Great customer service and very professional drivers. I hired MoveVocity to ship 3 of my vehicles from Miami, Florida to Chicago, IL. They picked up and delivered as promised. I worked directly with Mike. He was very professional and skilled. Movevocity is also a USA based company and everyone speaks English. Your never speaking to a call center outside of the country with a language barrier. Which is hard to find in todays world. I highly recommend using there services.Review from Justine Y

This company is a scam. They have fake reviews, fake website, and a convincing scammer answer their phones to give you a sense of peace of mind. They take your money and never do the service.

The copy of receipt you received clearly states TRANSACTION TYPE : CREDIT which means you were fully refunded and funds be credited back to your card on file. Hello, unfortunately we have no clue as to what contracted company or driver your associated with. Keep in mind there are many factors on why a payment to a driver may be delayed, such as damage to customers vehicle or motorcycle, late pickup or deliveries, lack of professionalism with customers, missing proper paperwork or failure to submit paperwork for payment. We have a Very Strict Policy when it comes to protecting our Valued Customers and expect excellent service from our drivers. Horrible company and terrible customer service. I contracted them to move a business truck from VA to CA and another truck from CA to VA in February 2024. After 2 months of getting emails telling me that they can't find a truck to execute the transfer I called. The customer service representative was rude and sounded like she did not want my business and encouraged me to cancel my shipment. Bottom line is I wasted 2 months on this service and now have to rent a truck in CA to perform the work I needed done. Horrible company don't get lured in by the price.Review from Kirk M

Would never do business with them again and I would hope no one esle does either There is no response to any questions about refund due me. They have block my phone calls and have never responded to multiple emails which is the only way you can contact their billing department.. I transported a vehicle for this company. They sent me a file copy of an eCheck and said check was mailed to me but never got a check. This broker company is a scam. I highly recommend not using them.MoveVocity Response

This company is a joke. DO NOT contract with them! They don’t show up, just make promises after promises. And under no circumstances should you pay up front in case you do contract with them. You may never get your money back.
