              Ryan M******* with INTELISYS came in and sold me on VOIP phone system that never has worked good or done what they have promised. I have dropped phone calls, no one there, phone forwarding is sketchy at best, I have no way of making changes to system and the IT guy Tom S****** is impossible to reach and only responds when I have my IT call him. I feel like this has been detrimental to my business. I was never told that my fax would cost more until I got my first bill, its $44 more than the proposal each month. I was never told that my alarm system would not work with it this way. I have spent hours dealing with this and well over $3000 in IT people coming in to make my system work with these phones. The customer service is non existent, the phones suck and the system is not for a small business.
