      The agent lied about the price and hid the $17.99 fee. I thought I was dealing directly with the hotel.

      This company is a scam artist deceiving customers. They are the first hit on ****** disguising themselves as the actual hotel, when they are in fact a 3rd party travel agency ripping people off. We booked a room at what we thought was the hotel, but unbeknownst to us, it was through reservation counter. It was at a significantly higher rate than the hotel was charging with a ton of extra fees. We booked a nonrefundable room, again thinking it was through the hotel but it was actually through this company. A representative and the manager both said there was nothing they could do but submit a request to the hotel to cancel the room which will take 5-7 business days. I would not send my worst enemy to deal with this deceptive and illegitimate company.

      If I could give no stars I would, I was lied to when booked BY A MANAGER named ***** that our hotel included waterpark tickets for our hotel and also guaranteed we would conjoining rooms since traveling with a new born. When I got the confirmation email it said nothing of it, I called back and then was told this is a private sale and there is no tickets included and no guarantee we would have conjoining rooms. So I told the man I was lied to previously then, he then escalated my case to billing to review the call and make things right. He said someone would be in contact by the 10th. No one contacted me, I called back in and a manager was supposed to call me back- never did. Apparently my case got escalated again because I called back in? So then I had to wait another 7-10 days. I canceled for a refund and am reporting it now with the ************************. Any business I have ever worked at, you dont straight up lie. Ive done sales my entire life, and then when caught up the situation is addressed immediately- not weeks later and giving people the run around playing games with thousands of dollars.

      I got scammed from this place. Someone took my credit card and charged ****** to some room in ********! They REFUSED TO HELP ME AND WERE TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I had to cancel my credit card they stole my number! THEY are scammers!

      This is the worst company EVER I called and asked specifically for a smoking room **** told me he spoke with his supervisor who was standing next to him and assured me that I had a king smoking room. When I got to the facility to check in I asked the desk what kind of room it was and told me that the facility is a non smoking facility I called reservation counter back from the hotel and was giving the run around. They said that it was non refundable but the hotel is willing to refund them so that they can refund me. I have spoken to several different people who all say the same thing they have to escalate it. All they have to do is call the hotel to get their money back and issue my refund being that **** booked my room under false pretense. This company is terrible and needs to be shut down

      This is a horrible company . Would give 0 stars. We booked a room and was told it was one price and when we got the confirmation email the price was way more. Not sure why the taxes and fees were more than $60 more than booking direct with the hotel for a one night stay. This was separate than the service fee. We definitely were not satisfied with our experience and wish we had found these other reviews before booking. Didnt realize it was a separate company thought it was the hotel which was my mistake but the company is definitely misleading and I would avoid at s costs.

      If I could leave less than 1 star, I would! Scam! Booked a king suite room with a view and they booked a king suite accessable room....not what we requested at all! Spent over 2 hours getting bounced around from one person to another to finally get told that we can't modify or cancel and rebook the correct room. Terrible customer service and they would not even consider that they booked the wrong room or try to make it right! Do not use this site...you will regret it!

      I booked a hotel through Reservation Desk over the phone. I was quoted $119 per night for a two-night stay a total of $238. Without providing any written confirmation or showing the final amount, they charged my debit card $574.97, more than double what was quoted.I only received an email with vague terms and fees after the charge went through. This is deceptive and misleading. Worse, I made over eight attempts to call and resolve the issue and was either hung up on, left on hold, or rerouted without ever reaching someone who could help.I have documentation of the charge, booking reference, and call logs. This company is not transparent, and their billing practices are unethical at best and predatory at worst. I strongly warn others to stay away.

      I went to book a hotel, and this scam of a site pretended to be the hotel site. So I called the number, and they acted as if they were the hotel booking site. I wanted a hotel stay, and prepay for 7 days of parking, for a flight I was taking, so they tallied my bill, and I paid for it. I show up at the hotel, and they know nothing of my prepaid parking, so I call the reservation desk, and they said, "Just pay for it, and let us know the bill" so I did....then I was denied a refund, until I mentioned litigation. So they said they would refund me, but now they won't reply to messages, and it's been over a month, with no refund for the parking charges. I would give a 0 star rating, if that were possible.

      I went to book my hotel for a birthday trip for the end of next month - I went in and booked as I normally would - typed in the hotel and followed the prompts - did not realize that it was through reservation counter. AS SOON as I realized this I called to cancel as I had put in the wrong city I called and was told by a representative that I could cancel my reservation but would not receive a refund. And to see if she could provide a not guaranteed refund that I would have to process the cancellation with no guarantee - so being out of the money and room. When I informed her that my reservation was made within ******************************************************************************************************************************** that it was out of her hands and to have a good day. So here I sit with a reservation in a town that I had not planned to be in, out a chunk of money and according to her the inability to speak to anyone who has authority to help come up with a fix. I will make it a point of letting any and everyone that I know that this is not a company that is worthy of working with unfortunately as I typically love to praise good companies. Stay away folks - this may not be a scam but it's pretty darn close.
