I attempted to call and cancel my reservation 24 hrs in advance of check-in after receiving emergency dental surgery to have a extraction bone graft and sinus lift. My cancellation notification upon making the reservation said 24hrs in advance. I called was denied ability to cancel spoke with ***** ********************** who is using hostile tactics refusing to honor the cancellation. Furthermore, ***** employee ID ***** refused to provide his supervisor name and contact number stating that he is the highest employee in his department without a supervisor. ***** employee ID ***** is using hostile tactics denying myself and other customers the ability to cancel or make changes to reservation. ***** employee ID ***** when being quoted the reservation counter terms and conditions said *********** terms and conditions via the website and cancellation policy doesnt apply

Company is a total scam and should be shut down. Trained employees are committing fraud by pretending to be the actual hotel you're calling about. They use all the tricks, talk fast, or garbled English when they don't want you to know what they're saying. Then act like they really care about you when making small talk. Please, please, please get rid of this menace to society and all the other companies like them!!!

This agency is a waster of time and money. I have made reservations several times and have never had to pay a fee. I was under the led to believe I was making a reservation directly with the hotel. I am rating this a 1 star because there isn't a 0. When I called the company to complain the guy sounded like a broken record stating it was a service fee.
