    I ordered and purchased 2 truck axels for $1,403.22 from Mainland Auto Parts LLC on August 26, 2022. Victor ********* took the order. Mr. ********* informed me they had the parts in stock. That was not true. On September 5 I cancelled the order and was informed by Leslie ***** a refund was forthcoming. 6 months later no refund was ever processed. A complaint was filed with my CC company, **** Bank, and Mr, ********* responded and again lied about the transaction. My only recourse is legal action which I will undertake. Doing business with Mailand Auto has been throwing money away.

    I ordered a motor about a month or two ago & this guy named Neil, I haven't heard back from him like I should have. I've been calling him, their other number, sending them emails, leaving them messages on their voicemail & everything & I still haven't heard anything nor have I got a tracking number or anything about where it's at & when it will get here. I've put too much of my hard earning money into this motor that I don't even have yet. They're suppose to be more professional than this I thought. I have been very frustrated & pissed off about not getting it yet so that's why I'm filing this complaint because otherwise if they're not going to get me what I paid for, they might as well just refund me back all of my money like seriously. People work too hard for their money to just do people like this & keep them waiting with nothing received yet I'm just saying.

    " Got a transmission for my 2016 chevy equinox from Neil. Delivered on the 6th day. Had my mechanic install it over the weekend. Runs good. Have recommended Neil to my friends ”

    I placed an order for a clock spring, I got a air bag instead. Sent the air bag back and I am still getting the run around from their people about the clock spring. Have not received the clock spring or a refund. I keep emailing them about my order and at this point I am not getting any response from them. I really wish I had placed an order with someone else. Billy

    I am Mr. Barnhill i sent damage part back 3weeks before 30 warranty and haven't receive my money back from Main Land Auto Parts and customer service keep giving me the run around.

    Mr Shaw @ Mainland auto was a true professional with helping me with my 2012 ram. The part fit like a glove. I would definitely go back to them when or if I need any other hard to find parts.

    I got my refund from my purchase. They are getting two stars because the customer service was poor. I had to initiate most of the contact and pressure them to get my money back when they were not able to locate the part. They should have contacted me.

    I had been looking for a replacement rear tail light assembly for well over six months for my 1994 Mercury. The many on-line auto parts stores were out of stock and I went on several waiting lists. I located Mainland on a used parts junkyard website and they contacted me within 10-15 minutes. The sales rep Victor was excellent and the transaction went smoothly. The part was cleaned, refurbished, inspected and when I received it, it looked brand new. I worked with customer service because of shipping delays beyond their control. They kept me updated and were very helpful in explaining that the shipper was unable to pick the package up as scheduled due to manpower, supply chain issues. All was resolved quickly. Very pleased. John M

    Be very careful when ordering from this site. We ordered an ABS module and was told they had one in stock complete with picture, but they had one shipped from a wrecking yard in Arizona that was defective. They gave us a run-around before returning money. Be aware that the picture they show you may not be the product you receive!

    Thank you for your feedback Mr Freeman however what you have commented is not true. You ordered a ABS assembly for your 2002 Cadillac Escalade. We sent the correct part out however you wanted to return the same without installing it. You claimed the part was incorrect however you didn't even install the part. When we asked you details about what was incorrect and a service document if possible, you declined the same and decided to dispute the transaction with PayPal however since we were on the right PayPal made you ship the part back on your own expense and then and only then did they process a refund. Now how did we know you didn't install the part because we test every part that leaves our warehouse or is returned back to us. I understand you are upset that you had to spend money on returning the part however that is because you chose to do incorrect business and make unverifiable claims about the quality and condition of the part to your financial institution(PayPal). We are unhappy the way this transaction ended as well however we tried our best to help you and wish we could do business in a honest and faithful manner with you in future. I hope you treat other seller's better as well. Thank you again for your time

    can not speak to any American on phone. Order part and no tracking # given, call back and cant get answer or to cancel order. Horrible customer service and service. I will not use them again for any part. Originally said part would be shipped n 5-7 business days been 16 and they cant answer any question regarding order but I did get billed !!! Horrible
