If you are thinking about renting a property with this company, I strongly suggest against it. I have been without a working fridge since I moved in on 11/11 and my bathtub leaks when you cut the shower on. I have notified them several times but nothing has been done thus far. The heater was also not working but that has been fixed. The property manager doesn't respond to texts after the lease is signed and it's hard to get anyone on the phone for updates on the status of service requests. I regret ever moving in. Looking into tenant laws, these things do not meet health guidelines. I'm working on taking things into my own hands and file a suit. I can't keep living without a working fridge.

As a tenant of ******************************** Management, I strongly advise against living in their properties. First off, we endured ten days without hot waterthankfully, we had a backup place to stay. Upon moving in, the maintenance team left an unacceptable mess, including trash strewn throughout the house and a Sonic wrapper lodged in the toilet. After several complaints to our agent, things started to improve, but it was far too late for a decent first impression. When we needed to terminate our lease early due to a job relocation, we followed the lease requirements and sent a 30-day written notice. We heard nothing for two days until we had to follow up ourselves. Then, they posted the lease breakage fee, which we promptly paid as per the terms. Yet, despite that timely payment, we received a late fee with no explanation, and attempts to contact our agent have gone unanswered. This entire experience has been marked by unprofessionalism, negligence, and greed. For anyone considering renting from ***********, I urge you to stay away and look for a more responsible property management company.

I hired Northpoint to manage my property, and I deeply regret this decision. The first red flag that should have prompted me to look elsewhere was when the property manager, ******, lied about showing the property. The wrong key had been placed in the lockbox by accident, and when I contacted her for updates, she claimed she had shown the property. I later found out that she couldnt actually show it because of the key issue. ****** then quit, and I was never assigned a new property manager. I had to reach out to ************************* multiple times, and each time, he assured me that my new property manager, *****, would contact me. She never did. I finally got *****'s number to inform her that a package was accidentally being sent to the property, and that's when I learned the tenant was moving outonly 4 DAYS before the move-out date. This level of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. ***** even admitted that she had only just been assigned the property that day. When I called ****, I had to insist that he check whether the tenant had provided a notice to vacate. It turns out the tenant had given notice on 5/15/24, but **** had no idea because he hadnt checked his emails. The lack of communication and oversight caused significant financial loss for me, as we had a planned vacation on the day the tenant moved out. **** takes forever to return calls and often misses emails. Save yourself the stress and hire another company.

Very poor communications once you sign up. I have tried and communicated with management several times-yet to receive payment from north point Assett management after 2 weeks when I was told tenant has paid already and another tenant when they have signed up.

*********************** And his assistant *** made my renting experience simple, seamless, and enjoyable. Although, I had a special situation, they were patient with me and the process and were professional and polite every step of the way. I highly recommend them for any of your real estate endeavors (renting or buying).

I interacted with ***** regarding a condo in my *********** and our initial rapport was positive. We communicated via text. I never met her in person. Despite having ample income, good credit, we were not able to complete the process because ***** claimed the 3rd party never receive our IDs and Proof of income. Everything else was received. We tried submitting that info a total of 3 times but to no avail. Each time I reach out to ***** for assistance, her tone was abrupt and admonishing. Her only solution was to start all over again. *****'s abrupt change in demeanor and insistence on missing documents left me questioning the integrity of the process. Despite our efforts to rectify the situation, we were met with frustration and no resolution. I can't help but wonder if our experience with Northpoint Asset Management was influenced by discriminatory practices.

This couple contacted the listing agent *************************** to inquire about an all bills paid condominium. The communication was 100% through texting. At no time did we ever speak face to face or via telephone, facetime or video chat. I set them up for a self showing around April 2, 2024. They stated they liked the condo but had others to look at. I did not hear back from them until Friday April 12 at which time they asked if the condo was still available. I responded back yes, and gave them the information on how to proceed with the online application. They also set up a second self-showing that day. They decided to submit an application. The app was submitted sometime over the weekend however, the applications were not complete. They were missing identification, proof of income, social security numbers and other pertinent information needed. Monday, they asked for an update and I let them know the applications were incomplete and what was needed. They stated they "tried" to add the docs and other information and when I reviewed the applications, they were still in "prospect" status and incomplete. I again, politely let them know that the apps are incomplete and they need to add the supporting documentation in the specific area of the application in order for the system to recognize that the application is ready to be sent off to the third party that handles the verification of application information. Again, the apps sat about 24 more hours incomplete. The ******* application site has help numbers and tech support for applicants if they are having issues. This was relayed to these prospects. At no time was *******************, ****, dismissive or abrupt. The text were professional and helpful. We have a full record of all the text exchanges available for anyone to review. At no time was there any indication in the text exchanges of any discriminatory words, phrases, acts, discussions, overtones or practices. The text conversations were pleasant, helpful, explanatory and professional. Right before this review was posted, these prospects sent a text, and this is a direct quote " Hello, something weird is going on with this process. Can't understand why our docs are not getting through. We will not attempt to apply again. Please refund application fees". The response from ***** was, " no problem - will submit refund request today". As these prospects requested, ***** has prepared a refund for the application fees and they were given a prompt response to their request. ***** did not suggest they get a refund, and just give up on completing the applications, over a 2 week period she tried to help them and encouraged them to lease the condo.
