      Sadly, previously had good service but not anymore. I made an order, and I mistakenly hit DIY. Right after the purchase like within 5 minutes, I reached out to customer service. They replied quickly and told me, they could not refund me because it had been sent to processing.I reached out again to their phone service line, they said they could not refund me because now it had been **********'s obvious customer service is not in view and I would not order again. I would suggest you don't either.

      This company does not fulfill orders in the way they advertise on their website. I ordered a cookie cutter, basic bouquet with no customizations to ensure my flowers would be here before my wedding. Their website clearly states that non-custom orders will be shipped out either the next day or within 2 to 5 business days at the longest. 12 days later, I still do not have even a shipping number, and I leave for my destination wedding in two days. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes with customer support, I was given the most corporate robotic runaround Ive ever gotten from customer service in my life. I have the tracking number and it says very clearly that it has not left the warehouse or been given to the courier, yet they refused to refund me any of my money for this order. This is 100% false advertising, and as somebody who works in the wedding industry, Im so disappointed this company does not uphold integrity or even have essential of access to customer support. When asked to speak to a manager, I was told they could call me back in 2-3 days. After my call with customer service, I have absolutely no intention of ever supporting this business again and will be sure to spread the word to all of the brides I work with and know.

      Up until today, I would have left a 5 star rating for Sola Wood Flowers. I chose to go the *** route so I am dyeing, stemming, and assembling all floral arrangements. Prior to two orders I placed in March, I was THRILLED with my orders. The flowers were beautiful, the dyes were vibrant, and everything came together well. However, my recent experience has me leaving this review. I placed an order to get more centerpieces for my wedding. When it was first delivered, I did not have time to comb through the entire box to make sure everything was as it should be, because life is busy and I had a lot going on. When I went to look at the dye colors I received today, I noticed that two of them, which should be different, looked exactly the same. From appearance in the bottle, to appearance when poured, and appearance when mixed with water, they were EXACTLY the same. Sola is refusing to rectify THEIR mistake, telling me "they look very similar until they are mixed well and mixed with water for dyeing" and claiming that I am not within the return window (today is the last day in my return window). I am now scared to order more dye because I am worried they will continue to send me the wrong color. I love the flowers I have, but my experience with their customer service leaves something to be desired.

      The bouquet I ordered looked NOTHING like the pictures advertised. The flowers came damaged and some even fell out. **************** was just as bad.

      Flowers not in time. Contacted them 2 weeks prior and they assured me they would be there beige my wedding. Lied to me and told me my flowers were with *** but we're not. Don't want to refund my money

      First off, 15 days for disputing issues or requesting a refund is unacceptable. People have lives and busy schedules, especially preparing for a wedding. But subtract my inability to dispute the terrible product I received in only two weeks, this is unacceptable. My grandmother ordered the wild romance bouquet as a gift for me, and when I opened the box to see the flat, terribly dyed, wrinkled and broken large flower, which was the reason I purchased this bouquet, I was deflated. I took a risk on these flowers and they were a complete disappointment as you can see in the photos. All I wanted was a new flower and a couple greeneries to replace the crinkled broken ones. Now my grandmother cannot even get a refund, and Im unable to even try to salvage what she purchased for me. **************** were zero help and just continued to say there was nothing they could do and put the blame solely on me. I accept that I inquired outside of their *********************************************************************************************************************************** Dont waste your money.

      Their flowers look beautifully arranged, online. Completely opposite of the arrangement I received. There was no "preview option" before they were shipped and now I am stuck with a bouquet I am not happy with. I called customer service and was told they couldn't do anything for me since the flowers weren't broken. The 100% satisfaction guarantee, really isn't about your satisfaction; it is only for broken bouquets. Very disappointing, I will not be ordering from them again.

      Please don't order from ************************. They don't stand behind their products and refuse to cancel orders or accept returns. There's a reason they are always 70% off. The flowers come broken, not dyed all the way, and given with large rips and holes in them. **************** is terrible and told me to fix my order myself or hide the imperfections. most of my order is unusable, and I can't afford to repurchase more flowers. Buyer beware. I'm working with my bank to get my money back. I will never buy from them again, and be cautious if you do.

      Do not recommend. Customer service is awful for a product that looks faded and crumbles very easily. Don’t waste your money with this company.

      I do not recommend these flowers for a wedding! If you are looking for specific (or even close) colors to match your wedding, do not use Sola wood flowers! The colors were massively off and when I asked to have them replaced (not refunded) I was told there will be slight variation in every bouquet. The colors may also differ based on the lighting you're using as well as computer/phone screen display can be a factor. We are unable to provide a replacement since the colors that were sent to you are color. This was for MY WEDDING BOUQUET and was near $80. I will have to order another and have no use for them. Namely the frost white I selected was a pastel pink and the cream was yellow.
