      Aptive Environmental charged my bank account using my check information without my explicit authorization on March 20, 2025. I had previously made a one-time payment via check (February 18, 2025), but the company continued to charge me without my consent. When I noticed the unauthorized charge, I contacted Aptive multiple times to dispute it, which caused me significant stress and inconvenience.When I requested a refund and an explanation, Aptive first delayed the process, then issued a refund only after multiple escalations. They later claimed that I had signed an agreement allowing these charges, but when I requested a copy of this signed agreement, they failed to provide clear proof. Their representatives also stated that this is a common business practice, which does not justify unauthorized *************** Issues with Aptives Business Practices: Unauthorized Charges They used my check information for payments I never explicitly approved. Lack of Clear Disclosure I was never properly informed that my payment details would be used for future charges. **************** Failures I had to make multiple calls and escalations to get a refund and still have not received a proper resolution. Unethical Business Practices Their billing methods could negatively impact consumers who may not fully understand their terms, including non-native English speakers and older individuals.Desired Resolution:I am seeking: A full explanation and documented proof of my alleged authorization for ongoing charges. A direct monetary compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused by their actions. A commitment from Aptive to improve their billing transparency and cease unauthorized transactions against consumers.If this matter is not properly addressed, I will escalate my complaint to the ************************************ (****), my states Attorney General, and the ************************ (***).

      We contacted the business a few times to notify them of the overcharges. We were charged the QUARTERLY rate multiple times for touch up treatments that were supposed to be at no charge. So instead of $180 (estimated) for the quarter, we got charged $180 for the quarter PLUS another $180 for the additional ant treatment as the first treatment did not rid the problem. This happened at least 4 times. I can provide billing dates and information regarding exact amounts and dates.

      Aptive told me in advance they would not charge me for services in the winter months since pest problems are less prevalent. Yet they charged me for services not rendered.during October though ******* they are saying I cancelled the last service which is totally false.Since they were not servicing my property I stopped payment and they threatened me with collections.

      Last year I had called to schedule and appointment with them. They had come in i agreed to a one year contract. Being told today that it was a 2 year contract. Their guilty of their product was not good at all. They were to treat for ants and never did anything to them. They had also came onto my property with out me there or with out reaching me by phone. My service dog was outside in her kennel. Them being there without me put extrem amount of stress on her. Stressing a 16,000$ dog is absolutely unacceptable!

      An Aptive *** came to our door promising to provide relief from spiders and bugs in an environmentally friendly way on a monthly basis. I wouldnt have agreed except for the fact they insisted that they were made specifically to be safe for pets and birds and such. We have pets and I feed the birds and didnt want to harm them in anyway. At first, things were fine but then they didnt come monthly and they wouldnt spray in the house because they didnt want to harm the pets. Which.. immediately made me question their integrity in the first place.

      My husband had agreed to an automatic withdrawal payment for services provided with Aptive Environmental for pest control services. As times went on, we noticed that we still had a problem with pests. We are home every day as my husband has cancer. We had not seen anyone providing services on the property for months. I attempted to contact company as was suggested at **************************************** and was unable to get anywhere or resolve the issue. As I was looking for more information to contact Aptive, I noticed many other complaints similar to mine against Aptive stating it is a scam. I then went to our ************** and issued an Automatic Withdrawal Stop Payment Order on 11/13/24. I received a bill from Aptive dated 3/3/25 for services provided, which I question as not having been done. It stated that our account was delinquent and if payment was not received, we would be sent to their collection agency, A.R.M. Solutions. The account # is ******* and the name is under my husband, **** *****. Please advise. Thank you, ******* *****

      I signed a contract knowing that if we cancel the Contractor early there was $199 fee but they charged a $70 a month and we were supposed to get service once a month added a six months they showed up three times but still charges to $70 and now they still want they want Church with $199 for canceling it early again I signed a contract knowing that there was $199 dollar fee for canceling the contract but they signed the contract to provide service for us. Didnt do the service and now they want tocharge me $199 not only that they immediately turned it into a credit bureau, which is absolutely wrong one day. The service guy showed up in his van and never did anything sat there for a while and then left without doing any spraying or anything I feel its 100% wrong that theyre trying to charge us $199 without providing the service that they guaranteed to perform

      This company has charged me $99 twice. At no point did I sign any kind of contract and at no point have I received any service. I have had to jump through so many hoops to try and get my money back. They call me and text me everyday but no one can ever get me an update on my refund. They have stolen $198 from me.

      In the summer of 2024, a salesman came to my door for Aptive. It was right after I moved in to my new rent home, and he was incredibly pushy with trying to get the service sold. I was heavily pregnant at the time, it was summer in Oklahoma so it was hot, and he came in the middle of the day. I kept telling him I would prefer to not have the services, that we weren't interested, but he was pushy and made me feel like the only way to get him to leave was to tell him ok. He told me I could cancel anytime, that there was no contract. I finally agreed due to the no contract and cancel any time. In Jan 2025, I was forced to move from that rental due to negligence of the landlord making the home uninhabitable. Since moving, we are no longer in need of the service due to current landlord taking care of pest control. After reaching out to customer service, they continue to tell me I was signed up for a Pro account, and that there is a $199 termination fee, which I was never told about. They will not allow me to cancel.

      Signed for one time service, but accually was signing for 7 times in 24 months. Canceled service and then was charged 199.99 which was taken from my account with out my permission.
