      Alphalete has left me thoroughly disappointed. After receiving leggings with pilling, I promptly reached out to their customer service, even providing a photo as proof. Their response was shockingly dismissive, suggesting I simply "cut it off." Unacceptable, especially after spending $70+ on these leggings, and over $200 in total on my order. Determined to rectify the situation, I initiated a return, opting for a size Medium instead of Small due to the snug fit. However, the ordeal was far from over. Alphalete subjected my return to days, even weeks, of inspection, only to deny it on the grounds of being "not resellable." Their reasoning? Allegedly too much lint/hair on the leggings—ignoring the pilling issue they had sent me in the first place. Shockingly, they failed to provide any evidence to support their denial. This was my initial experience with Alphalete, and it's been nothing short of dreadful. It's evident that influencers receive preferential treatment or are shielded from such hassles, because the treatment I received was abysmal. I urge others not to shop here. With their unreasonable return policy, you'll find yourself consistently denied. Save your hard-earned money and shop elsewhere.

      Awful company. Beware! First time buyer experience was possibly the worst I’ve ever had. Purchased Amplify leggings. They were too small. Tried on ONE TIME, returned with tags and original packaging. Denied a refund due to “stain,” and “a hair.” I emailed and demanded this be rectified to which they were of zero care or compliance. I disputed the charge on my card to be sure I got my money back. This company is terrible.

      I recently placed an order on Alphalete during a sale, eagerly anticipating my package. Unfortunately, a month later, I was informed that the items were out of stock. While I appreciate being refunded for the items, I was disappointed to find that the refund did not include taxes and shipping fees. Upon further investigation, I noticed that the items I ordered were listed as currently in stock on the website. Seeking clarification, I reached out to Victoria V, the customer service representative. Regrettably, my interaction with Victoria was less than satisfactory, as she was unhelpful and somewhat rude. I understand that mistakes happen, and sometimes items may go out of stock unexpectedly. However, I believe it is crucial for Alphalete to take responsibility for any errors, especially when customers are inconvenienced. It seems unfair that I should bear the consequences of an oversight on your end, especially when I followed up promptly upon realizing the discrepancy.

      I wanted zero stars. This company are scams. Bought 2 pairs of sweatpants! Came in 2 seperate packages. One mmm gray one one indigo blue. I open the gray ones and they were suppose to be a small. They were like a size 4xl. I didn’t open the other package tgst ws blue because of sizing. When I returned they they sent me an email stating they were not up to their standards to returned!!???? I ask why. Tgey said they were stained???? how. Old tgey have gotten stained when they were never out of package! Never ever buty from this company. Rude customer service. A jerk by the name of NICK keeps calling me a liar ! They scam people because they don’t want to refund. Bottom line. Don’t buy from them!!I’ve seen other reviews with the same issue as me!!

      Was sent an incorrect item by the MISTAKE OF ALPHALETE. I requested them to send me the correct size and was informed it was out of stock. I was informed by ALPHALETE I would need to send back the shirt that is of no use to me back before I would receive a refund. I do not work for alphalete and do not want or have the time to do this. It sounds to me like alphaletes policy is if we do have what you ordered we'll just send you whatever the heck we want and charge you for it. That's not how life works. You suck ALPHALETE customer service, to be exact VICTORIA V. I hope the next time you order a pizza they just said you a salad and tell you to deal with!

      I received worn items. One pair of shorts had what appeared to be deodorant marks. Another pair had piling. The men's shorts feel like a thin rain jacket.

      I was looking for an alternative for Lululemon. So I turn to this company hoping to find a products, comparable to or better than Lululemon. I Purchased four pieces to start. One of the leggings arrived with pilling on it. The other pair of leggings I sent back, and had not tried them on. I tried one of the athletic bras on and found that it didn’t fit, returned it, and worn. And finally, I returned another top, having never tried it on. The company stated that the return, for the leggings would not be honored, because they had been melted somehow. The return for the top that I tried on, but did not wear, would not be excepted because of marks that were left on it. The line the last tab was returned, but only partially refunded. I am beyond disgusted with the customer service that this company purport to provide. You cannot speak to a person, all of the discussions are online and it’s based upon ticket system as far as when you receive a reply. when I replied to the company, I asked them if I had tried the top on in a store and had left some marks behind it what I have been charge for that top. I think that their return policy is not to accept returns Their customer service is a nightmare to a point where I wonder if customers finally , give up trying to get an issue resolved. Long story short, I would never will never recommend this company. Moreover, any opportunity I get to share my experiences, I will happily do.

      I was very excited to make my purchase. I spent $180, but they didn’t send me a confirmation email, and my order is no where to be found. They sure did take the money though. I’ve reached out by email several times and I haven’t gotten one response back. There’s no customer service number either.

      Ordered Christmas gift for my husband, and all of the item sizes were off. Emailed them to exchange for different sizes and the only thing I got was "Sorry it didn't work out for you" and basically said they do not allow returns past 30 days and no return on final sale items. I didn't even know that they consider items on sale a "final sale/nonrefundable". I ordered in mid-November to make sure I had his gifts on time. They refused to exchange for different size even if we had to cover the cost of shipping. Crappy company that doesn't care about their customers. I never heard of any company refusing to exchange product to make customer happy. This place is bunch of crooks in there to make a quick buck, steal your money and too bad for you if the items don't fit or you are not happy with quality. I was planning to keep shopping from their website, but after this bad customer service experience they lost my business.

      I bought a pair of black leggings from them and they are by far the worst to say the least, you would think that a $72 pair of leggings would be good quality but they are not, i had them for about a week and strings and little pieces have come apart from them. i thought maybe it was just those leggings so i bought another pair in a different color and it was the same issue on top of the leggings being see through!! 100% not worth $72 go to lulu lemon instead!
