      We placed an order 5 weeks before the wedding, and there should have been plenty of time to get the flowers. In spite of their cutesy emails, their service was horrible. They delayed printing the shipping label, then even after that the box sat in their distribution warehouse for 5 days before it was mailed. I had to contact them several times to call attention to the fact that they were delaying the package. In fact it would probably still be there if I had not contacted customer service and straight up demanded they check to see if it had ever been picked up since Fed Ex had no record of it. On their website, they absolve themselves of responsibility by saying that once they print the label, they are not responsible, however, they are the ones who allowed the box to sit in their warehouse for 5 days before mailing even after printing the label. Then, when it was finally delivered the actual day before the wedding, it was only a partial order. None of the specially colored flowers were even included. I have no idea where those are or when they will be shipped. I received an additional email from Sola Wood Flowers telling me that they had lost track of my order but were "on top of it" and I should not be worried. LOL! The order they were referring to was the partial one that had been delivered. The amount of incompetence I have experienced is next level. We ended up having to scramble at the last minute and I pulled together flowers from a few different sources to even have flowers at the wedding. I am requesting a full refund, which I am sure they will deny even though this is entirely their fault. Oh, and one more smack in the face: a week before the partial delivery they sent an email that they were sold out of the main flower we ordered. Obviously this was way too late to choose a replacement flower. Instead of refunding me they gave me a gift card, which I will never use.

      I ordered Sola Wood flowers many months before my wedding and planned on dyeing them with my wedding party as part of our bachelorette weekend. When I opened the box I discovered that Sola had shipped the flowers but had not included any of the dye I purchased. When I reached out to customer service I asked if there was a way to send the missing dyes and was met with a callous denial. When I then asked for a partial refund, I was rudely refused. The only way I could have gotten more dyes from Sola was to buy an entirely new set of flowers. I had to spend extra money at local craft stores so my bouquets were actually usable.

      6.26.2024 I ordered wedding flowers for my wedding and they are not what I ordered. The company is not willing to help me or fix the issue. I’m a distressed bride now. I spent all my money on these flowers and I want my money back since I have to now use a different faux flower shop. I’m very disappointed and wish they would have fixed the issue when they were given the opportunity

      I purchased delicate preassembled wooden flower arrangements from the company on June 26. When they arrived, they were in a large box with nothing but a single piece of brown crumbled paper. Several of the arrangements were wrapped together, which crushed some of the flowers. Due to the poor packaging, green dye spread to the white flowers. The products are therefore damaged. I've reached out to the company, but they will not refund. Their website says there is a "satisfaction guarantee" and they are doing nothing to honor this.

      I ordered several hundred dollars worth of flowers from this company for my upcoming wedding. I received, in a decent amount of time, part of my order- the boutonnieres looked great, I had the flowers for my DIY bouquet, and all the holders and extras that came with the order. I was only missing the flowers for my small bridesmaids bouquets and the dyes. On their website, my order status was "partially fulfilled" so I assumed the rest of the order would be on the way soon. After not hearing anything for a couple weeks, I replied to an email they sent me asking about the status of the rest of my order. They then claimed the "partially fulfilled" status was a mistake, they had sent my whole order, and now they can't do anything about it because it's been more than 15 days since I received my order. The only reason I hadn't reached out sooner was because of my order status that they never fixed and now they won't help with a refund or fulfilling the rest of my order. I'm really upset because now my bridal party won't be matching and I was really excited to use these flowers, but I am not going to re order something I already paid for and hope they send it now.

      I ordered some wood flowers from sola wood flowers for my wedding. There website has a satisfaction guarantee and also an everlasting guarantee where they state they will last forever or be replaced for no cost. I got the flowers on Saturday the 15th. The box was dented. I opened the box and the flowers are not like described. They are smashed, ripped, and have spots that are not dyed. There is no packing material in the box to prevent this. I reached out to the company and they said they could not help me and the most they could do was a 30% refund. The flowers are not satisfactory and they have no lasted even the route to me. So they have false advertising on their website. I would like a full refund. I asked where I can leave a review and was ignored.

      I order flowers for my wedding, I read everything up and down mad sure there was enough time to get my order places. I ordered stock items nothing out of the ordinary: My flowers showed a week after my wedding. I have been emailing and texting with the company over the last 3 weeks trying to get some resolution and they flat out refuse to refund my more or even meet me in the middle. I have emails and text conversation showing all communications for the prior to my wedding when I realized my order progress wasn’t moving it as stuck in the limbo. They assure me my order would arrive in time: I even offered to pay for expedite or over night shipping glad they wouldn’t let me. Monday on my wedding I called to check in on when my flowers would show up and they assured me they would be here on time. I reached back to them today and flat out refused. I had to jump through hoops and get my flowers thrown together last minute. I just don’t understand why I company would talk they way they way they do to customers and not follow through with their guarantees that are in writing!!!!

      April 10, 2024 I made a purchase through Sola Wood Flowers.com that was confirmed (confirmation # *******) that same day. On April 20, I reached out to see if I could get some type of order # to track the progress. I got an email back from them stating “Your order has been received. Your order will ship in the next 15-20 business days” - no tracking or order #. May 13, 2024 I texted ###-###-#### to check the status of my order since I still hadn’t received anything. I got a response saying that it was getting packaged & I would receive the tracking # once the order is about to ship. May 20, 2024 I received an email stating that one of the pieces I ordered was out of stock & that was what was holding up the order. I responded immediately to give them an alternate option & got confirmation that they had the item. As of Friday, I checked in with this company because I have my wedding on June 1 & still have not received tracking information. They texted me stating that they would get me the tracking number immediately. I have not received this & have not received flowers either.

      ON APRIL 24 I PLACED AN ORDER FOR $106.74 WITH SOLA WOODS FOR FLOWERS. I RECEIVED THEM TODAY AND THEY ARE DAMAGED AND NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED. THEIR WEBSITE STATS IF YOU ARE NOT 100% HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE'LL WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE IT RIGHT. HOWEVER, ALL THEY ARE TELLING ME IS I GOT WHAT I ORDERED AND THAT THESE FLOWERS MEET THEIR STANDARDS. MY PINK FLOWERS HAVE SPECS OF GREEN DYE ALL OVER THEM, MY BOUTONNIERES ARE BROKEN AND MY BOUQUET IS BROWN AND BLUE.

      I made 9 purchases from them . From 2/2024 to 3/2024 . Every purchase something has been worng when I receive the flowers . They have bee smashed ,tore ,worng shade of color. The baby breath looks awful and dead
