      I've been a customer of ********************** MC since ****. The customer service has become sub par. I ordered a parts order on Monday 10/17 and it has yet to ship. I ordered these parts on Monday because I needed them by Friday for the weekend. I contacted their customer service to see why the heck it hasn't shipped yet and they tell me they're upgrading something at the ******** Warehouse. They told me in order to receive the part I ordered these parts on Monday because I needed them by Friday for the weekend. **************** told me that I could change the shipping to Next Day Air and receive it tomorrow. I'm not paying extra for a service when I should of received the order the same day with Standard Shipping! It's absolutely appalling that they're not warning their customers of this upgrade which is causing order delays.

After reviewing your order we would like to extend the offer of either offering to upgrade your shipping to Saturday Overnight Next Day shipping or we can offer you a $25.00 gift certificate for the inconvenience. If you're interested in the Saturday Overnight shipping we will need you to call into our ************** at ************** by 3:00pm MST to process this order through.       I just called and was told that there is no guarantee that even a Saturday Overnight Next Day shipping would make it out. So I requested the $25 gift card and the customer agent told me they could only offer a $10 gift card.

      Terrible, they are 6 hours from my house and it took 8 days to receive two air filters, I recommend Chaparral

After reviewing your order it looks like it was placed on Wednesday, October 12th at 2:31pm. The shipping method you selected was our Standard shipping. Our shipping ETA for Standard shipping is 2-3 business days. After checking your tracking it looks like this order was delivered on Monday, October 17th which is the appropriate and correct ETA for Standard shipping. If you're needing a package sooner, as a company, we suggest that you purchase upgraded shipping such as Next day or 2-Day.
