      Purchased the Allure Ultrasonic Diffuser which is marketed as glass and wood; however, the inside that holds the oil is plastic. I contacted Vitality and asked for a refund and they said they would only do store credit. Their description of the diffuser is dishonest and does not mention plastics. Their policy of no refunds doesn't apply when they are dishonest about their products. I expect a refund. *****************!!

      Since I put in 1 order their horrific ads have ruined my phone and tablet. I have cleared cache and even deleted and reinstalled apps yet these horrible long adds never cease. When I ask for help they just say clear the cache. They eau it's my problem and then an automatic email comes asking for a review of customer service. This is a nightmare and I've yet to receive my first order, which will also be my last. What a nightmare.

      ****** *** believe that Vitality extracts is a fraud company. They have a no return policy. Only store credit. To my regret Iordered from them on 9/7/24 and got my order okey. Got emails about the order etc. On 9/14/24 I got a similar order but no emails to notify me of the order.. I message them about that order. They said they would look into it. Didnt hear from them . I sent another message. They said to send pictures. Still didnt hear back. I called them on 10/3/24 they said I could sent the order back for credit only in the form of a gift card no explanation date. I asked why I got the order and they said I had subscribed to them and that I have 2 accounts with them. They have two different email address for me. I told them I dont have two different email accounts? I believe that what even happened it is a mistake on both of us. They still told me that I could send it back for a credit. I told them to cancel my subscription. They said they would. I also was told that Im going to be receiving another order from them do to this subscription I have with them.

      Way overpriced products!!!! I needed to return the Aches and **** oil because the smell was so bad that I couldn't use it. I contacted the company via email and sent the product back on 9-19-24 via ****. Using the tracking number, the item was received by Vitality Extracts on 9-24-24. I notified the company via email and was told to send proof of the item being sent and received. There has been ZERO response from customer service. I have notified my credit card to dispute this charge.

      Products didn't work. I am concerned about all the reviews saying they are not true essential oils. I spent close to $100 on products that didn't do anything to help, and was possibly responsible for a horrible rash I got the day after using them the first time. They will not give me a refund and say they will only provide me a store credit. I don't want to order ANYTHING from them. What good is a store credit? It took 3 emails, 3 calls over a weeks time, and hours on hold to finally get a human who told me they would only issue a credit and do not do refunds. I asked for a supervisor. She said there are no supervisors available but she put in a request for one to call me back in ***** hours. I told her that is what it told me when I emailed each time and never got a call back. ******** products, return policy, and customer service. I would be happy to join a class action lawsuit if anyone wants to join me in doing so.

      Order number #*******. We ordered 3 essential oils back on September 7th, 2024, and received our products on September 13th. The three 30ml oils were received as follows: Two of the three bottles had sealed caps and level of oil was full, however the third bottle had no sealed cap, and cap itself was not securely tightened, as though it was used We then noticed the oil level in the bottle was way below the filled level, as we compared side by side with the sealed bottles. We then reached out to contact Vitality extracts via contact form on their website to no avail. We also sent emails to notify about this defected product and requested a replacement to no avail. We also called customer service and left a voicemail, (WARNING: ************ only services you with an automated voicemail to take your message with NO REAL customer service personnel available to speak with!) To date September 20, ******************************** received any response, help or resolve from this company. It is very frustrating and disappointing for a company who claims to help people through their qualityproducts, does not stand behind their products nor care about their customers.

      They send me text messages everyday, sometimes twice daily. I have requested multiple times to stop and to cancel my account with NO success. Its terribly annoying and I cannot get it resolved!! Please HELP!!

      Wish I could not give any stars at all. Horrible company. I got sucked in (my fault!) by the good prices for essential oils. I think they cut them with who knows what. They are thin. Have tried repeatedly to contact company for a return label and have had no response. Not open on weekends for customer service phone calls. Am contacting my credit card company as well. Please put them out of business, BBB!

      They ship and bill you for oils you did purchase and then only give store credit. They are running a scam. Do not purchase.
