      I would think twice before purchasing any cricut machine. The machine jams easily most of the time. The directions to make a project are bare to nothing so alot of guessing is done which means alot more product you have to purchase. I find myself more frustrated then enjoying my cricut machine when doing arts and crafts. I couldn't be more disappointed with my cricut machine. One star only because it makes you pick at least one otherwise I would have picked none.

      We have been working with Cricut customer support over and over with no resolution. The Cricut Explore we bought new was not working from day one. After advising that the Computer was the cause and we got a new laptop (same issue) they said it was the *** cable, They would not send one and we had to buy a new one, Then new mats, new blades, blade holder and even different Cricut brand vinyl. Upgrade software (Including upgrade windows that cost $140.) Each time we spent hours on the phone going through the same steps to troubleshoot. IE Uninstall the software, reinstall the software then try a cut. Change settings and try a cut. They have finally told us today after hours on the phone again that the machine we bought brand new and has never worked is out of warranty now and will sell us a newer model replacement. They did offer another solution to the faulty *** internal issue that we could buy a Bluetooth adapter but they do not have any to sell nor do any online retailers. The manager went as far as to advise me to "just sell this one to someone online" and by the one they were trying to sell me. I refused that option and told them I would not sell someone a broken machine and that was just a shady thing to say. He said there was nothing he could do other than sell me another machine and refused to escalate to his superiors. we have spent more than the original price of the machine in parts they recommended to fix this machine and have wasted well over $100. in vinyl trying to get a reliable working machine. I do not feel I should spend another dollar to get a working machine from Cricut. They owe me a new replacement machine and a voucher for the wasted money on consumables.

      I would like to express extreme dissatisfaction with the slow processing. I have been reaching out for more than a week now. I have not yet received any updates on the shipment. My business has been bearing losses 800$+ for the cancelled orders and I have been constantly ******* to my other fellow creators to get my work done. This is not at all an acceptable service. I would never recommend Cricut.

      Cricut has been charging us for a subscription we haven't used. The machine box has never been opened, and there is no clear cut process to cancel a subscription. We have sent emails with automated responses and no resolution. We have called and waited on hold for hours at this point, with no customer care answer. We have scheduled multiple callbacks and never received a call. At this point, we would like to send the unopened product back to Cricut for a full refund, as this complete lack of customer service has thrown many red flags. I am posting here because there is literally NO response from customer care, and at this point we are about to flag the payments at our bank. The service has been abysmal, I would recommend a different company with better customer care practices.

      I bought a Cricut Explore from Cricut. I have use it. The machine will not come on. I called customer service they dont want to replaced the machine.

      I was charged twice for the cricut monthly subscription once on sept 11 2023 and again today sept 23 2023 I have one account same email nothing is different or changed.. tried to call cricut support and was told by automated message that my wait time was an hour to speak to anyone. If they are going to charge people twice then I dont want the service at all and I want a refund for what I was charged for today both charges were ****

      I purchased my Cricut 2 years ago and used it 5 times. I went to use it recently and I got the red ring and it would turn on. I reached out to Cricut they sent me a new power cord which did not fix the problem. I attempted to call back many times and the hold time was always over an hour. I was sent a review to fill out and once I gave a bad review the customer service rep called me back and only offered me a $50 discount on a new Cricut and told me I should have been using it more and it wouldnt have went out these were his exact words. I feel that was rude and inconsiderate. The end result was they could not offer me a replacement becasue of the warranty being expired, I find it odd that everyone is having issues right after the warranty is expired and Cricut knows these machines have power issues and they wont do anything about it. So now $200 is down the drain becasue I will not be purchasing a new one. I really loved my machine, but they are a piece of c*** and this company needs to be shut down becasue they know these machines are no good.

      I purchased the Cricut go pad but was unable to use it after 2 attempts. I contact the store and was told per Cricut anything open cannot be returned. I contacted Cricut and was told the same thing. This is a $99.00 piece of equipment! There are a lot of expensive accessories I have purchased for my Cricut that work just fine. It will make me think twice before I buy anything Cricut that is costly again. How do you know if it will work, unless you open it?????????? That is a ridiculous policy!

      They claimed I set up 2 separate accounts using the same address and debit card to access their designs. They charged me twice a month for the same service, but charges were different by 1 cent so this went unnoticed for almost a year. They refuse to refund more than 1 month of this "mistake". It is a shame because I love the service and my machine. They should have a more consumer friendly policy to deal with this. They say it isn't fraud and it was my mistake, but why then was there a 1 cent difference for the same service. I think it was to avoid the transactions being flagged by my bank.

Because these 2 accounts are with different emails, we are not able to offer a refund - the best choice would be to contact your bank in this case.

      Ordered the Cricut Maker 3 as a birthday present for my wife. She unfortunately wasnt interested in crafting or learning how to use it. I followed the return instructions listed in the Cricut website sending their support team an email requesting the return and refund before the 5 day Post delivery window they stipulated. Several emails, days and phone calls later, I still havent received any response. When I call the support its always over a 1 hour wait. How can this company attempt to claim good service when customers cant reach their support team????
