      My signature was forged on my contract and the terms changed. I reported it to the sales agent who never replied. I reported it to customer service who said they would look into it and never responded. I complained to customer service and it was escalated for fraud. My initial contract was thrown away so there is no evidence of the pricing. They forged my initials as well as my signature, even spelling my name incorrectly. I gave them a chance to remedy it, they refused. My contract was cancelled but I was not given any compensation for the heightened price on the falsified contract. They also presented my husband with a notice of the terms and we discovered that his signature was also forged.

      I am NOT a customer and have pets.They sprayed my property instead of their actual customer. Signs left in my lawn. Wrong house. Bifen was used and please read about Bifen.I DO NOT use pesticides on my lawn and the company promised a call back and nobody called me. They should be upset and concerned for many reasons. #1. I am Not a customer #2. Bifen is being studied a d researched in relation to being a carcinogen #3. Cannot walk on lawn safely for 72 hours according to signs!!Trespassing, ****************** on my lawn that was meant for someone else.I am NOT a customer and this is a big deal and company did not call back.

      When I agreed to their plan I was quoted $54/month as part of their service agreement and I was charged $54 once. The next month the charge was $64! I contacted their company twice and they said each time I signed a contract that indicated the charge was $64/month. I did not read their document which was presented to me on an I Phone because I trusted what the Aptive sales *** quoted the monthly fee was $54. So I asked their Phone ***s why they charged me $54 if it was indeed $64! No answer other than the scripted answer - $64 is the monthly price. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous, but their business practice is NOT to be trusted!

      I was aggressively pursued to renew my account after major disappointment prior to what was referred to as "a huge overhaul and many people fired". I have text messages clearly stating what I agreed to and from the first application was over billed multiple times. The first appointment showed up with the wrong equipment and had to reschedule. The second appointment cancelled less than an hour before they were supposed to be on site. After being triple charged and only receiving 1 service, I cancelled for good. Now they are trying to get the $199 cancellation fee that I have written in a text would be "taken care of". After many emails they continue to say they are charging it to me, even after receiving the copies of the text messages to me from their salesman. Horrible, infuriating company with terrible service all the way around.

      Omg, if zero was an option that would be the choice. I would advise to stay away. In the event you're in a contract with them, good luck canceling.

      The salesman lie just to get your business. I was told I can cancel at any time with no penalty, another of many lies I was told. To cancel they charge $199 which was never disclosed. Do not hire them they are horrible to work with.

      I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this pest control company was extremely disappointing and I feel other homeowners should be aware. We paid far more than what other local companies charge, expecting that the higher price would mean better quality service. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all.The technician showed up late and seemed rushed during the visit. The treatment itself felt incomplete, and when I walked around our home afterwards, I immediately noticed several large spider webs still hanging in corners and around windows. It was obvious that little to no effort had been made to address them. Within days, it became clear that nothing had really improved.I contacted customer service to explain the situation, and the response was not only unhelpful, but also dismissive. Instead of trying to make it right, they brushed off my concerns and acted as if it was unreasonable for me to expect a thorough jobespecially given the price we ******* the end of the day, we were left overcharged, with poor results, and zero accountability from the company. I regret choosing them and will absolutely be looking for another provider moving forward. If youre considering pest control services, ** recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself the frustration and wasted money.

      The salesman over promised and the service under delivered. We expressed to the salesman how the company we were with prior mistreated us (oversold and underdelivered, short notice before treatments, lack of adequate evidence of treatments, doesn't do a thorough job of providing treatments and doesn't stay long, constantly trying to get out of providing services we paid for, etc.). The salesman assured me that this company was different, and we'd be taken care of. We decided to give them a shot. However, in the short time we've had the service it has been nearly as bad as the prior service provider being guilty of the same things. Essentially no heads up prior to treatments (for which the salesman swore we'd have ample notice). There is very little evidence of treatments and they clearly are not treating my entire lawn as the salesman told us they would. The salesman claimed they had better reviews and customer satisfaction than we later found. We were told we were getting a deal at $84 a month. When we expressed to them that we wanted to cancel, they offered to drop the monthly charge to around $45 a month which is so insulting knowing that they'd still be making money off me at about half the rate. This appears to me to be a dishonest company looking for an opportunity to grab your money and hold you hostage with a hefty cancellation fee. While it didn't matter, the salesman also told us that this cancellation fee only applied to the first 12 months while I found out over the phone it was 24 months. We cancelled well before 12 months, but I still found it amusing how I was lied too once again. After we expressed our frustration with the company and asking for a release from the contract which we believe was not executed as presented, they refused to waive the cancellation fee. Never trust a salesman, especially in an unsolicited high pressure situation, and certainly not from this company. No integrity. Just looking to take advantage.
