    Hi,I received a purpleair air sensor as a gift over a year ago. When I received the sensor I tried to set it up but was unable to. Upon contacting their support team many times they told me the sensor would not work because it had the wrong label/bar code. They said they would send me a new sensor but one never arrived. I followed up a while later to see if it had been sent with no reply.I contacted their support team again later and had to re-explain everything. Now I've contacted them 3 times and provided very clear instructions that I need a new sensor sent to me and confirmed my address. They respond to me that I need to confirm my address (which I've done several times) and then close my ticket and it starts all over again.I would just like to receive a working sensor to replace the non-working one they sent me. I would also like them to send me the working sensor 1st so I can return the non-working sensor in that box. I would also like purpleair to pay for the shipping both ways because this was a gift sent to me and all additional shipping costs are a result of purpleair sending me a sensor with the wrong label which has prevented it form working.Thanks for you assistance,Luc

    Purple Air had a great concept. Unfortunately, they have ZERO customer service and support.We have contacted them with issues repeatedly and they don't even acknowledge our correspondence.One simple issue is that our account email needs updating. On their web site they inform customers that only ******************** can do such and update and that customers are supposed to contact them to ask for the change.They have ignored our pleas for help.Furthermore, they ignored our request for tech support for a failed monitor.We even were ready to buy more monitors from them, but they did not respond to us at all, so we are buying others with much better customer service (AirGradient).
