call or any other information regarding this matter, even though they were able to text my mobile phone. I want this communication to cease.
