              September 23,2022 $3472.12 Water well was to be repaired. Quoted me $2800. I had to go out of town when they came to fix it. Went up on price because instead of a half horse power pump they had to get a 1 horse pump. When they tried to pulled old pump out it fell to bottom of well. Waited two weeks to get magnet to pull out. Did work finally got old pump out and then the new pump would not work. They had other jobs that had to be done and put me off. Finally his assistant ******* ****** said he would work on it. Because ****** wanted to charge me more to pull it out and start over.He got another pump. ******* had personal issues and could not come and now he is not working for Holmes. It is now November 16th and nothing has been done. I need my money returned so I can pay another company to fix my well. No one will return my calls.

              ****** Holmes came out to work on my well. He brought a young kid and had him doing all the work. I have nothing against teaching the younger generation, but ****** did NOTHING but bark orders at the boy. The piping was not fitted properly. Less than three weeks later, after vibration from the motor and bladder tank the pipe broke off at the pump. The well went down and my well house flooded. I tried for 24 hrs to call him. I had tenants living there. He would not answer my calls or come out. I sent several text messages. ****** Holmes does extremely poor-quality work, takes your money, and then will not return with things go wrong. STAY AWAY FROM HIM and find someone else. You will be better off!
