    Same as many others, purchased a pair of jeans on Nov 19, 2023. The tracking information showed they were delivered after weeks. They were never delivered. I have inquired on the delivery, they respond with "sorry for the inconvenience, they are coming". I finally asked for a refund, which they state they can only provide a 90% refund. I have been emailing them every couple weeks asking for the refund and I get the same run around. Here is the latest response: Thank you for contacting us. We regret that you have not yet received your refund. Please rest assured that we will actively help you solve your problem. After our verification, it is confirmed that your refund application has been approved, but due to force majeure factors, the refund failed to arrive in your account on time. For this, I would like to express my sincere apologies on behalf of our company. We take your refund very seriously and have reapplied for it. We will ensure that your refund request is processed in the shortest possible time and the money will be refunded to your original payment method. Thank you again for your understanding and patience. We will continue to monitor the refund process to ensure your refund is resolved as quickly as possible. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.     I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service at Lime Lush. I returned my items within 3 days over 3 weeks ago. After sending multiple emails with no response I finally was told over a week ago that they processed my refund. Well, I still do not have it and they will not respond to my emails once again. I will not spend my money at a company that doesn't care about their customers beyond the initial purchase. I will not be purchasing items from this company again.

We are so sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service we provided.Each email you sent to us was replied to within 1 business day with the exception of one email. Please keep in mind that each time you reply to an email thread, it sends your email to the very back of our queue and can extend your waiting time.Looking into your return we see it was delivered to our office on Monday, April 4, 2022. Shortly thereafter it was processed as a refund to your original payment method on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. Once we release the funds to our payment processor, Shopify, it can take between **** business days for those funds to settle with your bank.Per our return policy: https://www.limelush.com/pages/return-policy we do ask you to allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed by our team once received. Should you ever need immediate assistance, please call our phone line during our hours and wed be happy to address any questions or concerns immediately.Again we apologize for the negative shopping experience and hope youll understand we do our very best to ensure our customers are taken care of.
