I contacted All Hours to schedule an appointment for a plumbing issue. To my surprise, the appointment was scheduled with *******. I've come to learn that All Hours and ******* merged companies, so they're one and the same. ******* tried to get me to buy a new hvac system for an overpriced, sub par system. Another bid from a different company would have given me a better system for thousands less. A third bid from a different company said I didn't need a new system; instead, he fixed it for $250 and it still works great.When All Hours/******* came out regarding my plumbing issue, the technician only hooked up a gauge to the water heater, then told me I needed I new pressure release valve, and a new cartridge for the leaking shower. Their total estimate was $1630. I had a different plumber do it for 1/3 the cost. I also question if I even needed the pressure release valve, or if it should have been adjusted. All Hours/******* didn't bother to check. If you make the mistake of contacting All Hours or ******* like I did, I would highly recommend getting other bids before deciding to go with these guys. If you don't, you'll be overcharged for things you may or may not even need.
