On July 20, 2023 I began to work on CEU's on the CE4Less website after I paid for a promotional deal. I began to have difficulty with the name being printed on the certificate and could not be sure that the courses I had completed were being credited. I attempted to call the company, but got a voice message stating that they were only resolving issues via email and that I would receive a "ticket". I did receive an email stating that my ticket had been noted, and that I would hear back from them within or around 24 hours. My ticket numbers are: ******* and *******. After a week I still have not heard anything. I am on a time limit to complete my courses. I have now gone on line and see that numerous complaints have been filed recently which describe exactly what I have been experiencing. I signed up for CE4Less because I had used them in the past with satisfaction. I need to get my courses so I can complete the requirement to renew my licensure. I don't have time to wait on this. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I am now also concerned that whoever CE4Less is will attempt to charge my credit card again and I do not want a renewal. If this issue is not resolved very soon, I will expect a full refund and if that does not happen on a timely basis I will contact my bank to dispute the charge as this is beginning to look like a total scam.Business response

I have gone in and credited your account for $54.99 for the membership that you enrolled in and given you a 2 year free unlimited access. You may use this at anytime until July 31, 2023.
I have set your account where you name prints on your certificates and hours credited.

Thank you for letting us know of this situation.
You are all set up for your courses. I have added them from the old platform and they are either showing completed or not started. If there are any other courses that should be there, please let us know.
I also have included a 1 year free unlimited subscription so that you can take any course free of charge.
To Log into your account, enter the information on the left side of the page. Once you do your password and the captcha, enter login. The right side of the screen with change to red. Wait, don't try to change the password here. After a few seconds, you will be logged into your account and can change your password. I am sorry that there is no email going out. That is a feature we are working on.

Please copy and paste this into the login section on the left side of the screen under password. Follow the instructions sent previously. Be sure to not try to change the password during this process. Once you have hit log in, wait. the right side will turn red. Wait. It will take a few seconds and then it will log you in. Now you can go to my account and change your password there.
This should resolve the issue of not getting into your account.

I subscribed to CE4Less in February of 2023 in order to complete my continuing education requirements for my state licensure. I paid $59.99 for the subscription to last one year and since the relaunch of their website I have not been able to access my account since. I have submitted multiple tickets and have not received response or assistance. I have attempted to reach out on their website via support, email support, and contact the phone number listed online. When contacted by phone it is an automatized response that you must submit a ticket for assistance. I need to complete these courses in order to renew my licensure for practice. I am looking for assistance in either a refund to pay for other providers or regain access to *** account I paid until February **** to complete my courses.Business response

I paid for unlimited yearly subscription to Ce4less for 74.99, approx 10 mo ago. I made an attempt to log in over a week ago to begin completion of my remaining courses and had to reset password. I did so, but now there is no record of my paid subscription nor of past courses taken or those I was in the middle of taking! Everything has been deleted! I have messaged the company daily for assistance --- no success. Submitted daily troubleshooting tickets thru their website . I have also emailed the company -- and the response is always they get back in 24 hrs. I did receive one email saying they did reset my account but when I attempted to access it, I could not. . My license renewal is due NOW and I need to access my courses. In addition, somehow they have acquired my work email which was NEVER provided to thm only my personal one ( *****************) and this has increased the confusion in settlling this matter. I have sent emails several times stating that I do not use my work email for this but have had no response. My frustration has no words. I did not want to report them but I am at my wits end of what to doBusiness response

I have added all courses that were on the older platform, both completed and incomplete. I have marked the completed ones as done and you should be able to get the certificates for them. The incomplete courses are available for you to take.
I have requested a check be sent for $59.99 to your physical address as the transaction was over 6 months ago. I have given you another year free of charge for any course you want to take.

I am rejecting this response because:I am pleased at the business response and would like to accept it. However, I am still unable to access my account!This is beyond frustrating. The response states that they have " added all courses that were on the older platform, both completed and incomplete. I have marked the completed ones as done and you should be able to get the certificates for them. The incomplete courses are available for you to take." Please advise on what to do. There is no phone contact for this company and even before I made a complaint to BBB, I attempted to tell them that my email address that they somehow got (******************) is the wrong one but I have tried to change it and it will not allow. So I attempted to access my account with this email and there is nothing in the account and it keeps asking me over and over to log in.

I am so sorry to hear that you are still having issues getting into the account. I am attaching a screen shot of the account information showing the email on your account (*****************) is the personal one that you have refered to in this communication. That is the email you use to sign into the account.
There are a couple of common issues that seem to be coming up that I would like to get you through if you are having issues.
1. When you log in and enter the password and captcha and press enter, the right side of the screen will go red. It indicates that you need to enter a new password, Don't. Give a few seconds and it will take you into your account. Once y0u are in the account you can change the password.
2. Check the courses on your account and make sure they are all there. If not let us know.

I paid $599 in October 2021 for a lifetime subscription to access CE materials. Now, like many other people, I cannot log into my account and customer service will not respond to my requests for help. I want access to the materials that I paid for.Business response

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have resolved the major issues that you have experienced. You should be able to log into your account and complete your courses and get the certificates for them.
I have ensured that all the courses that showed prior to the migration are on the new platform. I also have ensured that any completed course show that they are complete and they have the certificates available to you.
Due to the issues that you have had with accessing your account, I am issuing $150 credit from the original charge of $599. You continue to have a lifetime unlimited access.
Please let me know if there are any other issues that you need resolved.

Purchased the product. Since they updated their website, it is saying I dont have a membership, I do. I purchased a year-long membership. Its only been six months. It also is printing my certificates that I completed months ago, in my husbands name. His name is on the credit card I used. Submitted a claim ticket and they Said i would hear back in 24 hours. It has been 10 days and I have heard nothing. I am in a bind trying to update my license and cannot submit my completed certificates with my husbands name on it!Business response

I am a customer of CE4Less. Per BBB Utah, Level Education Group is the parent company of CE4Less. I have been taking courses with this company in order to meet the required hours for renewal of my California Licensed Clinical Social Worker License. I have paid for a year of unlimited access to their courses; I have unlimited access to their courses until March 31, 2024. The website for CE4Less has inaccurate information about the dates when I completed my courses. In one instance, I completed a course in May 2023, and the website indicates the course expired in July 2022, and that I completed it in April 2022. I was also able to identify at least two other courses which I took in 2022 but the website says I took them in 2021. The website indicates that all the start and end dates for each of the courses I have taken are on the same date. That is wrong also. I have proof of when I've actually completed the courses, because I printed the certificates out at the times when I completed them, and the certificates have the correct dates. I have sent four (4) emails to CE4Less about these concerns. Other than receiving, what I believe, are two automated replies that indicate my emails were received and assigned case numbers, they have not responded to my emails. They have not addressed my concerns. The website remains inaccurate. My first email to them was sent on June 29, 2023. There is no phone number to contact them.. There is no way I am able to speak to a person. I am requesting that this company contact me immediately and fix the website so that their website accurately reflects the dates when I completed their courses. This inaccurate information on their website could potentially cause my licensing board to question when I took these courses. The courses must be taken within a specific time frame in order to be considered valid education hours for the renewal of my license. Thank you. .Business response

I purchased a package for unlimited courses for a year for $74.99. I tried to login in and it told me to change my password to gain access to my account. After doing so, which was no small feat, my account says that it has been cancelled. I have sent numerous emails to which there is no reply. I apologize that this happened. I do show it is cancelled, however I have reactivated it for 2 years for free and issued you a credit for the $74.99 that you were charged. You should be able to log on with your account information and take any course you would like free of charge.

Company had issues with their website which made it impossible to log in. They asked customers to reset password, yet they do not respond to the password request. Website and my email works as they continue to send me advertisements. I have sent a total of 7 requests for assistance.
