Bait and switch at their ******* Amin Kandahari, *** ******* and APOLLO!This is the epitome of being a shady car ***********, I send them my information about financing a vehicle. They accepted and said it was alright to proceed.This was a 2019 dodge ram I was trying to ****** wife and I got there on a late Friday august afternoon of 2024.I had already sent all my financials and personal info. Apollo was like you can come on down, you are accepted!I was happy to know our financing opportunity was *******, my wife and I can down. We were met by a gentleman called Apollo he seemed like a gentleman at first, but lo and behold he was just another desperate used car salesman.Even though we were accepted for a down payment and paperwork signage, a week later they called us in saying our docs were false and made ***** took them **************************************Apollo calls me and says hey we have some floor mats and an extra key we would like to give ******, I went to visit them to see what this was about. I was in the middle of my workday, I had two suitcases I needed to deliver at the ************They unloaded all my things from the truck and then said, you better come up with more of a down payment or else youll lose your downpayment.I mean, the car had a value of $18,990, but then went up to $24,990 saying we had bad *********, they took the car away from me even though they had accepted our payment and financial info.Once I brought the car back in they went from $18, 990 19%apr to $29,990 with 29% Apr!Now, Kahim Kandahar is well aware of how his team operates. Apparently they like keeping their customers down payment just because of certain discrepancies.That Apollo guy (salesman) was truly after his money. He wanted us to give him the $2.5 down payment, but we gave it to *** *******, that to this day him and Kahim dont want to give back our down payment.

This Dealership is LAME ASL DO NOT I REAPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If I could give negative stars I would. I bought a car with them a month ago and they been giving me the run around about things they told me theyd take care of ever since. *** is CAPTAIN LAME?? hes supposedly a manager but lacks customer service skills and doesnt respect women. The dealership told me theyd send my title to the bank and they never did ?? and when I called to ask them what was going on *** (who has zero respect for women), tried to belittle me and my mother while cutting me off and talking over me but when my dad got on the phone his entire tone and delivery changed??. Also they made me write them a good review before leaving the dealership so they could fill my tank up and never did???????? pls take your money elsewhere ibeg. The rest of these reviews are fake they make ppl write them before leaving???? this was my first time buying a car and ik this aint how its supposed to go?? this place aint just sketchy its the entire drawing pad!!!! again take your business LITERALLY anywhere else !

We came all the way from ************ ******** hoping to look at a GL 450 that we saw online. We immediately fell in love with it, after having looked at several others. Mr. **** showed us the car and its features and even compared some others, **** was very helpful through the whole process. *** and Mj the finance department went above and beyond to get us a good approval based on my situation and We were only there for only 2hours.
