    I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this company, particularly with their supervisor. She was rude, unprofessional, and outright disrespectful. When I tried to discuss payment options, instead of helping, she screamed at me and refused to have a calm, adult conversation. She hung up on me when I asked for the companys address and told me to look it up myself. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when theyre trying to resolve a financial matter. No one deserves to be treated this way, and based on my experience, I wouldnt recommend paying them a single dollar until they learn how to speak to people with respect.This company doesnt even deserve a one-star rating. The way they conduct business is unacceptable, and they should be shut down for how they handle their business. Ms. ******* needs to be fired .all recordings of her interactions need to be reviewed ---

    I called this agency to dispute a charge on my account that I should not be responsible for - the woman in charge was extremely rude, would not listen to what I was saying and hung up on me. The woman was very angry, was yelling at me, told me that she was the only person I could speak to, end of story and hung up on me. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with, Unbelievable!

    Worst experience I've ever had with a collections agency by far. Rude staff. When I questioned why I owed them money they could not answer. When I asked why no one emailed me back per the email they display on the letter they send you (disputeATpayacei.com), the main woman I spoke with said "we do not respond to customer inquiries, we only hold this information." I hope the people who work here get different jobs. The woman I spoke with, I think her name was Angie, seemed so cold and cared so little. She hung up on me when I initially called her because I was trying to ask questions that she didn't want to answer. I can't imagine how much this impacts their mental health, their families and loved ones. No one deserves this, ESPECIALLY THE PATIENTS WHO ARE SENT HERE TO PAY BILLS.

    Very rude and they lie. I was unaware of a debt as it was originally covered by insurance. I asked to have a copy mailed to me so I could pay online/ verify authenticity And they said they would. They never did, it went on my credit report and then I called to pay it off as at this point I don’t care if it’s a scam and the lady yelled at me and told me I had to send a request in writing to get it mailed to me- so basically admitting the initial people lied.

    How can I handle a debt that I was not aware of- let alone with a company that wants me to provide my personal information and yet not hold any conversation. Sandy needs to be fired and this company needs to go out of business. How do I handle a debt when their is no one to speak too at this company to resolve the issue? The lack of communication is affecting my credit score for a debt that is not in my name!
