BEWARE OF THE **** PRACTICES (My experience started in Feb 2024)Price for the model 3 I was looking at was supposed to be $19,999 + taxes and fees ($23,999 - $4,000 instant used EV rebate). They would only talk to me in terms of monthly payment price even asking multiple times for a total price. Finally after getting to sit down with the finance guy and start the paper work, sales price on the paper work was listed at $24,999 not $23,999. Besides the taxes and registration, they also make you pay for the used car inspection and maintenance they say they perform on all used cars. Despite all this I still liked the car and ended up buying it. I asked for a printout of the work performed so I could keep it for my records. They said theyd email it to me. Days go by with no email so I stop by. Turns out they couldnt get me the paper work because the work was never performed. I make an appointment to get the work performed since I already paid for it. They now have performed the work and gave me a printout which somehow included emissions and full service oil change on an EV Also a new cabin air filter. 4 months go by and I kept getting a mildew smell after rain or car wash. In a tesla, that usually means an old air filter but they replaced mine, right? Turns out no, they didnt, they said they did but the filter in there was an official tesla air filter from 2021. I had to take it back yet again to get the air filter installed.Scammy practices 1. Price on paper is not what was advertised 2. Wont tell you out the door price 3. They tell you they perform used cars inspections and maintenance on all used cars but dont tell you at first that you end up paying for it.4. Work never performed 5. Work performed but not all of what they said they did

0 Stars, absolute joke for service. My truck sat 7+ days with no warranty maintenance completed. I had a rental car at $60 per day while if contacted I could have grabbed my truck! No communication from anyone. Sad way to conduct business!

My wife and I found a used vehicle ('13 ****** Rav4) on Car Fax and it lead us to *** Dahle in Bountiful. Test drove the vehicle and there didn't seem anything overall wrong with the vehicle besides a few bumps, the rear hatch door not having the original hood struts (original is electric), and the mileage. For the price it was going for, cosmetic items (I thought). We take that vehicle on 11-18-23 after all the paperwork (the week prior to Thanksgiving). Barely 3 days later, the vehicle shuts off on me in the dead middle of I-15 traffic during the evening. "Christmas lights" on the dash. When the vehicle started back up, after sitting for a while, it will shut off the vehicle immediately once I touched the wiper blades. Well, I didn't worry, I got it from a well known dealership (as oppose to a "mom & pop" dealership, no offense). I showed up later that same night because I had to pick up a anti-theft device. I then told the salesmen what happen. Even showed him pictures and a video of what just happen a few hours before. Didn't phase him a bit, kind of like he knew it was going to do that (I'm assuming of course, no real evidence). He said set up an appointment and we will look into. After I told my wife what he said, she then shared with me that the day prior (a Monday on 11-19-23) when she turned in the passed Emission test slip that they needed, the person she handed it to (she doesn't remember his name) was chuckling and saying that they were surprised that the car even past the emission test (another red flag). I end up setting an appointment a little later as expected as I had quite the trouble looking for a ride to work (I am a manager for a warehouse that opens and closes in *************, I live in **************, I'm sure you can imagine the travel.) Its been with them since last winter. Back and forth for weeks. We are at the end of January now and no follow up or what were the next steps to figuring out what the problem is.

We were so excited to be looking at a newer car and were new to the whole purchasing through a dealership. We went in to look at a ****** Highlander. Took a quick look at the car before taking it for a test drive. The door seemed ajar when it wasnt showing open. ( first red flag) But the salesman swore it hadnt had any problems or and had a clean title. As soon as we got back we were trying to take a closer look at the car trim and noticed it was falling off. But the salesman assured us it was just clips that needed replaced and we were quickly rushed inside to look at numbers like he didn't want us to look any closer. Unfortunately, we didn't get a minute to take a closer look at the car before we got taken on it. Took the car home and immediately saw the entire driver side had been involved in some kind of accident and very poorly covered up. We immediately took it back to the dealership and showed them the damage, they claimed they never saw. Seemed very shady. This definitely should have been caught in the initial Inspection. The whole driver door was wonky, had melty paint down the face of it, decorative trim was on crooked, plastic trim on the bottoms and wheel ***** were ripping off and didnt line up, there were rust spots and dripped paint. They said their hands were tied and could only do so much at that point. While they said they would help with half the cost of the repairs for their body shop guy, we were under the impression they would fix the obvious problems that were wrong with the door. We were expecting the runny paint and and the crooked trim to be fixed but all they fixed were the bottom trims. The crooked door was not addressed or any of the runny paint. For the cost that we paid towards fixing, I would have thought they would have fixed this too. While we know it wasn't all their fault, we felt very swindled and were completely disappointed with the whole experience with this dealership.

*** Dahle Nissans emplyee's are all COMPLETE CROOKS! I was sent an offer in the mail saying they would put $5000 towards my payoff and another $2000 if I came in by 5:00 PM , the day of the sale and I'd have 0% financing on A BRAND NEW CAR ! It also stated : IT DIDN'T MATTER THE CONDITION , THE MILEAGE OR WHAT YOU OWED ! I fell for the offer and called to see if they would still honor the offer if I was 10 minutes late. The kid said " the sale was actually last week , but let him check " he put me on hold , came back and said ," YES, they will still honor the offer because they have money left from the prior week. When I arrived he had a band new Nissan with leather just as I had asked, I also made sure it took regular gas and was a 4cylinder .As it turns out , they couldn't get me into a new vehicle, because I owed too much on mine. So they offered me two used vehicles that would get me out of my situation because they bought them back of book and would eat up all the negative equity I currently had..I chose to see the Lexus because it was an SUV, and I have to carry equipment for work. He said the Lexus wasnt there and showed me some pics on line. While doing so, I had every employee convincing me that I was going to be in such a better situation, that the Lexus would wipe out all the negative equity and would put me aheadThen the salesman sat me in the finance managers office and introduced us, and said he would be back with the Lexus. The finance manager said he would come get me when he was ready for me. The next thing I knew I was signing papers on a vehicle I hadn't even set eyes on, let alone driven. I was basically shoved in it , and when I was driving away I was sick. I pleaded with them the following days,The Lexus is a 6 cylinder that takes premium.gas it costs me more then I have,The car was there the whole time, they just wanted me to sign before seeing it because it has bad tires,a broken windshield and when I wash it water comes in.

Car buyers beware! There is a reason why this dealership has many negative reviews (and an F rating with the BBB). This dealership epitomizes why people hate the car buying process.I generally expect used car dealers to play games, but this dealership was sufficiently dishonest that I may even report them to the ************************* A few examples from my recent experience with them: First, they added $4,000 to the advertised price due to work they performed on the car. When I asked them to supply documentation of the work performed, the numbers didn't even add up to half the amount they tried to charge. Second, they tried to force me to pay for a pulsing brake light system they claimed was already installed on the car, but when I asked them to demonstrate the product, it was clear they had not in fact installed it. And lastly, they significantly mark up their interest rates. I was offered a nearly 10% interest rate through the dealer, compared to the 4.5% I could secure through my credit union.Even if you can negotiate a good deal here, I'd advise you go elsewhere and not support dealerships that engage in such bad business practices.

SERVICE CENTER-Took my daughter's 2 year old Versa in because the check engine light was on. $160 to run diagnostic and IF we chose to use them for repairs then the $160 would go toward the final bill. They also said that the brake fluid needed to be flushed because it was black. ALSO they had to tighten a battery cable. After they tightened the battery cable ($300!), RESET all the codes instead of fixing the issue and charged her $527 total! Picked up the car ONLY to have the check engine come on FIRST time she drove it. Took it back and they said it was the Mass AirFlow Sensor which is what they said the FIRST time! $427 later (for changing a sensor) we have the car in working order. They also told me that her brakes were bad and rotors needed to be turned. I did NOT have them do that as brakes are easy. I took the tire off and examined the brakes and rotor. NEITHER needed to be changed and they would have padded $200 plus if I would have had them do that. TERRIBLE AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I'm pretty sure they were full of @$#! about the brake fluid as well. Will NEVER EVER use this dealership again for ANYTHING!

Very dishonest. Tried to tell us there's a 10k markup on the new Pathfinder, which is laughable, and then flatly lied to my face telling me that their financing at 9.5%, which they insisted on in order to give us sticker price, was only ****** bucks all together over the course of the 6 months till we could refinance it with our own bank, when in fact is about 100 bucks every month. Would not ever consider using them again. If $600 is the price of your integrity, your might need to examine your life

Buyer beware. I walked in and looked at a Volkswagen GTI and it had lots of issues and it even shut off on my test drive (first warning I should’ve walked) and then after talking it through I agreed to pay an extra $4000 to have the problems fixed. I left the dealership and left the car there for 2 weeks THE PROBLEMS WERE NEVER FIXED. I kept in contact with the salesman and I felt like they were pushing me around with trying to fix it. No problems were resolved unless I fixed them myself (which I did fix some by myself). I took the car to a local mechanic and tried to get Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful to fix them and they never got back to me, my dad or the mechanic I took the car to. They straight up took advantage of me and sold me a car (almost $11,000 after the additional $4000) that will most likely not see the new year. This is no dealership, it’s a stealer-ship. DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM TOM DAHLE NISSAN!!!
