      Hidden fees. Company states they continued to pay local taxes on purchased items despite sales tax being applied and included in purchase. I paid $67 in hidden fees they deem to be taxes which was never disclosed. Only fee that was disclosed was $59 lease fee if paid within 90 days which I paid within that timeframe.

      I was a victim of identity fraud in 2022, I contacted this company in regards to an account being opened without my knowledge or permission, they said they sent me an affidavit to my work email, I never recieved it had to call back multiple times to ask for the affidavit, Poor customer service, Poor Communication Agents keep giving me a run around, Submitted a police report and affivadit and never heard anything back. They are still saying I owe money on this account after already submitting my documents, They also keep sending marketing emails but will mot provide a itemized receipt of what the scammers stole from best buy. Called 7/18/2024 and spoke with a agent that advised No One In The Investiagtions Apartment Is Available after being on hold for 30+ minutes. this whole company is sketchy

      I have been a customer of ********************** for a long time and I started a new lease with them and I called to do a skip payment and they ok the skip payment and ever since they I keep getting emails about I am behind on my account and when I call them and talk to them they keep giving me the run a round and will not help to fix the problem.

      My account for my Macbook air M1 says it was past due even though I having been paying it on time . You guys did this twice even though i paid once. June 12th and July 12th .

      These payments always come out of my  bank account . Which i am not posting the number here. I am paying on time both times. I feel like its a delay between the company and my bank sending the money over or its your end the payments are always on time

      Purchased a lawn mower back in 2023 not even a year yet. Lawnmower is broken does not run.. Called to report this and I am jumping through hoops to get some response about this. I am very angry after 3k not including finance charges they want me to pay them for the remainder balance. I am not going to pay anymore until I am reimbursed for the lack of usage for 4 months and I will be contacting an attorney for your lack of taking care of your customers. ***** is not responsible for the lawnmower they got their money. You are. I want to be reimbursed 1500 for the issues and come and get this piece of JUNK!~~

      I am rejecting this response because: your team tried this today with me.. I want my money back or I'm going to the internal affairs. Nobody cares about this item almost being paid off. You're a lousy company to take advantage of people and not take care of us. I have to either be refunded or the contract paid off. I'm not paying anymore. I'm stopping all automatic payments. I can't believe I trusted this company. A lawyer will have a ball with this case. Your customer service needs adjustment no sympathy or remorse.

      So i applied for progressive leasing and was told i would be approved if i can provide voided check and bank statements. So.i did just that. Called progressive leasing and was told i am approved for up to $1500. I said okay thanks. Then when i tried to place order and it stated application not approved. So i called progressive back and got told i was declined application i explained what the previous agent told me. They simply hung up and now they keep transfering me to different agents. They shouldnt be allowed to ask for information such as bank statements and voided checks if they going to lie and say you are approved. And then turn around and take your information and then decline you. This should be stopped.

      I am rejecting this response because: This still doesnt resolve the issue of why i got lied to by customer service rep. **** asked for my banking information asked for voided check and told me you will receive a email with approval amount. And then i get told a different story. Progressive leasing shouldnt be allowed ti ask for sensitive personal information and tell customers they are approved and then change the story. Thats all i have to say to that.

      The dates of transactions started in January 2024 It was for a $933 cell phone from Cricket I had a six month buyout, which was honored.they ended up charging me just about $1400 to date.Theyre trying to say I owe $2400 on a $933 cell phone Ive reached out to the company numerous times Now theyre trying to go by other means of payment through credit cards and banking to get an additional $1400 out of me I need to stop them for unscrupulous practices They have numerous complaints and bad reviews, so Im not the only person Having issues with this company PROGRESSIVE LEASING OUT OF DRAPER UTAH I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEYRE STILL SENDING ME THREATENING EMAILS TRYING TO GET MONEY I HAVE ALL CORRESPONDENCES SAVED.

      Exchange a Mattress that I Leased from Mattress Firm. For another Mattress. This is 120 Night Exchange Policy. You are Supposed to wait ***** days to give the Mattress time to Form to your Body type. And This Mattress is Extremely Firm its not the Right one for Me. I called Mattress Firm. They said they can do the Exchange but Progressive Leasing needs to Contact them to Get the process Started. So I talk with Progressive Leasing. And they said that they would Help Me. But They have not Helped Me Exchange the Mattress. But Harassing me. Every day. I ordered Smart Box Spring and Adjustable Base theses 2 items are good! I ask them to let Me pay for theses two items while we are working on the Exchange for the Mattress . So I wont get far behind on the payments they Wont help Me with this Either And it took Progressive Leasing a month to set up My account . I called them so I get started with the payments and they told Me my account wasnt set up. By the time the account got set up. I was already 2 payments Behind because of them. Plus I had to Track down the Details of the Delivery ect.. Im not going double up on Payments. When I dont have to. The more they wait around to Exchange this mattress the more behind Im getting on payments. Or let me pay for the Box spring and the Adjustable Base. While they work out the exchange . I bought the mattress online. And the Mattress is the Same Brand of the Memory Foam pillows. I have but the Pillows are Extremely Comfortable. But the Mattress is not. All I want is to Exchange the Mattress. And Start over with the lease so Im not further Behind Progressive Leasing said they would help Me. But have not. They are not a ************ to do Business with.

So I never picked up that merchandise from the store and they are still trying to get me to pay for something I do not have the store has it.
