Purchased these Keto pills after seeing an ad on Instagram. Ad showed "buy three get two free" at $39.95 and was charged $199.95. Was also charged $49.95 for some product I've never heard of. Their ad says they have a money back gaurantee. Tried to call this firm at ###-###-#### multiple times and their message states to call back during normal business hours. This is a scam and they don't intend to refund any money.Initial Complaint

I selected the deal of buy 3 bottles get 2 free, the total should have been around $120, but they charges me a total of $249!!! The number they provide after you complete your purchase nobody answers, the number listed on the BBB site is disconnected and I am a single mother trying to take care of my kids at Christmas and am now out of $249!!!Initial Complaint

They advertise on there website a special for $39.99. Then they asked did I want to purchase detox I declined. Once I clicked purchase the price the total price trippled to $248.50 and they still included the detox after I had declined it. I called to cancel the order immediately & they refused to cancel my order. Resulting in me having to contact my bank to file a dispute. This is ridiculous and a scam. How does a company advertise one price and charge another. This is false advertisement and stealing. I want a full refund from this company. They make it to believe you're only going to pay 39.99 but when you go to purchase your order they charge you and then they say they can't cancel it. This to me is stealing, scamming, and false advertising & misleading. That was my bill money and I would NEVER pay 248. for some diet pills. They refused to cancel my order, that was really shocking to me.Initial Complaint

I ordered the product on line. The order was buy one receive the other free. Not only was I charged for 2 bottles, they also charged me for 2 additional bottles of a detox pill that I declined in the offer. I called immediately after seeing the amount charged and they refused to cancel the charge, stating it had " already left the warehouse". An order i just placed 5 minutes before had already left the warehouse? When I disputed this statement I was put on "hold" where two people spoke in a different language while I was still connected and told they could not honor my request.Initial Complaint

I ordered some Dtrim Weight loss pills in September. The same night I called and cancelled them as they added extra to the order. I then emailed them as well so that I had it written. They immediately charged my account 3 times for the 3 different products. Then about 2 weeks later I got my statement and they had charged me 166 and then 175. When I called them they stated they don't do refunds and that I was in the wrong for not cancelling. I asked to speak to someone in the refund department or a manager and was told that I couldn't. I also got told that they couldn't guarantee that I would get a call from anyone either. I sent back the forms for refund right away and haven't heard from them either. I was told by the bank that because I did sign up it isn't fraud. I want my money back for these products and I do have emails I sent to them and a response from them that they don't do refunds. They were Dated Sept 8 and 9th 2021. Please look into this for me as this doesnt seem like a reputable company. The email is [email protected] that I was dealing with.
