      I wanted something (a trigger) from this store when it went on sale. I missed the initial drop online, but my "local" store had them in stock. The local store was almost 2 hours away. I left early in the morning and got there about 10 minutes after they opened. A scalper came in and purchased a 37 triggers and 42 charging handles they have in stock. Why they would allow this is insane. The clerk was apologetic, but it was still a 4.5 hour wasted trip. So, after that, I spent a week refreshing that online page. They FINALLY came back in stock! I ordered two of them. They took the money out of my account. About a week later I realized I never had any further communication from them. No tracking or anything. I called them and got a terribly rude person. They said the order was canceled and I would get my money back. I was pissed to say the least. I signed up for their stupid marketing for 15% off, burned all my points, and got none of that back. After two weeks the charge never fell off. So I went to call back, and while getting the number I saw the item I purchased. It was BACK IN STOCK, but at full price. I gleefully called them thinking the only reason it was canceled because of a terrible inventory management system. That wasn't the case. The person on the phone told me they would NOT honor my purchase, and I would get my money back. This has now been OVER 3 weeks since my purchase. I called my CC provider and put in a dispute. I got the money back in a few days and wrote this place off forever.

      Ordered an item online on 01/13/2024. Paid for said item with a debit card. The transaction/ exchange of consideration was complete. Item was going to be delivered to store location for pick up on 01/29/3024 as stated via order confirmation at: Sportsman’s Warehouse ***** **** ****** ***** Jacksonville, FL 32218 After waiting a few days past the pick up date I contact customer service via email from their website on the whereabouts of my order. I hear nothing back. I send an additional email stating I would like my money returned/refunded. Again, no response. I would like to have my money returned so I can purchase the item from a reputable business.

      I had to deal with this company and I will never deal with this company again they discriminated against me in the Columbia South Carolina store a female employee which the Columbia location said they were going to try to find out who that was discriminated against me because of my disability she thought it was funny because I had Parkinson's then I had to deal with this company with something that we had on their website did they didn't have in stock and they had the can switch but they had my money on hold with PayPal for over 20 days and then an item I ordered buffer tubes came from four different locations and one out of the four came in no bag No Label so I have no idea what even it was these people hanging the phone up on customers because they're yelling at them and then they tried this lie about it I will never do business with this company again they shouldn't even be open for discriminating against people with disabilities

      On, 11/27/2023, I purchased a safe online from Sportsman's Warehouse (order number: **********). I picked up the order on December 4th from Sportsman's Warehouse |Spokane Valley WA ***** * ******* ***, Spokane Valley, WA 99216-1832. On 12/15/2023, I received an email that the price of the safe had gone on sale for $100 off. On 12/21/2023, I contacted customer support requesting a price adjustment. She pulled up my order, confirmed that I picked up the safe and she'd be happy to get this adjusted for the sale price. She asked to place me on a brief hold to get supervisor approval. After several minutes, she returned and said she would not be able to get approval. I requested to speak to the supervisor, and she stated they were all busy helping another customer, but they would take my information and someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I never received a phone call. So I called back on 12/23/2023 and requested to speak to the supervisor. I was transferred to a supervisor and the experience was very unpleasant. The supervisor stated they only give price adjustments up to 7 days after the purchase date. So I requested to return the item to repurchase at the lower price and she said I was past their return window of 30 days (which is incorrect because I purchased it on 11/27/2023 and we were speaking on 12/23/20230). This goes against their company return policy as safes are not excluded from the policy. Also, it is false advertisement when they send an email advertisement for $100 off and refuse to execute a price adjustment and falsify their return policy. I would like to request the company honor the sale price and refund me the $100 as I was denied the option to return the item although I was within the 30 day return window.

      i ordered a rifle on dec 20th 2023 and was told i could pick it up on dec 21 st in wausau. i drove there, over 2 hours away,on the 21st and was told it wasnt in stock and hadnt been for quite some time. i have called and emailed numerous time to find out where the rifle is. i was told it would be shipped to my dealer over 10 days ago. it still hasnt been. i contacted them january 10th and was told it had been picked up at the wausau store. it wasnt as it was going to be shipped to poratge gun shop. i contacted them again today january 11th and was told to contact the firearms manager at the wausau store. i have tried 4 times as of 1:30 pm today and keep getting cut off on the phone line. they continue to try to pass the buck onto someone else, anyone else i guess. not a very professional way to handle a firearm sale as far as i am concerned and will be reporting this to the bureau of alcohol tobacco and firearms (batf) as it involves firearms sales and possible scam using my credit card. i did contact the credit card company involved and they said that they have received numerous complaints about sportsmans warehouse and they were considering canceling their ability to use their card.

      They have overcharged my credit card for the 3 items that they have already shipped. They did not charge me what the total amount is in the receipt but they did 3 separate transactions without to apply the promotional discount (10% off). They calculated the sales tax on the original price without to deduct the 10% off (promotional coupon). Also they never shipped the handgun, that I ordered on Dec 14th, to my FFL and they refused to cancel and the order and make a full refund.

      I purchased a Walther PDP in OD Green with the Ameriglo Haven for $653.99 on December 22nd. Sportsman’s warehouse took the money from my bank account and refused to answer the phone after I received and email saying they automatically CANCELLED my order the next day without informing prior to remedy the issue. I’ve contacted them 3 times. They refused every single time to give me the information to their “verification team”. I gave them a written notification as well, I am not able to purchase this item still and need a response immediately. This is the most unprofessional company and shadiest one I’ve ever dealt with. I need contact from their Verification team or above only.

      We purchase a rifle online for a Christmas present. It said it would be here on the 21st at our chosen store. When we called to see if it was in on the 21st (figured it could be delayed with the holidays) they couldn’t find the order at all. Someone was supposed to get back to us but never did. We had no gun and pending purchase on our cc. We called today and the First Lady was rude, said it was cancelled and that eventually our money would be back off pending. When I tried to say anything she interrupted me and then said well I have other people to deal with and hung up (after waiting an hour to talk to them). I talked to another gentleman to express my concerns about the lack of communication and how we were treated I was met with I’m very sorry and nothing they could do. I tried to explain that I felt that how we were treated was wrong and the customer service was bad when he hung up on me.

      Placed an order with them for a product that was listed as in stock at store available for pickup. Went the next day to pick up and they said it was coming in from a different store. 2 days later and it’s still not there and the tracking information says not available. Do not do business with this store they are the worst company I have ever dealt with and they lie to get you in the store. I would never buy anything from this company again. All the complaints are similar to mine check for yourself

      I received an ad for Sportsman Warehouse showing boxes of 410 shotgun shells 3 inch, 7.5 shot size and this was on 12/19/2023. On 12/20/2023 we went to Sportsman Warehouse to buy some. We got there and looked and looked for them with no luck. Asked an employee where they were. He found 1 box but they were the wrong size. I asked to see the store manager and he looked on a chart and said they would have a shipment this Thursday at 8:00 AM. I asked if they would hold some for me as I had to drive 25 miles to get there. He told me they couldn't do that. At this time the manager arrived and I explained the problem to him. First he said we don't have a truck coming in on Thursday. I took him down to the guy that told me that they would get some in Thursday. This guy then said he was talking about the manager. Why would he say that now as the manager was there ? The manager said he saw 5 boxes of shells on the shelf yesterday morning. I don't believe he would take inventory of 5 boxes of shells and remember it. I told him I received the ad on a site that has many ads from the stores in this area called flipp and that I received an ad from Sportsman Warehouse when one subscribes for sales and specials. Manager says he didn't know about any fliers or sales they were running. All I was told there were lies. Why would they put an item on sale when they only had 5 boxes of 410 shells in the store which I don't think they had to start with. They put this item on sale that they didn't have to sell in the first place. Not the manager but the employee thought this was funny as he was laughing. I asked the employ if he thought it was funny. The manager told me not to yell at the employee but said nothing to the employee who was escalating the problem. To advertise a product that one don't have just to draw people in the store is false advertising and is not right and illegal.
