              I purchased thousands of dollars of chalk and transfers I’ve already thrown away 25 used one time chalks. In the photo here are 30 more New unopened chalks that are all hard cracked and worthless This is hundreds of dollars of chalks that are useless and now I have no use for the transfers this is beyond upsetting that I was duped into a subpar product

              Terrible business model. They set rules, but the higher ranking designers don't have to follow or don't get investigated when reported.

              Hi ******, Thank you for sharing your concerns. The direct sales model has been around for decades and we operate within that business model. There are policies and we do require our Designers, at all levels, to uphold them. If there is a policy violation, we do not publicly share with other Designers the details of someone's account. I did not find an active Designer account for you, but if you would like to share something that has gone unreviewed, please send an email to *********************************** We strive to treat all Designers at all levels the same.
