Same as many others, purchased a pair of jeans on Nov 19, 2023. The tracking information showed they were delivered after weeks. They were never delivered. I have inquired on the delivery, they respond with "sorry for the inconvenience, they are coming". I finally asked for a refund, which they state they can only provide a 90% refund. I have been emailing them every couple weeks asking for the refund and I get the same run around. Here is the latest response: Thank you for contacting us. We regret that you have not yet received your refund. Please rest assured that we will actively help you solve your problem. After our verification, it is confirmed that your refund application has been approved, but due to force majeure factors, the refund failed to arrive in your account on time. For this, I would like to express my sincere apologies on behalf of our company. We take your refund very seriously and have reapplied for it. We will ensure that your refund request is processed in the shortest possible time and the money will be refunded to your original payment method. Thank you again for your understanding and patience. My complaint is the same as several below. I purchased a pair of jeans on November 24, 2023 on a black friday sale. I researched this seller prior to doing so and could see they were a legitimate business with actual customer comments and testimonials. Mid December I received an email with a tracking number from 818tracking, not the FedEx it stated was delivering. After a month of waiting, a received a delivery notification stating the package was delivered. On January 6, I sent an email advising I never received the package. One January 7, 2024, they indicated they were reshipping the package. On January 15, 2024, I received another delivery notification, but no package. I again reached out that day and requested a refund. They came back and offered a partial refund which I refused. They responded they understood and would process a refund for the entire amount. I have yet to receive it despite several emails indicating it is in process. I have response emails from them on January 15th, January 16, February 11, and February 27, but no refund. Each response just indicates they appreciate my patience and they are working on it and it can take up to 15-25 days for the refund. I have on multiple replies let them know it's been well over that. Ordered from the website and never arrived. The link said that it was delivered so I contacted them and they offered me a 50% refund to which I said no, then they went higher and I told them no still and that I wanted all my money back. They responded saying it was processing and now everytime I follow up they reply with its processing.Initial Complaint

I ordered 5 pairs of jeans and a checkered blanket 11/25/23, it was to be shipped via FEDEX says the email confirmation from the company, it was shipped through 818track and I did not receive my order after the initial month. I reached out to the company after several days of this company telling me that it was in fact delivered they informed me that they would resend me the items I ordered. So, on 1/6/24 they sent me a new tracking number for 818track and it says it was delivered 1/15/24 and it was not delivered I have been checking everyday. I double checked my mailing address in the initial email. And if I try to go to the store from the confirmation email it says you cannot go to the email there isn't a phone number to contact anyone. Each time I email I am told that they will help me and never do. I am quite fed up I was just trying to buy some cheap jeans online without going to the store. IT is so frustrating to not be able to get the items I ordered, and they won't issue me a refund. The site can't be found it says unsafe and when I am able to get to it, it was first a while different site of men's clothing now you can't get to it at all. Please help, I know buying online is a risk, but this is ridiculous, and so crazy!Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on 11/20/23 and received confirmation and a tracking number the following day. The order is marked as delivered, however I have not received anything. I ordered a few pairs of jeans about 3 months ago. I was given a tracking number and noticed after about a month it said my package was delivered. I checked with my local post office who confirmed the package had never passed through their doors and told me to contact the company. I reached out via email and was given apologies and a promise of a new package and tracking number even though I asked for a refund instead. I again was given a tracking number, showing the package leaving China and somehow delivered 6 days later. Again I contacted them and was told it must have been delivered. I assured them it wasn't and I wanted a refund. I received an email back that our postal company can't refund me the whole amount because it says it was delivered. The last email was a 70% refund. I've asked for a full refund but am confident I won't even see a penny. Awful experience and they need to be shut down. I ordered clothing as part of a Black Friday sale. The original tracking information included updates a few weeks apart and eventually showed “delivered,” but I never received anything. I contacted the business and they said they could send another package and provided a new tracking number. The second tracking number had a couple of updates and then all of a sudden had a status of delivered, but I still have not received anything. I ordered jeans on Nov 8 2023. Weeks later the package on the so called tracking website showed “delivered”. This was a month after ordering (their tracking only seems to update when you complain to them and it’s very vague tracking information) I contacted them telling them that it was not delivered to me. They offered to send another package if I agreed to sign for it. That package now shows delivered a month later on Jan 15 24. It was again, not delivered to me. I emailed them again and got a long answer stating that they also lost money and would settle with a 60% refund. I have filed a dispute with my bank. This is a fraudulent website and the 717 and 818 tracking sites are fraudulent as well, now that I’ve done my research. I have also reported the fake “Brads Deals” page that I ordered them from on Facebook.Initial Complaint

Limelush boutique, an online store that pops up ads constantly on Facebook, is a scam store. I bought a pair of jeans from them in November. I tracked the delivery through December then a few days after Christmas the tracking system said the jeans were delivered. They were not. I contacted customer service. They apologized and said they would expedite delivery of the jeans. Same thing happened. Tracking said the second pair were delivered to my house, but they were not. Customer service is not being helpful at all now. I just want my money back and everyone to know this online store is a scam.Initial Complaint
