      On Black Friday, November 24, I purchased a firearm. While checking out I applied for the store credit card and proceeded to check out with new credit card. Employee and I tried paying with new credit card several times but kept getting a declined. After a couple times of declined with new store credit card the employee told me to use debit card and as soon new credit card comes in mail I can come into store and refund the amount on debit and charge it to credit card to earn the points. Well when the new credit card came in I went online to activate it and already had an amount on it. One of the “declined” transactions went through and charged credit card. Not only that but the debit card charge had already posted as well. So I got double charged for a firearm where the serial number is on both transactions. I contacted sportsman’s warehouse customer service over a week ago and have heard nothing back from them. They are dragging their feet on trying to right their wrong. It should be very simple considering they can see both transactions connected to my email but don’t seem interested in getting me my money back in a timely manner around the holidays.

      I purchased Bushmell binoculars online from this company for a Christmas gift. I received the binoculars with janky tape, 2 return stickers (one sticker scratched off), all accessories and no binoculars. The company is not resolving my issue except to “investigate” the issue.

      Company promised a $50 coupon when placing an order of $200. I placed an order for $426, and not coupon. I ask for a refund of $50 from the order.

      Purchased a rifle from Sportsman Warehouse (subsidiary of GreatOutdoorsports- bass pro, cabelas, etc) on Oct 6th, 2023. Opened rifle package on 11/14/2023 and noticed rifle was not in factory plastic wrap, information packet was pre-opened and painters tape was on box. Started to clean rifle and noticed it was dirty from “use” black carbon build up on during pin. Cleaned rifle and took to range. Rifle MDT Axis II misfired 3/9 times. They sold me an obvious “customer return” rifle and advised that I must pay for it to be examined with the MFG. they charged my full price for a returned used rifle and refused to replace it.

      I was trying to place an order & couldn't get their fraud system to accept my card, so I deleted the order without submitting it, but their system charged me $83.05 anyway. I spoke with a CSR 15 minutes after I discovered it charged my card to ask her to return it & she said she couldn't & it would fall off within 3-5 days. Its been 10 days & charge is still there, stealing my money. If you call to talk to someone they leave you one hold for hours & say they don't see an order!! If you email them, they say they'll respond within 3-5 days! They are really gouging customers!! Please help!!

      My husband ordered a pair of boots during the Black Friday sales. About $100 off the regular price. Not only were we sent the wrong size, the boots still had the security tag on them. We went into the nearest store for help but were told we had to call customer service. I called customer service to get them to send the correct size. They said all we could do was return the wrong ones and that we would have to reorder, but at the current price which is $100 more than the sale price, then call back and see if the billing department would adjust the price. This was their mistake and they are unwilling to just let us return the wrong sized boots and them just send us the correct size.

      On 11-19-23 I made an online order for a Walther P22 pistol. After placing the order I found out some disturbing details about the safety of this gun and promptly called Sportsman’s Warehouse customer service to cancel before the gun even arrived at the store for me to pick up. I talked to a guy named Chris who told me he would be happy to help me cancel the order and proceeded to do so. He told me the process was complete and I should expect an email confirming the cancellation and should receive my refund with 5-7 business days. Today, December 5th, I have heard nothing and received no refund so I called customer service again and was told that the store was not responding to the customer service request regarding the cancellation. It seems they are ignoring this refund request. I paid for this item and never took possession of it and was told I would receive a refund promptly.

      I ordered a Jetboil Genesis Base Camp System Quantity: 1 Price: $299.96 on Black Friday, November, 24 2023 along with several other items from the Portland, Or store on-line, Order # **********. I paid the bill in full but Sportsmans Warehouse failed to deliver.

      I made a purchase from Sportsmans Warehouse online, using a 10% off coupon code which they emailed me. The coupon code did not exclude the item I was purchasing, nor had it expired by its terms. The coupon applied to the order, but the price was not discounted. Emailing customer support yielded no positive result. I am making a final attempt via the BBB prior to contesting the amount which the purchase should have been discounted via my credit card.

      Order# ********** I asked them to cancel my order they told me within a few business days it would be canceled 25 days into it. It still has not been canceled. I’ve reached out to twice I’ve emailed them twice and I still have not gotten any cancellation or refund on this product..
