**** and the Woodward team are great to work with! They were quick to give me a quote and reasonably priced. We had a RV Pad and Patio poured along with a fence installed. They are also working on a sprinkling system and installing SOD and garden bed with concrete edging. They started this project in late 2022 around Oct/Nov so couldnt quite finish the entire project due to weather but did get the concrete and fence done with very quick turn around. We are excited to continue to work with them this spring (2023) to wrap up our project. I would highly recommend this company!

We hired Woodward *** about 1 yr ago to do some front yard landscaping and I'll tell you what, ********** crew were great to work with from start to finish very professional, courteous & pricing was perfect!! Woodward ** is the real deal, and a fantastic contractor to hire. They are professional, timely, communicate well, and work hard. The quality of their work seems to be exceptional, and their mentality is to get the job done well and within a good timeframe. We hired Woodward to complete a new driveway project including the addition of an RV pad which included the construction of a rock retaining wall in addition to pouring a concrete retaining wall. Both turned out really well, and I'm confident that we have a product that is high quality, and will stand the test of time. It is clear that they paid attention to the small details, which is evident in the final product. My only concern about recommending Woodward ** is that it will be more difficult to hire them in the future if they are too busy. :-D Please contact me if you would like additional information. We hired Woodward *** a few times this year. Once for our parking lot expansion and twice for our landscaping. They are amazing guys that do fantastic work. We had some small hiccups with the city permitting, but Woodward *** took care of those accurately and very timely.They have fantastic communication. They gave us daily updates and always made sure they were doing things how we wanted. They said they only use the best subcontractors, companies that complement their work. We agree! The companies they hired were top-notch. That is hard to find these days!Woodward *** and their subcontractors were always on time, did what they said they were going to do and did a great job throughout.They will be the first company we reach out to when we need more work done. Started out strong, ended on very bad note. They submitted a final invoice after all the work was completed with outrageous pricing and strong arm tactics. They realized they were way off and reduced the final invoice after I pushed back. I finally paid the adjusted invoice to make them go away.I would give them 3.5 stars for work completed. Less than 1 star for the final invoice fiasco. 2 stars seems to fit about right.I highly discourage anyone from using them for landscape needs.

***** and his wife were very hard to work with. We worked very hard for them and did everything we could to make them happy. We treated them very well and always with a smile. We have and still are very respectful to them. They treated us well in person, but terrible over text and email. This review left by ***** is based on work not originally agreed upon. They approved our original estimate and work began. Then they continued to change/add things almost on a daily basis. We felt they originally expected us to pay for the additional items/services. When we brought up that we would have to charge them for additional items/services, and estimated in person what those charges would be, they agreed and said I trust that youll make it fair. In our best effort to keep things moving, we completed all that they asked without question. Then when we showed them the actual invoice, after the work was completed, we got told that it wasnt in their budget. The invoice for the additional items/services included 6 tons of gravel, an additional garden spigot and 100 feet pipe installed at the corner of his property, we trenched and buried an additional underground drain from in-ground fire pit (a full day of work), and a pallet delivery of flagstone rocks. He even kept changing his mind on which sprinkler heads he wanted. We installed and changed multiple types of sprinkler heads multiple times, just to install the original heads back on again. For all of this, we charged only $850.00, when normally all of that would have been easily over $2,000. We thought that was more than fair! ***** and his wife complained saying they were out of money and they arent paying any of that invoice. Saying it was outrageously priced. He tried to dictate what our prices would be throughout the entire time working with him. In an effort to make him happy and get him to pay, we reduced the invoice to $450. Then he refused to pay the $450 for weeks and told us he would give us a bad review if we didnt remove the entire invoice. We told him no, that it is due and it must be paid. That we have been more than fair with them. Since we didnt let up, asking for payment, he finally paid the $450. This was the strong arm tactic he was referring to. We asked ***** multiple times, including now after seeing this review, what we could do to make them happy. We have gone back a large number of times to make them happy. They tell us they are happy before we leave and then later, they complain again and again. We did great work for them! I normally dont do reviews but I have to in regards to the exceptional service that we received from Woodward Co. We wanted to be able to give our dog freedom to go into the garage (in her own area) and then go outside to her dog run as she wishes. We had a general idea on what we were wanting and needless to say Woodward Company owner **** just perfected that!! I would like to start off by saying that being new to **** **** was beyond responsibly priced! When a company takes on a project is one thing but when Woodward Company took this project on they put their heart and soul into it and went over and beyond. We received excellent communication throughout the process. It was amazing to see *** our dogs response to the finished product - she was so happy:) Thank you so much ****
