I bought product from this company (2 bottles Glow), I tried it for a month. I noticed an reaction and looked at the ingredients in the product and found that, some of the ingredients caused me to go to ER. Since this is the only product I have been taking differently. I did not know that certain ingredients were in the product. I emailed the company, and subsequently called them to explain to them that I wanted to return the product since I was informed early on that there was a money back guaranteed stated to me by one of their representatives. They replied that I was not able to return the unopened 2nd bottle because some time has elapsed. I would like you to help me resolve this issue and get a refund of $143.99Business Response

Tranont is always happy to work with customers who have a health reaction to our products and would like to return the products for a refund.
In this particular situation with *********************, her order for **** was delivered on February 14th, and on February 17th she confirmed to Tranont that she had received the order.
On March 25th, ***** charge for this order was disputed with her credit card company. Tranont lost this dispute, the credit card company issued the reversed funds to **** on April 2nd.
On April 17th, **** called Tranont inquiring about a refund for the Glow product she had purchased as she had realized after consuming one bottle then reading the label that it contains ingredients she cannot have. The Customer Support agent explained *********************** standard return policy, but then explained to **** that she had already received the money back for the order as she had disputed the charge. **** replied that she had told her credit union that she had received the order and had asked them to return the money to Tranont. The Customer Support agent explained that ********************** has not received any money back for her order, and asked **** to email Tranonts ********************* with any details so that they could see what may have become of ***** request to her credit union. The agent provided this email address to ****, including spelling out the email for ****. As of the morning of April 19th, Tranont has not received any funds back for Lynns order, or an email from **** to the *********************.
As **** already received a refund for this order by disputing her credit card charge, Tranont cannot issue her an additional refund.Initial Complaint

I singed up to be an associate on 1/25/24 and ordered the Health & Beauty Bundle for a total of $653.28 and have not received any of my product yet. They claim products will ship separately, yet I have received nothing! I was told on Feb. 5th some product would ship within 7-10 days, nothing! I was told everything would this past Friday, 2/16, still nothing! They have an incentive to promote within the first 30 days which is very hard to due without the product! I have contact by email and phone, my upline has also reached out on my behave and still nothing! I called today, on hold for over 20 mins, waiting call back. I am requesting a full refund!!! Unfortunately, Tranont was experiencing a backorder issue at the time of Ms. ******’s order. Most of the items from her order were delivered on February 28th. Two items were still on backorder; Tranont informed Ms. ****** that the backordered items would be rush shipped as soon as they were available.
On March 11th, Ms. ****** disputed the full charge for her order with her credit card company. The next day, Ms. ****** emailed Tranont asking when the backordered items would be shipped to her. She was informed that the items would not be shipped to her as she had disputed the charge for those items, as well as for the items she had already received. Ms. ****** stated that she would contact her CC company to reverse the dispute. In April, Ms. ****** returned the items she had received to Tranont. On April 11th, Tranont was able to confirm that Ms. ****** had reversed the CC dispute, and a refund of $641.29 was issued to Ms. ****** in two separate refunds of $530.30 and $110.99.Initial Complaint

I placed my first order in October. I paid over $700. Today is February 2 and the last of my product arrived. I have had to call 3 times waiting for hours trying to find out where my product was. The "customer service" is rude. They charged me in advance for the total amount. I placed a second order in November and I don't believe I ever got all of it. We apologize that the November order for four bottles of Transform that we shipped via **** was not received by ****************. Unfortunately, **** tracking numbers are only valid for 120 days, and the order was shipped on December 5th (more than 120 days ago) so it is not possible to figure out what may have happened with the shipping on this order.
We would be happy to send two replacement bottles of Transform to ****************** sponsor to replace those she gave to ****************, or to ship four bottles of Transform to **************** and she could use or disperse those as she wishes. I placed an order on 11-7-23. My intent was to be an associate. Once my order was submitted the actual product kit (premium kit) was removed from the website. I believe it was $567. Products from the kit started drifting in the second eeek of January. It is now January 30th and I am still missing 3 products from a kit I purchased early November. Needless to say I do not want to represent this company. They obviously sold me products duct that they didn’t have. My credit card was charged $133 on 12/22/23 for two bottles of glow. I reached out to the company several times to find out where my order was. I kept being told that they were not sure when the item After a month, I contacted my credit card company and they helped me dispute the charge. Tranont is now trying to charge me $50 for disputing the charge for a product that u never received. I spoke to customer service on 1/27 and they told me that I needed to pay the $50 to keep my account active. I told them that I would pay for the product but I was not paying a fee. It’s been over a month and I only disputed the charge because I was not getting any answers on where the package was.Business Response

I was blindsided by a $75.99 charge on my credit card. I immediately emailed Tranont the day I seen the charge. I emailed on November 6, 2023, explaining that I did not authorize this order I asked that it be cancelled and funds be refunded immediately. No response. Emailed again November 10, 2023, no response. Another email Dec 6, 2023, no response. I called them and was on hold for 2 hours and 15 minutes before someone answered the phone. I spoke to ***********************. She said, that once the shipping department received the product back they would issue my refund via check because I no longer had the card that was used for the transaction. But there's a 15% cancelation fee, I was confused as to it was an unauthorized charge why am I being penalized 15%? ****** stated that I would be issued a check for my refund. Today, January 18, ****, I called Tranont, because *********************** was now ignoring my emails. So I get some lady on the phone whom put me on hold twice for bout 5 minutes each. She then tells me that they cannot issue my refund via check form because that is not how I paid. I again stated to her that the card is no longer viable to return the funds to. She then said that the refund was already on the card on file. So I've been taken advantage of 3 times now by this Tranont company. Unauthorized charges on my credit card $75.99, out $10.00 to ship two Chocolate Mojo back to Tranont, and my time and sanity for 3 months. Money wise I'm out $85.99 this is beyond ridiculous. I just want a full refund of my monies. They can get with *********************** to get emails between us. And if the company Tranont wants all my emails from me starting in November 6, 2023 - present I will be more than happy to send them to a higher up personnel. This has been on going problem since October 2023. I have monthly subscription with Tranont. In October I was billed for my full amount $140.99 for the Tranont Glow and the mojo coffee. I got a shipping confirmation when the package was delivered there was only the Glow. So I called Tranont. Wait time was almost 2 hrs to talk customer service. Was told the Mojo was on back order. I asked to speak a supervisor/ manager. Cause I told the customer service person that it was totally unacceptable for them to bill me the full amount if the Mojo was on back order. I asked if I could get the mojo overnight to me. I was told that I could pay the Tranont Company for that service ( cause they don’t have a way to offer that) I talk to a very rude supervisor name Cathy. But guess what the next I got a confirmation that my Mojo was it ways. Then November 2023 my subscription was withdrawn from my bank account ($140.99) this time I got a shipping confirmation. The box arrived in December 2023 again with only the glow. I than again called placement in line was 103 with a wait time with over 2 hrs. Then I received a email from Tranont on December 15, 2023 informing me that my order didn’t make the back order cut this time. I give the company a little time with holidays. So December 25, 2023 my subscription amount was taken from my account. So I called on Jan 3,2024 asking when my rest of order would ship. The customer service person told me he couldn’t find it and placed a reorder for the mojo. I asked when that would ship and when would my December order would ship. Was told not until late January. By that time my January subscription would come out of my account. The subscription are scheduled 25 of every month. When asked about stopping everything I was told that a 15% fee would be applied. Which is totally not acceptable. I am not the one holding the order. In fact they are stealing me and others monthly. $463 spent is way too much for service I have received. the shipping alone is $11.99 If the product was actually shipped on time I wouldn't have an issue but when I am on a monthly subscription that is delayed every month I run out of my product and this is not acceptable.Business Response

I purchased Enrich from Tranont in hopes it would help. I asked about the return policy if it didn't work. The rep and the website says, shall receive a 100% refund, less shipping and handling costs and a 15% cancellation fee. I finished a bottle and let the rep know it did not work. The rep convinced me I needed to try it for 30 days to see results. Since 1 bottle only lasted a couple weeks, I purchased a 2nd bottle. After finishing, I still got no results. I asked for a refund and Tranont is now claiming I need to send in a bottle with the remaining pills. This is not on their website which I let them know, and they said it was still their policy. I don't see how they say one thing on their website and then another when you ask to return. They are not being true to what they wrote. This is just bad business.Business Response
