      I had a Great Sales Agent. I purchased a HO policy and a Landlord policy. Prices are competitive. I haven't had any experience yet (hopefully won't). Other reviews expressed issues with storm damage roof claims. Insurance companies don't want to go bankrupt. I would not expect them to pay for a brand new roof when your roof is worn out or improperly installed to begin with. Also, I've learned the hard way with claims for freezing pipe bursts and wind damage to 12 year old asphalt style roof shingles. All claims you make are reported to CLUE insurance industry association. Try getting insurance again without denials and higher rates.

      BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING INSURANCE. I would never recommend purchasing insurance from this business.I purchased insurance with my credit card and later cancelled it as I found a better insurance company. I was told that I would receive a check back within 1 month for the premium. It never arrived. The policy states that I should have received my refund within 30 days which never happened. I created a charge back. The company emailed me stating that because it never cleared the bank, I won't receive a refund. They had no access to my bank account as I charged it on my credit card which is on auto pay. Im out over ****.
