I am writing to formally dispute the account referenced under account number ********* that appears on my ********************** report. This account was opened without my authorization and constitutes fraudulent activity. I have no recollection of applying for or consenting to any agreement with ATLAS CREDIT COMPANY I.Under 15 USC 1692g (Validation of Debts), you are required to provide verification of the debt or a copy of the judgment if I notify you in writing within *************************************************** documentation proving that I consented to this account. Without a valid, legally binding agreement bearing my signature, there is no basis for this account to exist under my name.Since this account was established fraudulently, I request its immediate removal from my credit report and that any collection activity cease. Atlas credit has been harassing me and my family for months. They been sitting in front of my house and more. ***** is rude and sits outside smoking cigarettes all morning. She hung up on my face while I was talking, very poor customer service. The whole office needs to go! No matter how many times I tell them what is going on, they keep trying to make me pay money I dont have to give. Im tired of the harassment l!Business Response

I was contacted on the morning of 8/7/24. Someone from Atlas left me a message stating that I could refinance my loan and get 55 dollars back. I called back around 1 pm and spoke to ****. She told me I could refinance my loan but would have to pay 45 dollars. In the few years I've been with Atlas I've never had to pay to refinance. **** states the person that left me a message that morning is new. It's uncalled for to lie to one of your customers. They have also harassed the people that I put down as references by calling them constantly. They are not the one with the loan and they need to stop with the harassment.Business Response

Atlas credit is reporting an incorrect balance on all of my credit bureaus. I have disputed the amount twice but they keep saying balance is correct. I have called and left voicemail at corporate headquarters but no one ever calls me back. I have verified my balance with the local Atlas Credit office in ******************* where I opened the loan several times and this is NOT THEbalance corporate headquarters is reporting. I have asked multiple times to not be approached at my home but Atlas Credit keeps coming to my home and calling my elementary school where I teach at which is highly inappropriate to do so. I am rejecting this response because: Atlas credit approached me first on my own property and has continued to trespass and harass even with notification from myself multiple times not to do so.
The following personnel has been notified of Atlas Credit despicable actions and behavior including their own corporate where I filed a formal complaint.
City of ********** *********************************** including city manager, city prosecutor, the district attorney, **************** and the San ************************ where two reports have been filed by myself against Atlas credit for harassing myself and child endangerment of my children.
I have also notified the *********************** ISD ******************************** that if Atlas credit personnel come to my place of employment which is an elementary school, they will be citated for trespassing and additional child endangerment charges will be persued- one count per child enrolled at the school which is ~600+ counts of child endangerment in all.
Atlas credit shall no longer pursue me in any which way. They have gone beyond inappropriate with their behavior and approach with my account. I want nothing to do with them anymore.

Good morning,I have been a customer with ********************** for over 12 years. I have absolutely ALWAYS had great experiences with all the reps until today. I received a telephone call from ******* with Atlas Credit, who stated she is the managers boss and she is helping out.******* stated she was calling about my payment. I explained to *******, I called to speak with a manager several days prior and was informed a manager would contact me but that never happened.As I explained to *******, I called to make my payment but was informed by a representative she was unable to accept my payment w/o charging a late fee.During the conversation as I further attempted to explain the $56 I owe and not $66, ******* yelled at me stating maam..After, I informed ******* when I would pay the $56, she hung up the phone in my ear.******* is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. To be called a manager or someones superior is sad.I enjoy doing business with Atlas Credit but I absolutely REFUSE to speak with ******* ever again.May I please have a telephone number for Atlas Credit customer complaint department? As of 03/21/2024, I have made consistent partial payments to this creditor, after being a customer for years. In addition, my ********************** report has been reported as a charge-off, even though this account is open and active, and has been for a long time, now.
