1 starNever said a word about how long the contact lasts and that there was a cancelation fee. When I contacted the company about the cancelation up came the fee and if we wanted to push off service the amount was double what the monthly fee.Review fromKenneth T

1 starThe company had a salesman come into my yard and sell me services that when their technician showed up could not deliver. They are only interested in getting people to sign, I asked the SAME DAY of signing and Aptive not being able to deliver to cancel. They agreed. A week later they still have our account open and did not cancel the services. Anyone signing with this company would be crazy. 1 starThe chemicals this company uses is deteriorating my concrete foundation. I filed a complaint and they sent it to their legal team. My home is brand new and I have had service with Aptive 10 times. They are denying my claim. Do not use this company! 1 starI had an Aptive salesperson at my door and he said he spoke with my neighbor who happened to share my profession, the fact that I had a parrot and other weird details. I advised him that a salesperson had stopped by months ago and I didnt want to input my credit card into into his iPad to start a pest control subscription. This guy was pushy and persistent and was unaware another salesperson had visited my house. I was very uncomfortable with his sales tactics. Others might have even called the police with regards to his level of professionalism. What do my job. pets and other personal details have anything to do with pest control. He didnt even talk about insect control issues. Be forewarned. Im glad I looked at online reviews of this company. Its apparently hard to cancel once you sign up.Review fromlisa m

1 starSoliciting *** was exceptionally intrusive: wanted personal info, financial status of our home, times we would be home. None of this info is appropriate for ANY solicitor. Then, he proceeded to tell neighbors we had procured their services when we did NOT. Never has a solicitation been this intrusive & inappropriate.Review fromMichel G

1 starJust asked one of their sales **** to leave my property and he refused and proceeded to walk up my stairs that I was currently painting. Asked him 2 more times to leave my property and he got pushy and walked all the way on my porch! I have a giant no soliciting sign on my porch and this is disgusting behavior. I would prefer to leave 0 stars, but not able to. I cancelled my service 9 days short of the agreement and was told there is $199 fee. They also said I needed 12 standard visits, of course the initial visit is not standard and then there was a comeback visit.I talked to ******* and was asking about getting my fee refunded since I was only 9 days short and there is no consideration for that, as she was talking the ***** disconnected. NO CALL BACK FROM HER. I called back-on hold for 12 mnutes then talked to Mark- ***** disconnected and AGAIN NO CALL BACK. I called 3rd time-******** who again explained no considersation for 9 days short of agreement. For their services it is ok, but nothing extra, seems like the workers are on a timeframe and hurrying through doing the job.Would not recommend getting them!!!!!!Aptive Environmental, LLC

On May 27, 2025, a door-to-door sales representative from Aptive Environmental, who identified himself as *******, approached my private residence in ***********, **. Despite a clearly visible No Soliciting sign, this individual ignored the signage and proceeded with an aggressive sales tactics. When asked to leavemultiple times, both respectfully and directlyhe refused and continued to pressure me with rehearsed sales tactics.His behavior was intimidating, unprofessional, and invasive, making me feel unsafe in my own home. The representative stood less than a foot from my door and refused to disengage even when asked repeatedly. I captured this entire interaction on my Ring doorbell camera, which documents the escalation and noncompliance.Additionally, I observed that the representatives vehicle, which had Washington license plates *********, contained beer cans inside, further raising significant concerns about the safety and judgment of employees Aptive sends into communities.While I understand companies rely on door-to-door marketing, this kind of conduct is unacceptable and potentially unlawful. I have formally requested that no Aptive Environmental representative contact or approach my property again. I also have left a message for a supervisor to call me about this incident and still have not been contacted. There is no way to email this company, and when you look up the local area number it changes every time the screen refreshes. This experience was deeply disturbing and demonstrates a breakdown in company training, accountability, and adherence to basic safety standards. I am asking the BBB to document this complaint and investigate Aptives field practices to help protect other consumers.Aptive Environmental, LLC

I would give negative stars if I could. They performed service in about 10 minutes at my house, eco shield came by and did a free inspection a mere month later and found BLACK WIDOWS around our house where our children play.
