1 starAside from having the worst telephone system in the world I've attempted to make payment arrangements on medical bills that are exceeding my income. I've offered to pay what I could afford which is $20 per month due to other medical obligations. Tanner clinic will only accept $50 payments and will not work with you deny you admission for any further medical assistance. I worked with several other hospitals being from the medical field myself I've never found anyone so ridiculous we're incapable of helping someone pay their bills.Review fromJacqueline M

5 starsI would like to give a 5 STAR review to Katy ** Patient Account Representative at Tanner Clinic for her noteworthy customer account services. ********** received my call this morning in which I had a few questions in reference to my account and a **** I had received. Without going into all the personal details for the purpose of my call, I want to personally acknowledge her outstanding customer service, patience, expertise knowledge of the billing system and ability to confidently address my concerns & answer my questions to my upmost satisfaction! She went above and beyond to ensure before we ended the call that she had addressed and met to my satisfaction the purpose for which I had placed the call. She deserves recognition for her level of experience in the work she is performing and the pride she takes and shows to her customers in performing it!!!Review fromPeggy W

I had an MRI done there and was told the results would be ready in one or two days. It's now been 8 days and no results. I have called twice and left messages and no one returns phone calls. Each time I call I get an answering machine. No human being to even talk to!!! Why would a clinic let a person worry and stew over results when they could easily post them on the parent portal??? I have seen many providers in the past 4 and a half years, they have become such a joke it's ridiculous. My most recent experience was to see Doctor ****** he was the one who said he would take me on as a new patient and even had his office call me to make the appointment. I get to the appointment and I am told I will not get the chance to be seen by him because I have ******** as my secondary insurance. Why go to the trouble of accepting me only to pull this stunt? ******** has been my secondary insurance since December of 2021 and has been on their records as such. When they made my appointment they even confirmed my info as well as insurance info. If this was such an issue why even say that they would take me as a new patient?The other time I visited PA ******************* to discuss my DNA genetic testing and my symptoms. He literally laughed at my symptoms and my genetic test. I have proof of symptoms and my genetics confirmed what my symptoms are. Tanner clinic has become a joke of non intelligent doctors and staff and the way they treat their patients is a joke as well. I highly discouraged anyone from going to their facility for any type of care. Their doctors and staff are severely lacking in any kind of intelligence.Tanner Clinic

We apologize that an appointment was scheduled to a provider that does not accept ******************* This should not have happened, it was missed by our scheduling team. ************** does not accept ******** because most of what he does is not covered by ******** and would have been left to the patient to pay. We have other providers that do similar treatments that are covered by ********. We reached out to the patient to schedule with someone else but she preferred not to continue her care here at Tanner Clinic. ** ******************* reviewed the *** test and suggested to run some additional lab tests. Every office except scheduling goes straight to voicemail, telling you to leave a message and theyll get back to you. It then tells you theyll call you back in one business day. Today is June 28th 2023 and I left them a voicemail on June 23rd 2023. I saw *************************** on May 16th and havent heard anything on my prescriptions more my specialist referal. This organization is a joke to say the least.Tanner Clinic

My complaint is about their billing with Tanner clinic I have called multiple times to pay my bill and it always takes more than 30 min to get anyone to answer or it sends me to voice mail. I have stopped by the billing office to make a payment after my appointment and either the billing people are under staff so they needed to help somewhere else or no one is in office to take my payment it's extremely aggravating to deal with this all the time. I think they need to work on this area for sure, most of the doctors there are good providers, but I've also had some really bad experiences too. I just hope that someone takes the time and make some improvements with this issue.Tanner Clinic

****,Thank you for your feedback, it is very much appreciated. We have been experiencing long hold times in our billing office for the past few months and I apologize for that. We take this seriously and have been working hard to fix it. We have increased our phone staff by 50% in the last month. It has been difficult to hire people until recently, but we are now fully staffed. 1 star*************** coherced me into getting a cortisone s*** i told him several times what my reaction was he never called me back when i told him my foot was swoop to a golf ball size no called me back when i told him i had a migrane i went to the urgent care i had to geta torodol shot and migrane meds he needs to listen to his patients and if he cant do anything say that he cant he shouldnt push a drug that will hurt a person and the nerve to ignore me ****** me off i dont want to be charged for this appt and medication i want them to oay for my instacare and drs appt i am allergic allergic to the stupid shot he should be reported to the medical boardReview fromJanna J

I wouldnt take my dog there. I was in so much pain and they didnt listen. The nurse gave me a shot for pain and it didnt go in and she said it did. I dont take narcotics and never have. I just wanted relief. They refused me service after I mentioned it.Tanner Clinic

Patient was given an injection for pain which did relieve the pain. The patient was very pleased and commented at that time that the MA did such a good job, She hardly felt it.The patient returned the next day for another injection, but the doctor felt it was is too soon as it could damage her kidneys. The provider made the best decision based on his medical training.
