  I was driving on the highway on 1/28/2022 when I received two email receipts from "Keto Trim Fast" and a notification from PayPal of 2 charges to "TrimFAST* J28". That is the actual name on the transaction. I had never heard of Keto Trim Fast or TrimFAST* J28. I immediately contacted paypal by phone about the fraudulent charges totalling over $200. The Paypal customer service representative told me that I could not cance the charges. I only could open a dispute after the transactions had completed. I waited for the transactions to complete, which occured on 1/29/22. I opened a dispute for both transactions with the Paypal resolution center that same day, 1/29/22. I reported to Paypal exactly what happened. On 2/2/22 I received a package in the mail with "keto trim fast" on the return address label. I recognized the fraudulent company and could not believe they had sent me a package. I wrote "RETURN TO SENDER" in permanent marker on the package and put it back out for my mail carrier, who then picked it up. I also tried contacting Keto Trim Fast to get my money back directly from them. They told me that since I opened a dispute from paypal, they could not refund me directly. I told them I returned the package and they told me since I didn't request an RMA (for something I never ordered!), they wouldn't help me. Today, Paypal has informed me that, "Based upon the documentation from the merchant, we've determined that the charge appears to be legitimate and we are going to close this case." The "merchant" stole my information, and my money and then sent a package to make it look legitimate. I canceled my card. Changed my password. But I can't get my money back.

  I ordered 1 Get Trim Life keto pills thru Facebook for $39.99 a bottle. My cc was charged $49.95 and $199.99. I called the company and said to get the $39.99 price, they had to sell me 5 bottles, I asked them to cancel the order and they said I could not cancel. Customer Service wanted to sell me more products. I asked a 2nd time to cancel and again they replied i could not cancel. I was told not to contact my bank to cancel the transaction. Then I was told to call when the product arrives for return instructions. I stated they stole from me by taking an unauthorized amount of money from my CC . Can you please help me get my money back and stop the unethical practices.

  Ordered online 2/12/22 Keto Get Trim pills. 5 bottles for a total of $199.99 charged to my card... Order confirmation received on 2/12/22 with correct address information. On 2/14/22, received an email from FedEx with a different delivery address than what was on my order confirmation. Called Get Trim customer Service... this is a 3rd party customer service, and they advised me the account shows the same address on the order confirmation email. Customer service advised me to contact FedEx to confirm or change the address on the shipment. Contacted FedEx on 2/12 - I was advised that I cannot change any delivery information on the package as it was restricted by the sender... cannot even request to pick up the package at a FedEx location... FedEx advised me to contact the sender. 2nd call to Get Trim customer service - they cannot change the address on the package because they are just a 3rd party service and do not have a contact for Get Trim for me to contact. They can, however, refund 1/2 my money. The other 1/2 of my money will be refunded when I return the package to the sender. I explained that I cannot return the package because it will be shipped to an unknown address. Conclusion - I am out $100 and have no product to show for it... Nor can I get a full refund because I have no way of returning this package that Get Trim is supposedly shipping to me. I would like a full refund of the $199.99 that was paid on 2/12/2022.

  I ordered a FREE sample bottle of Keto Trim Fast on 12/7/2021. I received 6 bottles and was charged $49.68 and $198.78. I returned all of the products after speaking to their "customer service" at ###-###-####. Was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Today, 01/31/2022, I attempted to call them to check the status of my refund. The telephone number now belongs to a consultanting who claims they never heard of the company. We are attempting to get the charges disputed with our credit card company. As is the case with everyone right now we need the money desperately.

  Ordered online. No answer on number. Have been mislead after ordering $39.95 buy 1 get 2 free. Was charged completely different charges and for something did not order. Sent emails, called multiple times. This is a scam or something is majorly wrong with their online ordering. Have not been refunded as of yet this entire order. Have not received this but do not want it either if this is their charges. THE NUMBER THAT IS LISTED HERE IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER. Thank you.

  They advertise on there website a special for $39.99. Then they asked did I want to purchase detox I declined. Once I clicked purchase the price the total price trippled to $248.50 and they still included the detox after I had declined it. I called to cancel the order immediately & they refused to cancel my order. Resulting in me having to contact my bank to file a dispute. This is ridiculous and a scam. How does a company advertise one price and charge another. This is false advertisement and stealing. I want a full refund from this company. They make it to believe you're only going to pay 39.99 but when you go to purchase your order they charge you and then they say they can't cancel it. This to me is stealing, scamming, and false advertising & misleading. That was my bill money and I would NEVER pay 248. for some diet pills. They refused to cancel my order, that was really shocking to me.

  I was sent and billed for a second shipment Keto BHB 800mg tablets, and a bottle of Keto Detox,neither of which did I request! The first shipment, that I did order, was identical to the second shipment, except for the price. The first shipment I was charged approximately $14.00 The second, unrequested shipment, came with a charge of almost $97.00! I have been advised by my physician that both Keto products would be detrimental to my kidney ailments.So I have never intended to reorder either of these products. Then I was billed and received the much higher priced second order, much to my surprise and frustration. Please help get the $97.00 charge refunded and any future shipments cancelled. I tried to call Keto Trim at ###-###-#### but the number is "no longer in service" Big surprise! I could not find the ingredients for the Keto weight loss or the Keto cleanse listed in the online ad. So I figured the initial $14.00 investment reasonable to get the ingredients listed on the bottles to show my doctor. Again,I never expected any more shipments of these products.And I don't want any more! Note:While I was looking for receipt of the second transaction,I found another billing For $96.95! So now I need a total of $193.90 refunded.

  I saw an online add for keto pills said 39.99 and free shipping I placed order but when saw my bank statement ( 3 hours later) I saw I was charged once 49.99 and again 199.99 I tried to call got no answer . Definitely a scam and I can’t afford this much out of my bank as I’m on fixed income!! Please help

  This company sent me an order of their product and I NEVER ordered anything from them !!! Now have a bill for 200.00$ . I am an handicapped 73 year old Grandmother on a limited income !! What makes them think scamming people is ok ? I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT !! What can I do ???

  Dec 11, 2021 I went on line and read raving reviews about the Keto Diet Plan, endorsed and fully funded by all Sharp Tank Investors. Trim Life Labs Advertised the product as endorsed by SHARK TANK. I ordered 1 Bottle for $39.95 with free shipping to try it. I received 6 bottles shipped by FedEx and used my Mastercard. Keto pills arrived on Dec 15th. My card was charged $49.95 for 1 bottle and $199.99 for a total of $249.94. After ordering and my card charged $249,94, I Check Faxed and found that That Shark Tank Never endorsed the product and that the Ads were a SCAM. I fell for this scam. I tried several times to call the Trim Life Labs to cancel my order and cancel the charges. So far the Lab Number rings and I am put on hold forever listening to an odd mix of boring music for a very long time and NO one answers the call.
