I called 3 Brothers Plumbing for basic plumbing needs: setting a toilet and a small leak under a bathroom sink. It has been exactly one month and I still have a leaky sink after 5 service calls. On almost every occasion, they did not show up during the promised appointment time and failed to call. When you attempt to reach them, they fail to answer the phone and return messages. They charged for repairs that did not resolve the problem, showed up for service calls with out the promised parts, and continuously delayed any solution. The owner personally promised me he would come out to resolve the issue himself at no cost. The owner himself, did not show for that appointment and did not call. The owner was disrespectful and unprofessional during phone conversations and refused to keep his word to resolve the leak at no cost. It was a nightmare experience. DO NOT call them even for basic plumbing needs such as setting a toilet and replacing a sink flange.

I’d give them less than one if possible. We hired them to rough in our two back-to-back bathrooms and install our tub/shower combo in our hall bath. Initially we were thrilled they sent 3 guys out to rough in the bathroom and put in the hall tub and surround. I was to do the fixture installation. It all looked great till we discovered that they had reversed the hot and cold to the entire bathroom and worse hadn't bothered to look at my surround before installing the plumbing and cutting the holes so they made the hokes so low on the surround that the spout hit the bottom curve leaving a 1/2" gap between the top edge of the spout and the surround when it was pushed all the way back. We called and told them and so they sent another plumber out who was so confused about what to do that he called the owner, Tom (who promised to come out and look at it later himself) and then the plumber stuffed the gap with a foam gasket so we could use the shower and he left. Two weeks later (and after leaving two more messages with Toms wife the receptionist) we still have not seen Tom and he won't return our calls. We brought this tub/shower combo from a store in Wisconsin and nobody carries this brand down here in Texas and the company won't ship. There are no acrylic repair companies in San Antonio and so we are left with a ruined surround and a toilet with hot water.
