      On 2/21 bought joggers for 74 in black On 4/12 bought shorts for 53 in black Both faded considerably only after a few months as seen in the photo. I became ill and couldn’t contact them with the 90 day warranty. I spent a premium to buy their products thinking they will last. They look like they were fished out of a landfill less than a year after purchase. This is fast fashion at its peak. Offering subpar products that look so horrid after a few months of use that even goodwill wouldn’t accept them. They have offered me gift cards so I can spend more money buying their terrible products. What use is a gift card if I have to buy their products and get stuck with fabric that looks faded after a few months. I would like a full refund, not a gift card.

      I ordered 3 shorts from this company. I am actually a returning costumer and was ordering again from them. However I ordered the wrong size. I reached out to try to exchange them for a smaller size. But the company refuses to do so. They claim because the shorts were on sale they can’t be returned or exchanged. They also claim it states final sale when you are finalizing the purchase. This is not true I have sent them several screen shots of my purchase proving that it does not state final sale anywhere. The only place it states that is in the fine print when you click on the general tab for returns and exchanges on their website. It is extremely disappointing because I’ve spent over $100 on shorts that I can’t wear. I need them in a smaller size. I am hoping you can help me either get a smaller size or a refund.

      I ordered a pair of leggings on Nov 24th. They shipped but were never delivered I opened a case with Canada post who confirmed the leggings were sent back to the sender and to reach out to them. I have reached out 5 times via email as it’s the only way to contact them and it takes a week to get a reply - if you get one and they continue to say we have to no updates. I paid for product I never received.

      I placed an order on the Alphalete Athletics website on 11/25/2023. I received an order confirmation via email immediately after. As of 12/12/2023, I had still not received any updates or shipping confirmations from this business. I reached out to their customer support, and they stated I had to wait until 15 business days had passed in order for them to look into the issue. I reached out again on 12/15/2023 as that was the 15th business day and I had still not received any update. On 12/16/2023, an email appeared for a partial refund of $161.39 with no explanation. I reached out to the customer support team again on 12/16/2023 in order to get clarification as to what this refund was for; they stated it was for items that were out of stock, that they had oversold. It took them from 11/25/2023 to 12/16/2023 to let me know that items I had already paid for were actually out of stock. I asked for an update on the shipping/delivery of the order, and the customer support team could not provide one to me. I reached back out again to demand an update, and on 12/18/2023 was told the issue would be escalated to investigate what was going on with my order, however, I never received an update again after that. I emailed their customer support team again on 12/20/2023, and have not received a response. At this point, all I wanted was my money back.

      Description of complaint: I ordered a pair of Amplify shorts on November 24, 2023 during the early afternoon. I received an emailed order confirmation. After the 14 day estimated shipping time and hearing nothing from Alphalete, I reached out to customer service. I was responded to by a customer service representative who advised she would check on my order. Three days later, I was advised there was a inventory issue, and the items were sold out and that they would be issuing a refund. I was promised my order, didn’t receive it, and Alphalete had my money hostage for three weeks. I responded again to Alphalete expressing my dissatisfaction and asked them to please reach out by phone. However, they did not respond. I reached out AGAIN and they responded with the same exact message (copied and pasted) about there being an inventory issue and I would recieve a refund. The customer service representative failed to reach out by phone like we requested. I believe that I should get the amplify shorts at the price I paid for them when they receive them back in stock. These shorts are one of the most purchased piece of apparel from this business. Therefore, they will be restocked.

      I purchased an order in November 2023 for Xmas. I purchased a SET of leggings with matching top in sage. The order went through without any issues. On 12/8 I received everything but the sage top. I tracked the order and it said 'processing for shipping". I waited and contacted them on 12/14 and never received an info. I contacted them again on 12/20 and they said sorry, we had an inventory issue and cannot fulfill that item but we will refund you. I told them thats great you are giving me my money back but I purchased it as a set and my daughter only wears sets to the gym so she said she does not want the sage leggings. They said I can return but Im responsible for shipping. I was misled thinking I was purchasing the set, I would Never have purchased the leggings if the top was unavailable. I had to reach out to them twice. I do not believe I should be responsible for shipping. Im very frustrated over the lack of response and now I am short a gift for my daughter and I am stuck with leggings without the top that I thought would arrive before xmas. Alphalete should pay for shipping since it was their fault for not fulfilling my order completely. They keep saying sorry for the inconvenience but now I have to pay more money to ship back the item. No wonder they get an F here.

      I placed an order for athletic wear on 11/24/23. My order was for a tshirt and shorts, I only received the shorts, and they never reached out to me to let me know tshirt was out of stock. I emailed their support and they told me they would send me a refund. I’ve been waiting for refund and it hasn’t been received. They have not responded as a company to the ****** claim. Their social media page is full of customers who have not received refunds or their orders from Black Friday. They are taking customers money and not providing merchandise or refunds

      This is the worse company. You cannot ever reach customer service. I bought a sports bra, they wouldn't accept the return and said it has a stain. They shipped it back and it is in perfect condition. Just look at the ****** reviews, thousands of complaints against this company.

      I made a purchase for over 100.00 on December 21, 2022. My order was placed but has been in “transit” in ********* ever since December 27th. My items still are sitting in transit. A week later. I’ve emailed the company twice as well as contacted them on instagram but no response. They seem so quick to take your money but never seem to give you your items. At this point I’m just looking for a refund but I can’t get a hold of anyone to do so! Please investigate this business!
