    I called this company on 2/28 at 3pm when I believed I had a slab leak. They came out at 9am on 3/1. This plumbing company identified the leak and provided a misleading scope of work to me. They began work jackhammering the slab. They replaced an inch of copper pipe, and then filled the dirt back and poured new concrete. They were all wrapped up at 10:30am. They charged me $7,296.06 for 90 minutes of work. I attempted to negotiate after the work was done because I was very confused by the initial estimate and scope of work. I thought this project would take days and be far more extensive. They have yet to provide me with a plumbing report of the work done which they said they'd do. I've contacted 4 plumbers since that each said that I was taken advantage of. The highest bid of the other 4 was for $1200. A huge discrepancy from what I was charged. I attempted to call, have left multiple voicemails and have still been unable to get a completed plumbing report. Today, the plumber answered the phone and cursed at me calling me a "mother-fucking idiot" and then hanging up on me when I suggested that he over-charged and took advantage of me. I made no request for a refund. I just want my plumbing report so I can submit to insurance.

    I was charged up front $319.00 for a inspection of a leak at one of my commercial properties. We had already told the company where the leak was and I was hoping they could fix it. The leak turned out to be a 2'' PVC pipe buried only inches for the surface in a flower bed. The technician Mike showed up and left without calling me or the tenant. I received the "expert inspection report" via email after he was long gone. It said, "we recommend you call a pool company." Does it really cost $319,00 dollars to be told to call someone else? If the tech had called me I could have had the pool equipment turned off and he could have repaired the PVC in minutes. This is a scam. I have reported them to the Texas Attorney General, left a bad google review and now this one as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

    When you called our office @ 4PM on Mon 11/15 (*on a recorded line) to request service, you were immediately advised that there is a diagnostic fee we pre-collect for our plumber to service a commercial location. After you detailed the issue you were aware of (as you were not onsite), I advised that in the event the issue is not plumbing related, the fee still applies to come and diagnose and non plumbing issues would not be repaired by our plumber. You double clarified this stating that if it were a "fire sprinkler" we would advise to call a proper pro for that repair, and I advised yes. As well we advised any repairs are additional to the diagnostic fee collected. You advised you "wanted to do it and advised "we Wylie folks stick together", paid the fee and confirmed with booking the appointment same day 4-7PM arrival window. You gave a different person's contact info to meet the plumber onsite. When the plumber was onsite and advised to said person onsite that the repair is on a pool line, not plumbing, so he would not be able to repair. You immediately go online to now lie and bash a small company for doing exactly as we described were the possibility. We are not a pool company and we do not make repairs to any pool equipment, which again we had pre-clarified to you that we ONLY do plumbing. We are a completely transparent company and we do not scam or mislead our customers!
