      I placed the order on the evening of 02/27/2025. Their website said 3-5 days shipping. The "label was created" on 03/06/2025, which is within their stated processing time of 5 business days. However, the package was not picked up until 03/14/2025 and did not arrive until 03/19/2025. I contacted the company about cancelling the order on 03/10/2025. They told me that they had met their stated requirements by processing the order within 5 business days. They said that after it had been processed, it was out of their hands. They would not cancel nor refund the order. They gave no explanation regarding the status of my order other than it was waiting at the distribution center. They said it was the carrier's fault and offered no further information or help. If I am shipping something and I create a label one day but then let the package sit on my counter for two weeks, it's not the carrier's fault it's mine. That's the circumstance I understand here. If the carrier does not have the package, how can they deliver it? Sola Wood is saying that they met their processing timeline, once the package was picked up, it was indeed delivered within 3-5 days. But there's a no man's land, no responsibility, no help timeframe between label creation on 03/06 to package pick up 03/14. Creating a label is not processing complete - it's a step in processing. Processing complete would indicate a package is on it's way. I believe this to be a deceptive business practice that actually gives Sola Wood weeks to process the order while blaming it on the carrier and refusing to help their customers.

      I just want them to stop calling me. I ordered there sampler package DIY with colors I was interested in. It too 3 months for the order to arrive. Now it is non stop spam calls. I block their number and they spoof a new number in my area code. All robocalls no real person to say remove me from your database. The spoofing is sometimes a relatives number so I know this is an illegal spoofing. The flowers were not even wood. They were really thin Styrofoam and useless.

      Working with the Sola team was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. On 9/22/24 I ordered pre-dyed flowers for my wedding and items to make a bouquet and boutonoirre. The entire total was $127.75 I was really excited as all the reviews I saw were positive and they looked beautiful in the pictures (I now think they either fake their positive reviews or delete negative ones because there's no way something like this hasn't happened to a single other person besides myself). A couple of weeks later the box from Sola arrived at my house but it was completely smashed up like something heavy had been placed on top of it. Then when we opened the box, my fiancé and I noticed that every single item was covered in glitter (we later realized it was because one of the filler items contained glitter and it had opened in transit - probably due to whatever completely smashed up the box - and that's what got over all the other items). So all the items were smashed and covered in glitter, which was annoying and a mess, and completely unprofessional alone, but what was way worse was that we received UNDYED flowers and bottles of dye. That is 100% NOT what I ordered. I know I ordered the pre-dyed flowers because I didn't have time to dye them myself, I just wanted to assemble them into the bouquet, not dye them too. So I texted the customer service line to let them know all of the things going on and they didn't respond back for 2 full days. So I also had to email them too. They finally responded on email. I sent several pictures showing the glitter and smashed box and un-dyed flowers. They claimed I ordered them un-dyed but didn't have any itemized receipts to show me proof. Then kept completely ignoring my other complaints. They never offered to send replacement items or to even partially refund my money. My fiancé and I had to buy completely new flowers from a different company since it was so close to our wedding date.

      We placed an order 5 weeks before the wedding, and there should have been plenty of time to get the flowers. In spite of their cutesy emails, their service was horrible. They delayed printing the shipping label, then even after that the box sat in their distribution warehouse for 5 days before it was mailed. I had to contact them several times to call attention to the fact that they were delaying the package. In fact it would probably still be there if I had not contacted customer service and straight up demanded they check to see if it had ever been picked up since Fed Ex had no record of it. On their website, they absolve themselves of responsibility by saying that once they print the label, they are not responsible, however, they are the ones who allowed the box to sit in their warehouse for 5 days before mailing even after printing the label. Then, when it was finally delivered the actual day before the wedding, it was only a partial order. None of the specially colored flowers were even included. I have no idea where those are or when they will be shipped. I received an additional email from Sola Wood Flowers telling me that they had lost track of my order but were "on top of it" and I should not be worried. LOL! The order they were referring to was the partial one that had been delivered. The amount of incompetence I have experienced is next level. We ended up having to scramble at the last minute and I pulled together flowers from a few different sources to even have flowers at the wedding. I am requesting a full refund, which I am sure they will deny even though this is entirely their fault. Oh, and one more smack in the face: a week before the partial delivery they sent an email that they were sold out of the main flower we ordered. Obviously this was way too late to choose a replacement flower. Instead of refunding me they gave me a gift card, which I will never use.

      I ordered Sola Wood flowers many months before my wedding and planned on dyeing them with my wedding party as part of our bachelorette weekend. When I opened the box I discovered that Sola had shipped the flowers but had not included any of the dye I purchased. When I reached out to customer service I asked if there was a way to send the missing dyes and was met with a callous denial. When I then asked for a partial refund, I was rudely refused. The only way I could have gotten more dyes from Sola was to buy an entirely new set of flowers. I had to spend extra money at local craft stores so my bouquets were actually usable.

      6.26.2024 I ordered wedding flowers for my wedding and they are not what I ordered. The company is not willing to help me or fix the issue. I’m a distressed bride now. I spent all my money on these flowers and I want my money back since I have to now use a different faux flower shop. I’m very disappointed and wish they would have fixed the issue when they were given the opportunity

      I purchased delicate preassembled wooden flower arrangements from the company on June 26. When they arrived, they were in a large box with nothing but a single piece of brown crumbled paper. Several of the arrangements were wrapped together, which crushed some of the flowers. Due to the poor packaging, green dye spread to the white flowers. The products are therefore damaged. I've reached out to the company, but they will not refund. Their website says there is a "satisfaction guarantee" and they are doing nothing to honor this.

      I ordered several hundred dollars worth of flowers from this company for my upcoming wedding. I received, in a decent amount of time, part of my order- the boutonnieres looked great, I had the flowers for my DIY bouquet, and all the holders and extras that came with the order. I was only missing the flowers for my small bridesmaids bouquets and the dyes. On their website, my order status was "partially fulfilled" so I assumed the rest of the order would be on the way soon. After not hearing anything for a couple weeks, I replied to an email they sent me asking about the status of the rest of my order. They then claimed the "partially fulfilled" status was a mistake, they had sent my whole order, and now they can't do anything about it because it's been more than 15 days since I received my order. The only reason I hadn't reached out sooner was because of my order status that they never fixed and now they won't help with a refund or fulfilling the rest of my order. I'm really upset because now my bridal party won't be matching and I was really excited to use these flowers, but I am not going to re order something I already paid for and hope they send it now.

      I ordered some wood flowers from sola wood flowers for my wedding. There website has a satisfaction guarantee and also an everlasting guarantee where they state they will last forever or be replaced for no cost. I got the flowers on Saturday the 15th. The box was dented. I opened the box and the flowers are not like described. They are smashed, ripped, and have spots that are not dyed. There is no packing material in the box to prevent this. I reached out to the company and they said they could not help me and the most they could do was a 30% refund. The flowers are not satisfactory and they have no lasted even the route to me. So they have false advertising on their website. I would like a full refund. I asked where I can leave a review and was ignored.
