            We are having an issue with toilets not flushing properly and drains backing up not to mention bad smells (sewer type smells) from the sinks. After having the issue evaluated we were told the issue was coming from a main pipe underneath the house that has fallen out of place and is not allowing proper flow. This has been an ongoing problem for awhile but one we thought might be due to our area having hard water. We did not realize the extent of the problem or the cost involved in having it resolved until having it professionally evaluated (also by Bloomfield's own plumber). The issue is our two year plumbing warranty has since expired and they have refused to pay based on that.

            I recently purchased a Bloomfield home in August 2023 and I have had to place over five warranty issues. There have been so many deficiencies that required correcting such as doors, bathroom tile, electricity issues, doors already falling apart. I have had this home less than six months and there have been so many issues. I have not been pleased with the quality of work and its very disappointing. Im always having to put in a warranty ticket for corrections.

            Bloomfield is disappointed to learn Complainant is unhappy with her home. Bloomfield has received warranty service requests from Complainant and has responded to each by evaluating and making repair (as needed) to any issues. Bloomfield believes it has a positive working relationship with Complainant and that any areas of concern in her home had been addressed. Given the complaint, Bloomfield will reach out to Complainant to ensure it has addressed any issues of concern to Complainant and determine if any additional work is needed at her home.
