I had solar panels Installed in Jan 2022. My contract included having the main breaker box upgraded. The local inspector won't approve the system until the box is replaced. I have spoken to customer service at least three times and have emailed the CEO and another executive and have yet to receive a response. Now it appears that Element Solar will no longer accept my calls.

My solar system was put on my house in March 2022, it is now July 2022 and they still haven't had my system inspected. I have tried to call LITERALLY 100s of times and get no answer at all. The system can not be turned on until it is inspected, so I have had a $36000 piece of junk sitting on my roof for the last 4 months and there is no end in sight. I'm honestly afraid to have them be connected to the system as the site monitor because they have been so unprofessional, so at this point I just want to be done with them entirely. So if that means getting a different company out to inspect and take over monitoring I would be happy with that.

I signed a contract with you Elements Solar on February 2022 to have solar panels installed on my house everything sounded good and legit bank etc. where in June is still have no panels but they’ve received a $25,000 check from the bank because I finance them I’ve tried to reach out to the sales rep as well as others that are no longer with the company due to lies and misleading to customers I’ve talked with an ex employee and he has been helping me with information but recommended me to go onto Google reviews and put it there so that way others can see it and and don’t happen to them. I’ve reached out to Element Solar several times with no response back I did contact an ex employee they’re still using his contact cell number and he told me that he had left the company due to mis leading an lies to customers that there not in business he put me in touch with another employee within their “business”but the employee Garrett contacted me and said that he shows that solar panels have been installed but he can work something out to get the contract lowered and decreased dramatically and wanted to set an appointment. “Again sounds shady” I called him back had to leave him a message and told him no I wanted to cancel and void the contract. I still have not heard back from him. I’ve called the bank to request that they not pay any more money out to this company on my behalf they’re investigating the situation. I did receive paperwork from the bank to fill out to process the affidavit along with proof showing that there’s no solar panels on my house etc. please help! They need to refund the bank the they took and lied about something they didn’t do!

We purchased and signed contracts with Element Solar for panels on our house august 2021. Those panels were installed in October/ November and supposedly turned on after an inspection by Rocky Mountain Power. We started getting billed from Sunlight financial, however our panels were not working for over two months. We finally caught that they were not working properly and contacted element solar for support in early February. We first worked with Joseph C*****, in customer experience. He was the only one that would answer and try to get in contact with our case manager Jesse A****. Finally after multiple emails, voicemails left, etc, I was able to talk to Jesse. We were able to schedule a technician to come out and check the panels and see what the issue was on 2/2/22. Since we had been paying for two months with no panels working, Jesse said he was working to get us reimbursed for those two months as well as reach out to find out about the LED lights and thermostat. (See text messages) the last correspondence where someone responded was end of March 2022. I have since reached out multiple times in May as well as phone calls to the company and voicemail on Jesses personal work number. No response.

Signed finance documents for a 45K for a 30-year loan for solar panels. Documents were signed in early February, February 7th to be exact. Solar panels were installed on top of the house, however, all installation components were not completed. We were told it would take up to 30 days for the city to come and inspect. After inspection, we were told we would get our thermostat and LED lights changed out in the house as part of the installation. Here it is at the end of May and no follow-up. The phone number on the internet is no longer in service ###-###-####. I was able to locate another number from a text we had from the salesperson. No one answers the phone. Leave messages and wait.....Read reviews on the internet of similar situations. Wondering if the business is still operating or not.

In July of 2021 we signed a contract with Element Solar to install solar panels on our home. In the contract we signed for an estimated completion date of 09/09/2022. After the company installed the solar panels our inspection failed because the solar panel company did not put the panels up the way it was written in their plan. We were told that they had to revise the plan and submit it to a sub contractor (Integrity Electric). After about a month I started calling and asking for an update. For the past 7 I have been calling Element Solar and they keep insisting that they are waiting for a sub contractor to approve the revision. We finally got to a point where we didn't want to work with them anymore because we have waited 7+ months to get this project moving and they stopped answering my calls and emails. I filed a claim with the lender and they refused to return the money they were given to do the project. I reached out to the sub contractor and finally got an answer as to what was going on. The sub contractor stated that they did not sign off on any work because they were never paid by the company. I called Element Solar back and they said they were trying to cancel work with the sub contractor because they didn't want to pay them and the sub contractor won't sign off on cancelling until they get paid. We are in the middle of their dispute and they won't proceed with our project that was supposed to be completed on 09/09/2021.

Hello, at the time of sale for a solar system the salesperson stated to me that Element Solar would pay my electric bill for 18 months. My power bills from excel energy did not reflect this. I have contacted this company on multiple occasions, and they simply have not responded; their phone # disconnects you if you try to stay on hold. I have e-mailed customer service to speak with ANYONE for about 2 months to no avail., I have repeatedly asked this via e-mail., they have replied that someone will call me. I don't know what else to do as this company continues to ignore me. Please help me.

started this process two months ago January 2022 Got a loan for both a roof and panels Roofing contractor was able to do the roof within a week (in early Feb) it's been six weeks and they have yet to pay. after weeks of getting the run around we were finally able to get the Directory of Retention on the phone and she was nice enough and offered some incentives which was a nice gesture. however, two days later the salesperson sent me new forms with a higher loan amount then she promised to lower it to. they've also drawn 25k from my loan and had the audacity to ask my roofer if they could do a payment plan. at the time of this message, I'm not sure where that money is or what it was used on, aside from any of my project.

I signed a contract in the summer of 2021 with Flo Energy. Unknown to me, they sub contracted to Element Solar. Element missed city inspections, we failed multiple inspections. They would not turn my panels on (I could not get a hold of anyone) so I had to go on YouTube to figure out how to turn my panels on myself. The work took a lot longer than they told me it would so I missed out on months of deferred payments. After I left negative reviews online, someone from Element reached out and they said would mail me a check for my deferred payments. That was 3 months ago and now they have stopped responding to my emails
