Please change your advertising. Your ads are very annoying and repetitive and I get so tired of seeing them every time I go on the Internet, every single day. I have no teeth and I just received a large inheritance and would be a great candidate for your services, but I wouldn't consider spending a dime with you because of the fact that your ads are so freaking annoying. Thank you for your time. The worst one to me is the ugly dudes face that ops up at the end of every article on ************ Please change it to someone that is not so hard to look at. keeps calling me about dental services .. i have not asked or talked to these people at all. thier phone calls are annoying me daily. i am on the do not call registry. they even call on weekends and holidays. they have a robo caller system and constantly call from different numbers.Business Response

3/16/25 I had to wire $38,500 to Nuvia to have dental implants done. Regional manager ***** called my trust officer without my knowledge or my permission to rush the payment to them from my trust by wire. The same day they received it I discovered from the scheduler ****** that they left out a lot of information on the whole procedure to where I would have declined it all from the get go. I demanded my money back which they eventually agreed to do. ***** said I would get my $1,000 back into my checking account that I had to put down and the $38,500 would be wired back into my trust. I have been waiting for almost 1 month now. I did receive $1,000 back into my checking account but the $38,500 was never wired. I contacted ***** almost everyday to get this taken care of. Then on the 4/8/25 nuvia wrote a check for $38,500 and sent it to me at my house. I went to my bank Friday 4/11/25 and the banker wouldn't even take it. She said it doesn't look right, as a matter of fact it looked like a scam. I called ***** again and he said he doesn't know if they are set up to wire the money back. Their bank is ***** and I'm pretty sure they know how to wire money back. ***** knew how to get the money wired to him when he called my trust officer but doesn't know if it can be wired back? He keeps saying he is getting with the finance team to resolve this but no one there seems to know how. I want my money now! I have tried to contact the CEO **** ******* but he doesn't exist. I tried to contact another CEO and have heard nothing back. I tried to contact customer service and no response. Not only do I need this money back this week so I can have this dental procedure done here in ***** where I live and I can't pay for it out of my trust without that money wired back in there. Not just that but because it's a lot of freaking money and it's mine!! I am extremely stressed out about this and need this resolved ASAP! Thank you.Business Response

They charged my wife ****** ****** and I 2000 dollars and took 30k out in loans for services that they never provided. It has been over a month of fighting with these people with no result. They either need to immediately provide the quoted service or refund all of our money.Business Response

This business continues to send me emails after I have contacted them numerous times requesting that my email address be removed from their records and no further communication is sent. I never requested information from this company. Each time I call, I am assured that my address will be removed. I placed a call again today, 3/26, and spoke with **** who once again assured me that this problem would be resolved. This is annoying, a nuisance, and harrassment. I ask that you look into their practices of sending unsolicited emails and advise me of the outcome.Business Response

I had my initial surgery on 10/17/24. Got bottom implant 10/18/24. I had to wait 5 months to be able to get my uppers since I had bone grafting. I tried to get in sooner because the denture was bothersome. After many phone calls and promises of returned calls that no one did, I was told to keep my initial appt for 3/17/25. Arrived 3/17/25 at 6 am for my 2nd appt to have the metal posts put in and they said I wasn't on the schedule. So I spent money on gas, food, sleeping arrangements only to be told I couldn't have it done. I asked the receptionist to have the manager call me when he got in at 8am. 12pm and no phone call. I called the manager at 12 and he never got a message to call me. This office is lacking major communication skills. I now have an appointment on 3/19/2025. So more expenses for me. I really feel I should be compensated in some way.Business Response

Nuvia Dental pushed and did a hard sell with me. The 1st time in contact we pd ******* just for someone to call me. Then we did financing and I decided, no I didnt want to do this. They then told me that the smaller loan couldnt be reversed. Remember this was within 24 hrs of seeing if we were approved. I had not seen a sole there yet. So they kept pushing and pushing. I felt bullied. I found out after my surgery that i did not receive a proper consult. Nobody did a mock up, the shape and size of the teeth are wrong, I was not told anything about surgery. Yes I did do as much research as I thought needed, but nothing is as I expected. I feel I was mutilated. Its caused a significant problem for my mental well being. I also was able to eat and enjoy it more prior to this fix. I feel like they should have discussed with me if this was the proper option ect. I not only want the problem fixed, but I want money back! This whole thing is just a money trap and sham! Nobody called me when I couldnt make my follow up. They never left me alone when they wanted money, yet once I did have surgery I dont hear a think. This is one of the worst experiences in my life. They need to know Im willing to sue them for all of it, including the the role its taken on me mentally. I have to convince myself daily to continue, I feel my life has been greatly affected in a very negative way. Thats putting it nice yet simple.Business Response

***** *****the response has nothing to do with my complaint. I did have to miss my follow up, nobody ever called me back to reschedule. A follow up has nothing to do with the fact that I was bullied and pressured in to going through with the procedure. The response also does not address the fact that I wasnt given proper information and was misled. Again doesnt address the fact that because of this, its affected my well being greatly. My family has suffered, as well. They put no effort in to this response and is indicative of the way I was treated. They clearly dont care once they have your money, and this ridiculous response shows that. We will end up in court.

I watched a you tube video that I was prompted to watch through the weather network app, while I was at my winter home in Florida. This complaint deals with their office in Orlando Florida. I had to complete my personal information before reviewing the video. They claim in their video they have an AA rating with the Better Business Bureau, yet I could not locate the business on your website. That’s when the at least two emails a day, then the phone calls started. I explained I was inquiring for my Mother who will be 94 in March of this year. I advised them by phone she would not be interested. The phone calls stopped but the emails continued sometimes more than two a day. I requested to unsubscribe but that button would not submit my request. Then I responded again and again to their numerous emails, to remove me from their email contact list, to no avail. It was not stopped until I advised them I was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for email harassment. I have not had an emails now for a day. I don’t want this happening to other unsuspecting consumers, especially the elderly, and also the fact they are indicating their accreditation with the BBB. In order to proceed to get information you must first provide your information. Once I was able to view the video I knew it was not for my Mother, but at this point they had my information to start harassing me!!! Very poor business practices. I want their unsubscribe button to work for all potential customers, Also an apology for not stopping the emails once requested and explaining I was not interested over the phone. What does it take to stop them, but a threat to report them to the BBB!! I had implants done approximately 6 months ago. They pulled the teeth one and implants were put in the next day. Within 7 days 2 of the back teeth chipped eating a baked potato. The surgeon that pulled teeth is not the same surgeon that took the measurements. They were supposed to set implants back 3 mm. Instead they moved them forward 3 mm. Now I have a large overbite. They made another set which was supposed to be 3 mm back from what I have now. Instead they made the set and moved them back 6 mm which made me look like I have no top lip. On top of that they were the wrong shape. Now I am still waiting for the implants to come in. They told me today the material just arrived. This is CRAZY they do implants daily and turn those implants around in one day. Now Dr ***** seems to be getting angry with me because someone is not doing their job correctly. I need intervention with this. This is coating me $27,000 just for upper implants. I have made numerous trips from ******** to ****** and they just cant seem to get it right.
