      We purchased a cricut maker bundle in December of 2021, I opened it in February and the machine worked for about 3 months then one day it stopped. I have tried trouble shooting it several times and have been trying to contact the company since the machine stopped working nobody ever answers the phone and there are no email addresses listed for customer service.

      I bought a Cricut Explorer air 3 at Staples 2 months ago the Bluetooth on the Explorer ear 3 is defective I've been speaking to the company technician and specialists many spend days the whole week going to be exact in regards to this machine the Bluetooth is defective it's not pairing with an iPad with an Android with nothing I cannot afford a computer I bought it to work with Bluetooth that's the reason I wanted it to work and it's not the company's giving me the runaround and they're not doing anything the constant staying on the phone I'm diabetic I don't have the patience to be staying on the phone all day all night with the technician and accomplishing nothing it's obviously not hearing whatsoever it's defective and they're not doing anything they're not owning up to it they're not taking the machine back and fixing it or replacing it or nothing and for it cost a lot of money and they are not owning up to their responsibility

      I was gifted a cricut machine in December of 2018. I have had to call into support several times and even had to outside of the warranty time frame and still the issue was not resolved. I spent 34 minutes with someone in support today only to be told not only is there nothing they can do about my machine that is now dead but I was OFFERED A 20% off COUPON this is horrible customer care

      I purchased a Cricut Bundle for $423.00 from JoAnns in Feb 17, 2020. I didn't start using until July. The machine broke in December of 2021 and I've been trying to get help since. I was told this week that the warranty expired and the machine is defective. And I can buy a new one with a 15% discount. This machine cost to much money for it work for less than a year, because I really haven't used it. If they know it's defective, it should be replaced automatically.

      I've been trying to order products from Cricut for over a week and have submitted 2 requests for help though Cricut help and only received form letters in return. There is no info anywhere (facebook, instagram, etc.) to give any type of trouble info. I pay a yearly fee to get discounts on shipping and products which I'm unable to use as well as losing discounts on a recent sales event. I have tried everything technical on my end, which was also reported to Cricut, to make sure there isn't something wrong on my end with no luck. The same error always comes up saying that "CloudFront" can't establish a connection.

      I have a cricut maker and the rubber roller comes **** jamming the machine up.iI called and shot a video of the problem like they required.The first rep said it was under warranty the second rep denied that.This item is breaking on ALOT of these machines and they DO NOT sell the replacement part to fix.The trouble ticket number is ******* Serial Number ************ I am shocked that the easy fix parts aren't sold.

      I purchased a cricut bundle package directly through cricut February 21, 2022 as a gift for my wife. Today august 8, 2022, she opened the gift to try and learn the product with a family member who also had a unit. When trying to connect the unit, the Bluetooth would not work. My wife contacted cricut to see if they could assist. An agent found that the unit is defective. They could not replace with the same unit. She asked to just return and get our money back. The agent made an exception and allowed for the return but told me I had to pay to ship it back. We already paid shipping to get the unit and didn’t agree that we should pay an additional fee when it was their unit that was defective.

      Cricut is charging a sales taxes on anything we purchase. I live in New Hampshire and we do not have a sales tax. I have tried to reach someone to let them know that we should not be charged sales taxes if living in New Hampshire but they don't seem to understand what I am talking about.

      On June 2, 2022 I placed an order for a cricut explorer 3 bundle and other tools, thinking it was the maker 3. I contacted cricut via their on June 6, requesting a *** to return the items. Thinking that I was dealing with a reputable company, I promptly made a purchase for a maker 3 bundle on June 3, 2022 while I awaited the receipt of a *** to return the explorer 3 (unopened) back to the cricut warehouse. Then on June 6, 2022, I decided to also return the cricut maker 3 ************* another request for an another ***. On June 8th, I received an email from cricut providing a *** with no indication of which bundle to attach the number to; which I promptly emailed customer service back requesting clarification. I was told that the *** was assigned to the explorer 3, & followed the instructions to ship the product back. I received NOT one word from cricut via email or my cricut account when they received it; nor did I receive the other *** I had requested. On June 24, 2022 I sent an email inquiry to cricut customer service requesting a status update and was told to call the customer service line. The first phone call was a scam request to hold my place in line and receive a call back; that never came. I then placed another call to customer service and waited ****** to speak to a rep & was told that my return was in the system, and he assured me that cricut would refund my money w/in 3-5 business days & update my affirm account ASAP to stop additional payments. I was also, sent the additional *** on June 28th and proceeded to pay more than $100 to ship the maker 3 bundle plus other tools back on July 5, 2022. As of today, July 25, 2022 I have yet to see an update to my cricut account to show any returned items (ALL UNOPENED), no refund to my credit card for the cricut maker 3, and affirm has yet to refund me my previous payment or cancel the other explorer 3 pending payments. At this point I feel SCAMMED by this company & would *** them if I had the time to spare.

      I purchased a cricut maker 3 bundle. I received the machine but not the accessories. I called cricut and let them know. The ** rep put down that I didnt receive the maker 3. I called them several times with no response. They deactivated the machine. Called serval times and was promised and new machine. Nothing was ever shipped.
