      Signed up to take Ceus for social work license renewal and there was a coupon code for discount. Website will not allow me to apply coupon. Have submitted a ticket to customer service and no response. There is no telephone customer service. I paid $59.99 and would like a refund.

      Here is my train of events I have had with CE4less.com:1) My first experience with CE4less.com was on 12/27/21. I purchased their "one year unlimited courses" for $56.24. My card was charged on 12/28/21 and I completed all courses I needed immediately and downloaded my certificates. As far as I was concerned, that ended my relationship.2) But two years later, on 12/27/23, I receive an email from CE4less saying, "Just to let you know we've received your subscription renewal order #******** and it is now being processed" at "$54.99"They sent a receipt which includes new and different information from my original 2021 purchase receipt which has no text about a subscription or ongoing charge. But this new receipt says I've magically signed up for something I did not agree to. It reads, "subscription information" is current "until cancelled." I did not, would not have even wanted, sign up for a CEU subscription. To take an understanding view, I might say it was very poor account management or a transition issue. Otherwise, it's something worse.3) I just went through my credit card charges to see if it happened last year too. And I found they'd charged my card in December 2022 too: "12/28 CE4LESS COM ************ MT 74.99I also see they issued a "$20" refund on "2/10/23". Presumably, they saw they'd charged me more than my original sign-up cost. To top this, they never notified me, no email, therefore gave me no opportunity of diverting or addressing their charge made on 12/27/2022.That is the bone I have to pick today. That they did not communicate with me in **************************************************************************** the amount of $54.99 4) As it stands now, in 12/27/2023 I contacted CE4less.com after I received their "renewal charge email, and they replied "it looks like you signed up for the subscription" which as I have said is not true. I'm glad they could refund me this recent charge and cancel this magic "subscription." What is left now is the unannounced charges they made to my credit card on 12/28/2022 for $54.99 which I want Refunded.5) It is sad that CE4less can sells CE "Law and Ethics courses" yet not operate in sound manner.

      I made a payment of $74.99 on 8/21/23 for a year's subscription. My account says that I do not have an active subscription. The company has not responded to my email regarding the issue. At this point, I have had to get my CEUs elsewhere and I just want the $74.99 refunded back to my Discover card.

      I am a professional who must have CEUs to keep my license. I signed up for 1 year of unlimited CEUs from CE4Less.com. I believe I paid $59.99 with their promo-code discount. I took & passed one course, saw my CEU but it would not print. At that point it looped me back to sign up for 1 year with their promo-code. Never got my CEU, was not able to get into any more courses to take without it trying to get me to pay another 1 year of unlimited CEUs. I contacted company via email as instructed, put in "a ticket" to get help as instructed...3 times! never heart anything back. Went thru the BBB and got companies phone number, when I called, was told to Put in "a ticket" for customer service. I read reviews and discovered everyone who left a review has having this same issue. When I signed up, it said I could get refund if not satisfied. I am not satisfied and I would like a refund. more importantly, this site needs to be shut down, it is a total scam! Reading their reviews, sounds like they owe everyone a refund. The other reviews all outline the same problem. A company should not be allowed to take people's money, provide NONE of the service paid for, and get away with it.

      I have never filed a complaint with BBB, but I have been trying to contact the customer support for a few months now, which they only give an email and no phone number to contact them, and they have not helped me with getting into my account. This happened when they changed their website. The account I have, has a non-working email and I am unable to change the password because the email they have is a non-working email. I am also concerned they will charge me again through the recurring payments subscription I have when I haven’t even been able to take any courses this year.

      I have sent you a check in the amount of $54.99 and you should receive it in 5-10 business days.  I was unable to refund it to your card due to it being over 6 months since the charge.  I have also extended you membership until 12/02/2024 free of charge.

      I am writing in regards to CE4Less, which is a an affiliate of Level Education Group. I have been a customer for many years. On 11/4/2023, I updated my email address and attempted to change my password. I received an automated response, stating that my email address had been updated, however, when I went to reset my password, I received a message, stating that a link had been sent to my email. I never received the link and have attempted to reset it, several times, to no avail. I have sent 2 ticket request for assistance and have not received a response. The phone numbers that are listed for the company, state that all inquiries need to be submitted online. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and pay for this service, as a integral part of my continuing education. Without access to my account which I have paid for, I cannot access the courses and documentation, that I need to provide t my licensing board for CEU verification.

      This is the first complaint I have written in my life. After years of trying to take 2, 2 -year subscriptions of unlimited courses at CE4less, I am totally frustrated about the password problems and not being able to access my courses at all. I tried to write a ticket to them, but the site kicked me out with password issues and I could not get in again. I have spent so many hours trying to get in and take courses and have never been able to take even one let alone unlimited. I would like a full refund for my courses plus an extended membership for courses for all the time I have wasted. I need explicit instructions on how to get in, take the courses, and get credit for them because the software does not work. Ceus are essential for my licensure.
