This place is money first, no questions asked. This notion is reflected by the fact that, when my group of peers was expressing issues with the program including its immense lack of clarity before starting, its awful attendance policies, and its lack of resources provided to clients we ended up being told that "it IS a business" and that we shouldn't get swept up in a river of negative emotions. These kind of thoughts usually go undisclosed here, as there's shame tied to leaving before "Graduation;" however, the decline in the quality of care and the treatment of those struggling with how the program opperates seems to be both reaching a boiling point and falling upon deaf ears. The program is also starting to take on far more clients than they should, which seems to be happening due to their poor reputation around wait times prior; however, the care is faltering due to this.Important notes:-You get DIRECTLY charged (no insurance) $330 per day that you are 15 minutes late to or don't attend.-You must give a week's notice before you want to stop attending. This is not made clear until you ask to leave. -You are billed on a monthly basis, this does not change if you are opting to leave.-You can only expect to meet 1 on 1 with a therapist for 1 hour a week, with the other 14 hours of the program spent in a room with a group of others (usually self-guided)Also, this is not a safe space for q**** identities regarding restrooms, interactions with therapists, and interactions with other clients.

Their money is the most important thing far and above patient care. Our *** account was charged illegally for services not yet rendered simultaneously charging my personal credit card and did not want to refund the credit card for 30 days. They forced him to drive "intoxicated" to treatment. They suggested it would be a good idea to find a dr for meds. If you miss an appointment, there is a stiff financial penalty for not coming in. He requested to do an online appointment but they refused. They caused his anxiety to heighten when they were being paid to help the him learn coping and negotiation skills. This was my son's healing journey and I had to let him make the decision to go to the person/place he thought was best. He was so excited about getting better quickly, he chose the intense program. I was leery from the beginning. I thought that their representative sounded more like a timeshare sales person rather than a mental health professional. One of the claims made was that their clinicians are so talented with their patients that they rarely go more than 8 weeks of the 12 week program. My son was there for 13 and so frustrated, they encouraged him to take a break. Upon trying to return, our out of pocket expenses were met but they said we had to pay for the appointment & if the insurance said it was met they would refund our money after 30 days. He asked to call the insurance with them, they refused. We tried to talk to them together refused because he was over 18. We had paperwork signed on file stating I could talk about anything in his records, they still refused. Out of frustration, he declined the appointment. They tried to collect from the *** account for services they did not render. My son said he learned some skills but the overall stresses he felt from them (I could write about if I was allowed the room here) was not worth the price. They are now billing him for the full price of the "missed appointment." Money first, patient second. Shop around!
