    I watched a you tube video that I was prompted to watch through the weather network app, while I was at my winter home in Florida. This complaint deals with their office in Orlando Florida. I had to complete my personal information before reviewing the video. They claim in their video they have an AA rating with the Better Business Bureau, yet I could not locate the business on your website. That’s when the at least two emails a day, then the phone calls started. I explained I was inquiring for my Mother who will be 94 in March of this year. I advised them by phone she would not be interested. The phone calls stopped but the emails continued sometimes more than two a day. I requested to unsubscribe but that button would not submit my request. Then I responded again and again to their numerous emails, to remove me from their email contact list, to no avail. It was not stopped until I advised them I was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for email harassment. I have not had an emails now for a day. I don’t want this happening to other unsuspecting consumers, especially the elderly, and also the fact they are indicating their accreditation with the BBB. In order to proceed to get information you must first provide your information. Once I was able to view the video I knew it was not for my Mother, but at this point they had my information to start harassing me!!! Very poor business practices. I want their unsubscribe button to work for all potential customers, Also an apology for not stopping the emails once requested and explaining I was not interested over the phone. What does it take to stop them, but a threat to report them to the BBB!! The business should also be fined for false information presented to potential consumers about their accreditation with the BBB.

    What about the fact this business is advertising they have an AA rating with the BBB, when in fact their Compnay cannot be located in your system. This is false advertising!! Also why doesn’t their unsubscribe requests work on their emails they keep sending people? I could not get them to stop, until I threatened them with a complaint to the BBB

    I call Nuvia Dental Implant Center and made an appointment for a dental consultation. The representative told me I needed to pay the deposit of $89.00 in a case if I wouldn't show up on time of my appointment. I agreed. The appointment was scheduled on 01/29/2025. On 01/27/2025 I got a sleep and fall accident. I I called the office the same day in the morning, and explained that I cannot come to the office on 01/29/2025, because I have an accident and cannot drive my car, and have difficulties to walk. I asked them to can sell my appointment. The cancellation I made was more than 48 hours. The office did not return my $89.00 dollars deposit. They are still my money.

    I had implants done approximately 6 months ago. They pulled the teeth one and implants were put in the next day. Within 7 days 2 of the back teeth chipped eating a baked potato. The surgeon that pulled teeth is not the same surgeon that took the measurements. They were supposed to set implants back 3 mm. Instead they moved them forward 3 mm. Now I have a large overbite. They made another set which was supposed to be 3 mm back from what I have now. Instead they made the set and moved them back 6 mm which made me look like I have no top lip. On top of that they were the wrong shape. Now I am still waiting for the implants to come in. They told me today the material just arrived. This is CRAZY they do implants daily and turn those implants around in one day. Now Dr ***** seems to be getting angry with me because someone is not doing their job correctly. I need intervention with this. This is coating me $27,000 just for upper implants. I have made numerous trips from ******** to ****** and they just cant seem to get it right. Please help!

    This January , i desire i wanted to learn more about dental implants to make my smile pop. i was told by a sales rep that a 89 dollar fee was required, to hold the consultation. He stated that it wouldn’t be charged as long as i attended. I attended the consultation and understood i couldn’t afford a set of implants for 45k. Fast forward to the end of the month and reviewing my credit card statement, i was charged the 89 dollars even though i meet their terms. I have the proof from the quotes and consultation. When i reach out they send you to a IVR that seems to never to be monitored. I twice have set on hold for over 90 minutes. When i attempted to inquire about sales their is an immediate answer, but the sales people only send you back to hold because they can’t do anything. Nuvia, please refund my 89 dollars .

Address 7138 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84121 at 12pm on January 10, 2025 The said the would give us a $100.00 Gift Card from Amazon it I brought my wife with me which I did. The even said that when we were there. We met with Travis Wing there Representative he explain their progam to us. Basically we were lied to, I don't want to do business with a company you can trust. We did are part the did no live up to their agreement on theif end. This show bad faith on their part and my recomendation is for no one to every do business with the.     On December 3, 2024 I was contacted by Nuvia Dental about getting information about their dental implants. I was told that I would get all the information on a zoom call, but needed to pay a upfront fee before the zoom call. I was told that after the call the money would be refunded if I didn't decide to continue doing business with them for dental implants. I found the cost of the dental implants to be too high for me. I was told that I would receive my refund in 7 to 14 days. I have contacted them about this and was told that due to the holidays to give them a few days. I am still waiting. I have saved the text messages from them regarding this and could forward them to you if you need me to.

    I am rejecting this response because they never explained to me that the $4'845 was non refundable and further more they didn't even show me the free voucher and what it covered.  Also they did not once say this is the end of services of the free voucher do you want to continue.  Furthermore I cancelled the contract within 30 days.  Also I had to call several times to refund the money to the bank and when they finally did I had to pay almost $100 in interest because they were going from 10/02/2024 with the interest.  I ended up paying $4,938.15 all together.  They talked so fast all I heard was if you cancel they will charge you $48.00.  Also they make teeth for a living why did they make them so early it probably only takes about a day to make teeth especially when I was only going to have the upper done.  If they do refund my money I will make sure they get a reputation as crooks!!

    I was told multiple times about a very important detail, after several phone conversations, traveling from *********** to *****, and making my first appointment I was told again about this detail. However on my second visit, which was supposed to be the actual surgery I was told the opposite. There is much to this situation, way too much to explain it all here, but with excess of $2,000 out of my pocket, for travel & lodging alone, I was not only denied the procedure, they actually are trying to spin it around on me.
