      I made a mistake like my bank account to these papers they start drafting my account without my permission I sent them email to cancel out my membership they refuse to do something they refuse to unlock my bank account from their website

      Without ever applying for a loan I received a loan check from atlas of *****. With this check came instructs for me to simply sign and deposit it if I agreed to accept the loan. I won't ahead and deposited it only to find out 3 days later that my bank could not collect funds from this company. I'm now under stress as my bank account is at a negative balance. I suffer from depression and anxiety along with other health issues so you can only imagine the state of mind I am in.

      My husband and I got a loan from them unfortunately we are going trought a rough time right now I lost my job do to the fact my son got cancer so we donot have the money to pay back right now I have 2 more kids one is home bound and these continue to come to my home honking and honking like crazy leaving personal information at my gate sometimes in the floor my neighbors had come over and told us these letter's were in their house also they call my husband's job everyday non stop we don't feel at home anymore they send the cops over honking scaring my kids I have Lil ones they know I don't work anymore because I spoke to them and they still said well you have to pay I donot have the money and somehow they wanna make. Legal treats i don't feel safe with these coming to the house .

      This company will harrass you. They sent strangers to my home demanding payment. I have children there and that frightened them. This is a horrible company .

      Negative stars if I could, I got pre approved for a loan but they asked me for five references and they said ALL had to answer so two out of the 5 answered Atlas credit says they need at least 3 more to answer I told them I don't know alot of people and I told them nevermind to the loan request, but then I asked my Co worker who said she could be a reference and my sister said she will answer the phone, so I called Atlas credit again to tell them I found an additional two references then Atlas said that they couldn't approve my application cause my job info didn't line up, I guess to make themselves feel better for ME turning the request down.

      I have a loan with atlas credit services. Alex ********************** made several visits to my house dropping off a pink envelope stating that I was behind in collections call them. My mom was sitting with dementia and Alzheimer's and I live with her so she was getting these threatening messages and visit to her house. I informed them that I was working with a legal processing attorney to resolving my balance. That was never recognized by them at ***** ********************** they continue to call me continue to send me letters. My hired legal processing offer and settled my balance and I paid in full.Instead of recognizing my payment the lady in the office told me I had a old balance and they were trying to dig the old balance up and I did let her know that was in bankruptcy years ago so she just said you still owe it. Atlas credit soon stop calling me and harassing me. However I have a ********************** repair company now that's helping me repair my faults on my ********************** and Atlad ********************** sent me this rude letter stating "we are again in receipt of correspondence regarding a debt on your ********************** report.

      This company is by far the worst loan company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with!!! They lie to the credit Bureaus about late payments after 1 week they filed a past due by 30 days on my credit report. I had to take the time out to dispute it fortunately it was fixed. Horrible place to deal with!!!

      Ok Ive been having this loan maybe a year in a half two years.it started off fine I was paying my fees every month and they started sending me options to get a renewal Im assuming on my loan and with the pandemic going on i took them because it was kind of convenient now fast forward I had 4 deaths back to back within 2months so of course I fail behind I explained this to management after getting threatening phone calls about being sent out of office I get a new job and get set on a payment arrangement Im starting to catch up now my dad dies unexpectedly and the cause was unknown I had to get rental assistance and other financial help to stay afloat I also explain this to management but now there coming to my house calling my daughters phone and sending messages while steady telling me there sending me out of office and its like Ive been hearing this for months if they cant understand that life happens and I was border line close to losing everything then sending different amounts that im past due steady threading to take legal actions against me after stating its already on my credit so Ill take care of that like I have to with a couple of other things unfortunately but calling letters and steady coming to my place of residents where youve been told your not welcomed is very disturbing from something that started as $100 loan I DO NOT RECOMMEND

      I just recently got a loan with Atlas and I call my local office telling them to take my payment off my card before my due date. I call my local office and ask them why the payment did come out they told me that their corporate office handles card payments. I did not know it takes this long (usually 2 business days I think) but however Im going into the office from now on..so far great company and they really help me out when I needed them
