I have had nothing but issues since the panels have been placed in November 2022 they didn't work until April2023 and stopped working on July 25, 2023 I noticed they stopped In August 2023 when my electric bill spiked and it took 2.5 Mos before anyone came out to physically look at them they said they were done wrong they got a crew other to finally fix they I asked for them to check the other half the water on my garage because the crew put those up to yet they still only fix half of the the house. Now I'm still fighting to get someone out for the ones on the garage and now one of the 12 on the house is out and they are trying to tell this it is a noise interference it's just one excuse after another. Now I'm making payments on $75000 dollar loan on a system that is not working correctly. And nothing being done I have to keep fighting and calling and checking and nothing is being done nothing absolutely nothing.Business Response

Hello, your system is complete from the installers stand point. It has permission to operate, which is the final step in the project. The over current and/or electrical noise is with the manufacturer of the inverters, Enphase. They have a service case opened and are working on resolution. We will continue to work with them on getting the inverters corrected. Your system is warrantied by them and they are aware. We are sorry, that these errors are happening with your inverters.

I am rejecting this response because: it wasn't until I placed my better Business bureau complaints that you guys decided that you was going to come up with the solution that it was theconverter filters that you guys needed to get for the noise.I feel like you guys have been trying to handle me instead of trying to fix this issue I've had nothing but issues since the 1st part of my panels being put on these microverters or whatever you guys called them we're already placed that's what took so long from November to April to get my stuff together now it's something else when it originally started from a storm to my trees to whatever I asked for both the garage and the house to be looked at you guys refuse saying they worked so when I then seen that they were no longer working and told you guys now it's noise. I have every screenshot that I've ever sent to you guys I have every conversation via text and email with Chris and Topher and whomever.

At least four times a day, I receive a call from this company under local and non local numbers. It is so stressful to receive multiple calls from the same company regarding something you have never requested information about or showed any interest. This company is literally harassing people multiple times a day to sale a product/service even if they show no interest. I literally jump when my phone rings because I already know who is on the phone.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have never signed up for any information regarding this service or company. They received my information through third party sharing. This company is failing to take total responsibility for obtaining personal information through third parties and harassing people per their statement through their off shore department. This has been more stressful than the viral car warranty scam calls.

I have been receiving multiple telemarketing calls from this company. The calls come from different numbers most of the time. The calls occur multiple times per day. As of noon on 10/13/23 I have already received 3 calls. I have asked to be removed from the company's call list on multiple occasions, yet the calls continue day after day. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.While, this has rectified my situation, I cant help but feel for all the people still being inundated by the calls. The fact that the company hired a 3rd party telemarking company to perform calls from them does not abdicate the company of their responsibilities. They need to manage that 3rd party relationship and ensure that all laws are being followed when the company is calling on their behalf.
Im glad to no longer be receiving calls, but hope that the company is reviewing its practices with regards to the 3rd parties they partner with.

I paid this company for a solar system to be installed on my house. I was dealing with what seemed to be three separate companies. ********************************************** I signed commitment paperwork on 7/19/22. It took a bit of the time to get all the designs and paperwork completed, which was expected. Was 10/24/22 before they finally installed the panels themselves. I noticed they installed an out of production version of panels I was contracted to receive. On 11/9/22 they were to come back to install the solar edge inverter on the house. After completed I noticed they installed and enphase combiner, against contract. I raised my concerns on 11/11/22 that they were breaking contract and installing inferior/incorrect product. At this point they have taken multiple disbursements from finance company, and I am being expected to start making payments for a system that not only isn't complete, it's entirely wrong. They told me they would send me reimbursement checks monthly to cover the loan payment until completion. This has not happened on time once yet without me having to call and get them to send the check. I have submitted all required docs to them. They came out on 11/28/22 and removed combiner, then installed incorrect inverter, which I caught and brought to their attention. It wasn't until 12/13/22 that I was informed that they were going to order the correct panels, and it was 12/21/22 before they were installed on my roof. It was 1/9/23 before the correct inverter was finally installed. It is now 3/1/23 and we just got the inspection completed, and are still not live because they need to finish parts of their install still. It makes me sick to think of how many people trusted these people to do a job for them and received something entirely different/inferior to what they paid for. I have made hundreds of calls to ensure this is done correctly, they never called me first. I had to babysit this entire job! **** characters is not near enough words.Business Response

We have sent reimbursements for his payments due to the delays and have also financially compensated him for the mistakes on the equipment. They did offer some monetary compensation for the extreme and abundant shortfalls and pure incompetence that have consistently plagued this job.I just want it on record that I absolutely under no circumstance would ever recommend anyone to use this organization if they are in the market to have solar installed on their property. If I had to rate this business and their company's practices on a scale of 1-5, they most definitely would receive a zero across the board. This company is an absolute embarrassment to the industry and its companies like this that ruin the consumers opinion of the entire industry.

August 1st of 2022 we signed the contract for our Solar Panels and was told we would receive $22k back from our taxes that could then go towards our loan reducing our monthly payment by $100 per month. This was false information per my tax preparer, we are getting $7,000 and a $14.600.00 tax carry over for next year. So that was completely false information given from the start. We would be better off just keeping PSE and not getting panels that will cost me $150 more than my bill, why would I do that?It took 5 months, 2 cancelled appointments, MANY phone calls and emails from my end and ill prepared installers (took home my tape measure, never replaced it). I was told everything was done and the system was ready to be turned on. When the final inspector came out in Dec he said that the net meter had not been installed to power up the system. When I called my sales Rep he was unaware that hadn't been done, I was then transferred to ***** who assured me he would be my final line of assistance. He stated that two of the project overseers on my job had been let go due to their inadequacies in handling my project. Wow, that instills confidence! He then never dealt with me again but passed me along to ***** who handles ****************** Not sure how he's going to help but he said he would see if he could get some kind of compensation due to all the mishaps and miscommunications, again, nothing came from that. I believe this company gives false truths about the process in order to get your business and then completely fumbles through the process with no communication or direction. I must have dealt with 10 different people over the phone during the course of installation for follow up and questions. If I can help anyone reading this from using this company and going through the nightmare we experience for 5 months that's my main goal.After I expressed to ***** that they have no Integrity or conscience he was done with me. This is a $75,000 ****** that I hope no one else has to learn!Business Response

Unfortunately, we do not offer any tax advice as everyone's tax situation is different. There is a Federal Tax Credit for going solar on residential homes. It is 30% of the overall system cost. That number is included on the proposal and the finance documents from the banks. It is up to the homeowner and their current tax situation or tax liability on how that credit is applied. If they don't receive all of it in year 1, then the remainder will roll over to future years. They have up to 5 years to roll it over and claim it all. If that is the case, the loan can also be re-amortized to a lower payment when they put more of the tax credit towards the loan.
